The staff is great, but they're extremely expensive. Go to West Texas Vetranary. Way more reasonable.

I love the veterinarians here. They are caring and knowledgeable. They have seen my dogs for almost 20 years and I have never been disappointed. The only complaint I have is a lack of parking. There is not much space in their lot and you can not park in any adjacent lots because you might be towed.

This is the most caring, professional veterinarian clinic ever. The loving care by each doctor is unmatched. My pets have been treated like their own pets. The doctors spend extra time to give the best care and comfort for each patient. They are the best!!! .

I love the people here at Desert East Animal Clinic. They're awesome. And the doctors there are wonderful with our pets. They are really fast in getting you in and out. Everyone there are so friendly and awesome. I say take your pet here it's well worth it. Dr Kline is amazing.

Everything about Desert East is good except the waiting in the parking lot and the obsession with masking.

Dr. Hopp and his staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive of my wishes to care for my dogs in the most responsible manner. The highest standard of care is well balanced with current information on animal care.

By far the very best Veterinarian that I have been to so far very excellent and professional staff working at there very best at all time and they really take care of ur pets needs at all time...I am very pleased with their services and HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone who does not want to spend hours with ur buddy for something so simple as a check up ot vaccines...

All our family dogs ( and their humans ) have had EXCEPTIONAL care at D.E.A.H. Drs. Hopp & Klein are excellent practitioners, patient with all my furry babies and most compassionate and empathetic when discussing end of life measures. As long as I have dogs in my life, Drs. Hopp and Klein will be the veterinarians of my choice. ( too bad they don't treat humans; I'd most likely seek their care for my medical needs ) ????. Seriously, excellent care with minimal waiting, superb and clear explanations are the norm at each visit. If you're new to El Paso or looking for a new vet, seek no more ! I recommend them with no reservations.

I came here because my Dog was feeling really sick. The service here is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice and compassionate. They made sure I didn’t have any questions or doubts when we were going through the process of getting her blood work and x rays done. Dr Saenz is really professional, i went back with her for a follow up. She makes sure that everything is taken care of and that my dog was feeling better.

TOOK MY MALTESE POODLE NAMED "DUSTY" WHO WAS ALWAYS LICKING HIS FRONT RIGHT PAW AND I FOUND OUT HE HAD A SMALL THORN IN HIS PAW. THE DOCTORS AND HIS ASSISTANTS TOOK HIM IN AND QUICKLY REMOVED THE THORN AND OFF WE WENT HOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT SERVICE. THANKS

Dr. Saenz treated my almost 15-yr-old “puppy” with great care and compassion. She was professional as well as very personable, and set my mind at ease with her recommended tests and treatment plan. I greatly appreciate the high level of care Dr. Saenz provided.

We cannot thank Dr. Crider enough for her professional, caring and bedside matter. She gave our doggy the best care and always gave us the time we needed to ask questions. Even on the hardest day of having to let our fur baby go over the rainbow bridge she was there for us and her. Desert East has been our vet for over 11 years and we will continue to use their services for all of our fur babies.

They are wonderful!! We were so extremely happy with the service they provided. We came from out of state to visit family and we had an emergency with our fur baby and they treated him amazingly. We were so happy with our visit and the medical services they provided him. The price of the visit was not bad. We were expecting it to be much more then what we paid for.

Dr. Klein is an excellent vet. She saved my little dog when she was critical and needed surgery! She and her staff are so good and kind!

The Doctors here are much more empathetic and compassionate than anyone I've ever met. I cannot thank them enough for the support and empathy they showed and continue to share with me. You and your pets are in the best of care here.

My poor kitty developed a urinary blockage so I brought him to this location. They were so kind and attentive to both me and my cat; explained the condition my cat had and how it came to be. They also walked me through how they were going to treat him and what to expect once they discharged him. Although the wait was long, I will come back to this location because of their superb services!

Thank you Dr Saenz and Desert East Animal Hospital for always taking such great care of my cats. I had a difficult time finding someone who would be willing to help me take care of my FeLV+ kitten but, Dr Saenz helped in anyway she could. In fact, everyone I have spoken to here has been so compassionate and gentle with all of my furbabies (even the mean cat). Yes, the parking is terrible. And sometimes you will wait awhile. But compared to the other clinics I've been to, they're 100% worth it. Not to mention they charged me less than other clinics for the SAME tests and procedures!

Dr.Crider is amazing! All the doctors there are great but Dr .Crider is my favorite! She helped us through a very tough time with our dog and we will forever be thankful! A very kind and smart person!

The doctos and staff are absolutely amazing. We have been taking our 3 dogs, including our elder 14 year old and all different breeds, for many years. Whenever there's something concerning about our pup's health I am relieved and know they're going to make them all better

Dr. Hopp and his staff are amazing. I have taken my cats there for years. Dr. Hopp has gone out of his way to treat their difficult health issues. He is kind, patient, and understanding. He does not charge outrageous prices. He truly cares for his clients and patients. Dr. Hopp has given each of my cats a better and longer life. I highly recommend Dr. Hopp. He is an amazing person and veterinarian.
