I have been with Dr. Schumacher since 1972. with Dr. Kyle's dad who had clinic since I moved here. they care about animals. her dad saved my dog. I trust them.

They have helped me through surgeries and emergencies, they are the best. They have the sweetest staff, they always explain everything and keep us in the loop. I know they are so so busy with these covid times but I hope they know how appreciated they are!

Very professional, thorough, and most importantly...accurate!

My dog was in a LOT of pain and they saw me on a Sunday in the evening even though my dog, Willow, had NOT been seen there before. They removed several grassons from her ears and the next day she was good as new. And she was not at all stressed when I picked her up. The vet was CARING SWEET and very thourough....removed even the TINY grassons! Going to take all my pets there! So impressed and now I don't have to drove all the way to El Paso! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Can NOT recommend enough!

Called to try get an appointment for our dog and were told they aren't taking any new patients in for TWO MONTHS!!

Today I took my puppy who look like she was dying to Dr Schumacher’s office. As soon as I got to the parking lot 30 minutes before they closed at noon, I desperately asked one of the workers to “please look at my dog she might be dying!” The worker didn’t even look at my puppy and looked me straight in the eyes with not concern in her voice and said “ have you been here before?” I said “once,” she looked at me and said “ Well i’m sorry we’re closing soon, and your dog doesn’t seem LIVELY,” with absolutely no care at all. Then she walked away. I was in shock! Im not blaming the actual VET for this unprofessional indifferent behavior by the worker who was more concerned with clocking out as early as possible than helping my dying dog, but I am blaming the place as a whole. How can this happen?? This is supposed to be a vet hospital but you turn away dying dogs??? never going back. I had money ready to spend too to save my dog. If you value your dogs life in an emergency situation don’t go here, you’ll get turned away!

We just showed up with a 9:30am appointment. They apparently have no record of it and we have a cat in pain. They didn’t seem to care at all or come up with a resolution. What a shame! Absolutely no care about our cat in pain or wanting to make sure we were taken care of. This place shouldn’t be in business. I am disgusted and hope people stay away from this horrible and extremely rude vet. I have no clue how anyone could have anything nice to say.

All the vets I have met are caring and I feel very up to date on the latest.

Came for a rabies vaccine and chip for our adopted dog. They came recommended by the shelter and I was impressed by how efficiently and safely they took care of us during the recent 2 week covid lockdown. They discovered he already had a chip and vaccinated him and gave him a check up while we hung out in the car and came out to review his health with me. Price was great, people were great. It's nice when you can tell that people genuinely care about their customers and their pets.

Dr. Schumacher and her tech met me on Christmas Eve after our dog was hit by a car. They were very caring and attentive. They were very kind, helpful, and understanding. Thank you ladies!

Dr Lauren did a fabulous job on my chiweenies teeth last year. So pleased to find a vet with the specialist mouth x-ray equipment in Las Cruces. He has enamel hyperplasia from being sick as a puppy - and he needed 10 extractions. He was much happier after his treatment and bounced back from the surgery straight away!
