Very caring and professional workers. They go as far as checking to see how my dog is doing after we took him there. Furthermore, they follow through when tests have been done by calling and giving you the results. I would highly recommend Edgar Park Veterinary clinic.

Dr. Harwood was awesome!! She had treated our dogs several years ago, but we had need of a vet that specialized in orthopedics for one of our other dogs. However…this woman, Dr. Nenni, that has taken over the practice will never fill Dr. Harwood’s shoes in my opinion. We had our new puppy in because we needed to get her spayed. She was almost 6 months old and it was time. She had her first 2 rounds of puppy shots at our other vet’s office, but because I wasn’t able to drive due to recovering from major surgery, and they were clear across town, we were looking for a new vet closer to home. So this was the first visit here in many years, only to find Dr. Harwood had retired. When we adopted this little girl in April, she was only 12 pounds. We weren’t sure about her age until she started losing puppy teeth in May. We’re pretty sure she was dumped and someone found her in the street. Anyway, Dr. Nenni came in and started to examine her. Then she told us that in her opinion, she was a year to a year and a half old! We tried to explain that there was no way, but she wouldn’t hear of it. My husband finally had to pull out his phone with a picture of her sitting next to our other dog, who was right there with us. She was furious that we disputed her “knowledge” but more than that, proved her wrong! She had her teeth gritted so hard, I’m amazed she didn’t break a few! She then administered the puppy’s shots and gave her a treat. Because we had the older dog with us, she offered her a treat, as well. This dog is very ladylike and sniffed at the treat and before she could take it, this supposed animal lover snatched it away and dropped it in the trash. Needless to say, we will never step foot in that clinic again. She was so rude to us after we disagreed with her assessment and barely spoke to us again. But her impatience with our other dog because she was mad at us was the final straw. She has no business working with animals or humans!! We do not recommend this place to anyone!! The only positive we left there with was that her support staff is awesome!! They were great with the dogs and us!

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Katharine A. Nenni and Dr. Priscilla Garcia and staff. My pit bull Summer got very sick at the beginning of November 2021. They responded very quickly and with great care towards my puppy which at time was 8 months old and saved her life. It was such a relief to see my puppy which a part of my family healthy again. If you want your dogs or cats to receive the very best treatment and care I personally recommend Edgar Park Veterinaria Clinic they treat each dog or cat like they are part of the family. Again thank you for all your help and awesome care you took with my puppy Summer.

Amazing vets here, Dr. Harwood is an awesome caring vet. She saved my dog's life on two occassions, once, after I adopted her, turned out she was heartworm positive, and next time she was attacked by another dog; it is a miracle that Dr. Harwood pulled my dog through the injuries she suffered from the attack as it was pretty bad. Dr. Ninni and the other vets are equally caring. Trust them with my dogs.

Dr. Harwood and her staff are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, understanding and professional. I drive 30 minutes to have them care for my 16 year old pupper! Have been going to her clinic since he was a puppy.

Dr. Harwood retired, ???? good for her but bad for us. Wishing her the best! Went there with my cat yesterday and he was seen by Dr. Garcia, she is very patient and answered the million questions I had. The vet tech was also very sweet and caring.

I went on an emergency I had with my puppy,they wouldn't treat him at all because I didn't had the $ 300.

My pitbulls will continue getting the greatest possible care but we're still gonna miss Dr. Harwood. We wish her the best in retirement! Congratulations from, John, Lucille and Bandit

I'm traveling and needed some help for my dog. Being in the veterinary profession myself, it's hard to trust where to take my pet. They helped me out with my pet the same day I called. They are busy & popular so the wait time was expected. But does that really matter when the care, communication, and customer service by the whole staff is clearly excellent?

I took my kitten here and they treated him so well. All the staff was well qualified and friendly. Would highly recommend this veterinarian.

This vet is one of the best offices in El Paso. Dr. Nenni is incredibly smart, caring, and thorough with each visit. We will never have our pets see anyone else as long as we can help it! The waits can be hours, however, so come prepared!
