We brought our 8 year old rescue dog to have an area on his gum checked. We live elsewhere most of the year so we did not know the vet that saw him but we loved Dr. K. Gray. She checked his gun and gave him a full body exam! She was thorough and very warm and welcoming - as was the vet tech and front desk staff. Highly recommend!

The veterinarians at Arroyo are compassionate and thorough. If an urgent issue arises they fit you in. I do recommend them. They are a popular vet clinic, so call early to get your appointment.

My dog Elvis loves coming to see his Doctor. We board with them and all other vet services. Top rating. Completely trustworthy.

Clean and friendly vet office. They are busy with a lot of patients and no more room to expand in that building, from I can see, so please be patient with them. Our dog has been happy going there, no fear at all. All the techs have been friendly and very helpful.

We adopted a rescue in Indiana before moving back to Cruces, had a positive experience at Arroyo Vet Clinic. We recently adopted another dog from shelter here in Las Cruces attempted to make an appointment at same place and was told no, they aren't accepting new patients? WTH?????

I have been with this business for years and they've always been great. Highly recommended. Sad that one of my favorite Doctors left. Still wonderful people there though.

I am so grateful for the service I receive here ever time I bring an animal for treatment. We fostered a couple of sick kittens and they helped these little fur babies receive the best care while keeping our budget in mind.

I've been going here for years. They've always been very accommodating and have even performed emergency services for one of our dogs.

It seems like a nice place to bring pets for surgery, as places in El Paso are so against doing certain procedures. Prices are right.

I was a new client and got an appointment for my dog Smiley 5 days after I called. There was no wait at the appointment time. The vet, Dr Gray did a thorough examination and recommended a generic medicine available without a prescription at any drugstore. The medicine has completely cured Smiley. Dr Gray also examined another problem Smiley has and came up with an explanation that made sense and required no additional treatment. I paid another vet clinic approximately $200 for temporary relief of the first problem and was quoted approximately $500 for tests on the second problem at yet another clinic. My total cost for my visit at Arroyo was about $60. I highly recommend this vet clinic

Our little guy, Mickey (poodle/shi-tzu mix), wasn't quite his jovial self for a while, so we brought him in to get checked out. The staff always has a calming effect on both the pets as well as their humans. They managed to maintain a high level of professionalism while being delicate with our furry little one. We were in and out of there within the hour, prescriptions in hand, during what appeared to be a busy day!! The cost of keeping our little ones relatively healthy is becoming atrocious, but their level of care is definitely ample compensation. P.S. Mickey shall live to see a few more good days, thanks in large part to the folks at AVC.

Arroyo Veterinary Clinic was recommended to us by a neighbor when we first moved to Las Cruces. They are awesome. I trust the care of my fur babies to very few people, but I trust Arroyo. They have an excellent staff and the Veterinarians treat the babies with the utmost care. I'm glad we got the referral :)

The Arroyo Vet team is exceptional! The compassionate professionals have helped our family immensely; most recently, with the heart-wretching decision to put Lilly down due to the consuming and painful bone cancer. Thank you, Dr. Jones and Team Arroyo!

Took my kitty Iin when no other vet would. Including my regular clinic. Unfortunately I had to put herdown, but the Dr. And staff were very considerate. Thank you!

Love the people who work with animals however the office staffs incompetence more than wipes out that good will. Get the front office sorted or at least mildly competent.
