I refuse to take my pups anywhere else! The staff is top self, never a long wait, and my dogs are healthy thanks to them!

One of the best vet hospitals in el paso. Has great prices and amazing staff. They care so much about the animals and their owners. I have never had such good care and service like this before. Thank you guys for everything y’all have done :)

I took my 3 yr old cocker spaniel, Sage, for a check up after using other services… and WOW!!! Dr. Conkey and her staff are AMAZING!!! Not only did they make sure my dog was comfortable and at ease, the listened to all of my concerns, were upfront about costs and explained all of my options to me to find a solution I was comfortable with. They took the time to explain why they were doing something and allowed me to be in the room at all times. I highly recommend Vista Hills for all of your pet needs. I am forever a client all thanks to this wonderful and caring staff and atmosphere.

I had been searching for a veterinarian for my puppy, he suffers from separation anxiety (due to losing his owner) but the service at Vista Hills Animal Hospital was wonderful. Employees are friendly and professional. Carla was the veterinary technician that attended us and she was absolutely the best. She is so patient, knowledgeable, professional and you can see that she loves animals. She was super with my dog! I definitely recommend Vista Hills Animal Hospital.

not very happy with them ! my dogs came back extremely thirsty like they had not had water for 2 days! Left one dog with 3 cups of food and came back with 3 cups of food! They also came back extremely smelly! Will not be using this place again

I took my puppy in for his vaccinations (he also received a free puppy nail clip! Super appreciative as we all know how sharp puppy nails are) and I had a few concerns about his health. Dr. Hernandez, Vickey & Melinda were extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional answering all my questions and making sure my puppy was in great health. Their staff are friendly & courteous. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic and I'm so happy I've found great care for my puppy.

This has been BY FAR THE WORST VET I’ve EVER been to. Not only did they overcharge me after telling me it wouldn’t be more than said amount, they forgot to give me my dogs medicine and I had to drive back on my own time to get it. They also close for two hours out of their whole day for “lunch”. Two whole hours. Very unkind incompetent in compassionate people. Will never return. What kind of animal hospital doesn’t care about animals?

The staff at Vista Hills Animal Hospital are very friendly and professional. They are always really busy when I call or go in, they are very responsive and always try to get you an appointment. Dr. Conkey is very attentive to the needs of your pets, she took time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. It was nice to receive a follow up phone call to check on my older dog to see how she was doing with her new medication. It is reassuring to know that they truly care and are making sure your pet is taken care of.

The receptionists should do a better job taking down appointment times.

I would give the hospital side five stars. The three young ladies gave excellent care to my Coco Chanel and all the questions Coco and I had. I will add the names so everyone knows how great they are! Although it was sweltering, and that is why the hospital lost a star for that reason, no one up front in office seemed to care or do anything about it. And the two fans upfront were out of order. Now let's move to the other side for the grooming of our beloved fur babies. 1st red flag looked like a prison; you walk in is its storage area, a vacant building, no one to greet you. Still, the horrible sounds of barking and this one poor dog screaming, yelping the awful feeling you must save it, everyone has heard and will never forget when animals are hurting and asking for help, I banged on that door like it was my dog in there. It stopped briefly. Then the door opened as I started pounding on the door again. Some guy stuck his head out, and I asked, you need help. Everything okay. He gave every facial expression from dumb and dumber but concern for what was happening; what's wrong with you, you hear that poor dog again with facial expressions and said the barking? You can finish this the way you would end this conversation, that way, everyone is satisfied. I had plenty to say, but you could tell he can make any situation a bad one. Of course, zero stars are given! I never will I use the grooming or boarding services. Hospital great everything else is doggy hell and prison.

Great veterinarian. My pug got laser surgery to open his nostrils. Heal faster and less painful.

Melinda, the receptionist, was very kind and professional. My dog was seen almost immediately. Dr Conkey was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

We took max for the first time and they were so helpful and patient. They’ve been very good with responses and call back. Dr. Conkey has been amazing to work with
