The dr. Himself was very nice.

0/10 recommend. Responsible for my dogs suffering and death. This surgeon is responsible for my dogs death. He wrongly diagnosed my dogs herniated disc with a compression fracture and paralyzed my dog after a traumatic surgery. This vet sold me a story that my dog, who wasn’t paralyzed before surgery, was improving because “she isn’t in pain anymore” (which was only because he paralyzed her so she couldn’t feel anything). What an up sell!! He never acknowledged how my dog was significantly worse after being in his care. We sent him a message in the end that we decided to help our dog pass to relieve her of suffering and he never even responded. Jerk. He knew he messed up and then he washed his hands of us once we paid him 6k for the surgery that paralyzed our sweet girl. He’s a Businessman at best but he has questionable diagnostic ability and clearly sub par surgical skills. 0/10 recommend.

My dog, Luke, was diagnosed with hip dysplasia by his regular vet but was simply not improving. I went back to the vet again and was referred to Dr. Silverman. He immediately knew Luke actually had torn CCLs and needed TPLO surgery. He and his team took really great care of Luke and answered every question I had along the way. Dr. Silverman did a fantastic job on the surgery and I am back to not being able to keep up with Luke. He is back to his normal wild self and I can’t thank Dr. Silverman and his team enough. They have given Luke his life back. I would like to comment on a negative review. I will agree that sometimes wait times can be long. I think I had maybe 5 appointments and one I did wait almost an hour. They have complications with surgeries and emergencies that can push appointments back. They can’t predict everything so please don’t let that deter you.

Dr. Silverman is like Dr. DoLittle! He had a love for animals unlike anyone I have ever seen, he truly loves his patients and cares for them like if they were his own. I am very pleased with his services and clinic because everyone there is extremely professional, kind and most importantly caring. My little Maximus had emergency surgery and Dr. Silverman took so much care for him and kept me updated along the process daily. I am very grateful for him and his staff for an excellent experience in a difficult time.

The veterinarian and vet techs are knowledgeable and friendly, but this practice has EXTREMELY poor time management. Even when I have appointments right when they open at 8AM I wait at least an hour in my car just to be spoken to. Multiple appointments are scheduled for the same hour, but the vet can not seem them all in the time allotted so from the very beginning of the day they’re already behind an hour. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Silverman is a true professional, and he is very good at what he does. My dog needed a TPLO surgery due to a torn CCL, and while there were cheaper options for surgeries that had a less likely chance at full recovery, I wanted the best for my 2 year old dog. Dr. Silverman delivered in a big way. A couple of months post-op, and my dog is back to 100%. Seeing my dog run like a maniac again makes the cost absolutely worth it.

Toxic work environment. Staff cannot be friendly. Seems like a lot of stress there

Dr. Silverman made an appointment for my dog and never saw him because he had an issue concerning trust, the dog is my property and my son tried to get the surgery done at his facility. This is a personal issue that I will address with the State board.

The wait is worthwhile. Excellent care.

Excellent experience! Vet was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with our doggie's legs, and explaining the surgery procedure.

We’re a military family and were actually in the middle of moving from Hawaii to Georgia. While in El Paso visiting family our dog showed lameness in both her hind legs. We had a bad experience at Eastwood Animal clinic when they botched our dogs ACL surgery. We then came to Sun City and Dr.Silverman did an amazing job on our dog. He removed the implants the previous doctor did, and sent everything for a culture. He recommended we see a specialist in Georgia to schedule a TPLO once we moved there. I wish we could have gotten the TPLO surgery with Dr.Silverman but we were unfortunately in the moving process. His staff is so caring and clear when explaining the pre & post op instructions. Dr.Silverman even helped me look up surgeons near Georgia for my dogs TPLO. I can not recommend them enough. Your pet is in great hands. You can trust them.

Dr Silverman and his staff did an outstanding job with our girl Brigid. She is recovering so well and we couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Silverman and his staff took great care of our 11 year old Labrador. He had a lung Lobectomy. Dr. Silverman took his time to answer all our questions and go over the procedure. He kept us up to date before and after the surgery. They gave us an invaluable Christmas present, more quality time with our puppy ????

Our pet had a multi year long ear infection and after surgery he went back to being his old self agian. Thank you so much for fixing our dog!

Took my dog in quickly when an issue arose and took very good care of him. Very happy with the care they provided.

Our beagle needed a gallbladder removed and a partial liver lobectomy. A week after surgery she is doing well at home convalescing. All biopsies came back benign. We are thankful for the staff and Dr. Silverman. Our furbaby was taken well care of during her stay.

Caring people, though busy, make time for you and your pet.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Silverman is very knowledgeable. They helped me greatly when my cat was very ill.

The office manager returned my call even when the office was closed. We were able to be seen very quickly and Dr Silverman was very thorough in his visit with us. Every thing was explained concerning options, procedures and even pricing. I'm glad we have such a great knowledgeable surgeon in our area.

Excellent, excellent practice. I walked in with an emergency bite, not knowing it wasn’t an actual traditional vet. The extremely friendly lady behind the counter offered to bring out the doctor, regardless, and take a look at the bite mark. The doctor was extremely helpful, offered advice, and called our actual vet ahead of time so they could prepare for our arrival. Absolutely stunned by the amazing customer service.

Dr. Silverman is an EXCELLENT VETERINARIAN! HIS VAST KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE saved my dog when she seemingly wasn't going to live. His gentle manner with your pet and patience when explaining things to you, the owner, makes you feel at ease and trusting of his abilities. Staff are efficient and very kind to you and your pet. Excellent surgical care and affection for your pet is always given.

Went for a consultation for my pug. Waited for a small amount of time for the vet to see us. He was very thorough in explaning what had to be done for my pug's liver shunt. Gave us lots of information and answered all the questions we had. We havnt taken her in for surgery due to other factors but would recommend this Vet for a consultation if your pet needs surgery.

We had to put are dog down 12 days ago. And it was by far the hardest decision I have ever made. Dr. Silverman and his staff were the right people to help use through are tough time. They were very kind and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Silverman and his staff.
