Pésimo servicio 2 horas para atendernos muy mala atención al cliente en serio salí enojadisima despotas groseros falta de atención unas clases de atención al cliente les hace falta no nos regalan nada pagamos por un servicio no es gratis y aunque fuera gratis donde está el profesionalismo su doctorado sus atenciones no regreso nunca a esta veterinaria no nos hicieron casa nos ignoraron por completo pesimosss

Great care for my dog that needed ACL surgery. They were able to schedule me in first thing on a Monday when my dog tore it late on a Friday. The surgery itself was pretty pricey but I had pricier quotes from other vets who couldn't see my dog til a whole week later. Brianna the vet assistant was super nice and made me feel very comfortable with my whole experience. Dr Terrazas was very informative and took the time to thoroughly explain how the surgery was performed. The parking is an issue with tight parking spots especially if you have a large SUV or truck. Hopefully, in the future they'll look into a larger stand alone building rather than being in a shopping strip. Highly recommend!

West Texas staff is so friendly and professional! ♥️ Unfortunately for them I ask a load of questions but never once did they make me feel uncomfortable or made me feel I was asking too much. Penelope’s one week post spay surgery and she’s healing amazing! Now just waiting on my other girl to get fixed and will definitely be coming back here ♥️

West Texas Vet is hands down the best vet in El Paso! They are reasonably priced. They are so respectful and helpful! I recently had to put my cat Tipsy down after a very invasive surgery. They were super respectful and caring through the whole process. I will always recommend this vet. I am very appreciative of their efforts in trying to save my cat.

I took my dog in for 3 tooth extractions and ended removing 5. No price increase as a matter of fact price previously quoted went down even with the additional extractions. They don’t take advantage of the customer and are very loving to your babies.

The wait isn’t long. The prices are very affordable when it comes to vaccines and Micro chipping. Always love the service there

My little dog 'Babie' was in trouble and he needed help fast. West Texas Veterinary Services was the only place that would take my dog on such short notice. They diagnosed the problem with lightning speed and had me on my way with the medicine needed in about an hour and half on on the first visit. The second visit (2 days) later involved an overnight hospitalization because of results of Babies blood work. It's been two weeks now under the compassionate and expert care of Luis Terrazas, DVM. He definitely saved my dog's life. I won't go anywhere else in El Paso. In my opinion he is the best and I'll never be able to thank him enough. This place also has unbelievable people that are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this business.

Awesome services, great prices, and super fast. We arrived at about 7:45 am in case there was a wait. There was a lot of cars waiting to check in for surgery. They came out right away and gave us paperwork. Our pups were in by 8am and we were done by 8:30am. 3 puppies, all shots, dewormed, and nails clipped

Took my girl Roxi today for vaccines and what else and they were great! Brianna (If I can remember correctly) took care of us and she was really sweet and informative. Super nice woman and great with my dog. My dog was in and out in minutes. Our new pup goes to them next month for neutering and I’m confident they’ll be great with him as well!

When I took my German Shepherd today to get check the lady at the desk was extremely rude I called the Supervisor she was rude as well like they had no care they were not very welcoming on the customers they kicked me and my dog out saying that they are full with attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone according to the rude services so I ended up taking my dog to another vet that was very nice & welcoming actually helping me with my dog so West Test Vet can screw them self. The other place was very helpful. Never again am I taking my pups here.

So far, it's been great. Have had 2 of my dogs there, and every time it's been quick and easy with service. No hidden fees, and I love how they price their work.

They really care about your pets, just dont be scared to ask any questions.

West Texas Veterinary is the best veterinary in the region. The Vet is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I trust them with both my senior dogs and every time we go I feel a sense of relief. However, due to the pandemic, the wait is long and you have to wait in your car. It is something we all have to deal with and it is worth it with the care they carry with your pets.

Dr. Terrazas is an amazing veterinarian and has been absolutely amazing with all of out fur baby's. But Dr. Daniel Marquez the guy who is covering for him not so much. He was extremely rude to me I've been coming here for awhile but I won't come back to see this guy...

I brought my puppy since he was throwing up & Brianna was the young lady she saw my doggie , she was so kind & very attentive. Next day I went back & Louie saw my doggie for follow up & also so kind & loving & very attentive. I love this veterinary clinic! The prices are very reasonable! I will definitely come back!
