Funny Dog Grooming El Paso, New Mexico

This was not the first time I’ve taken my dogs to this place and before I was very happy with their work but now I feel like it’s different In a bad way. My dog was very nervous as soon as we walked in and when the lady tried to touch her she growled which has never happened before so I was shocked, they told me to put a muzzle on her which made me feel a little sad because she’s never had to wear one before but for their safety I guess. I just felt uncomfortable leaving her but did, I later went to pick her up and when I got home I noticed that my dogs nail was gone, they had cut off her whole nail!!! They never notified me or anything, I just can’t believe her whole nail is cut off like it’s obviously noticeable and should’ve let me know. I should’ve trusted my gut and not have left her there. I’m very disappointed with them and will not be going back there ever again.

Took my dog like I’ve always taken him but today my dog was crying and i saw that he had blood on his paw, i called and said that they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t what happened

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. They burned my cousins dog and cut him up and then put his pictures as their cover photo on Facebook because I guess they are just so proud of harming animals. Just wow. Don’t go to this place! There are many many people on Facebook with proof that they harmed their animals and they’re proud of it and don’t care.

The employee was rude and unprofessional. I called and left a message and no one called me back. Their message stated their business hours but when I got there the employee said closing time was much earlier than the time on their message.

So far my dog has gone there for her haircuts and nail trims she always comes out looking 12 from a 1-10 so she always comes out good !

Update : They were my go to place for the longest time . . .but lately they are so bad. . the past few times i have taken her its something . . first they cut her on the chest. . .the next time you couldnt even tell they had cut her hair and had requested it really short. . this last time they forgot to clean her ears???? im done !!!! i need to find a new place.

If u live on east and take ur dog or know anyone who takes there pets here DON'T STOP THEM FROM TAKING Their PETS. THEY HURT MY DOG AND NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING IT WASN'T THEM. .THEY WRAPPED HER BOW AROUND HER EAR CUTTING HER EAR my daughter just noticed because she has blood and her ear is completely slit .PLEASE HELP US AND STOPPING THEM FROM HURTING ANYMORE ANIMALS

Great place I've been taking my dogs there for a few years friendly environment

Made an appointment ahead of time and drove across town to take my dog for a grooming and I show up and she tells me they are booked up. Very unprofessional! I will not be doing business with funny dog grooming!

We recently started taking our dogs there and the prices are good and they left my 2 pekingese looking beautiful and they smelled amazing . We have also taken our 2 German shepherds there as well and they do a good job of leaving their fur look so shiny

They use to be my go to groomers but the past two times I have taken them they have done a horrible job. I told them to trim around the eyes for my poodle and they shaved him completely then had the audacity to call me after to “confirm” the haircut despite already shaving him. My other dog came home with an injury and they also called telling us that the injury was a result of mishandling when we dropped her off. Definitely would not recommend with their current staff. Place needs to be shut down. Dog owners beware.

Unprofessional and I have recently come across some news of someone having a horrible experience where their German Shepherd was being hit .

RUN AWAY! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR PETS. THEY ARE CARELSS AND WHEN APPROACHED ABOUT THIER BEHAVIOR THEY TRY TO COVER IT UP.

Really upset with them I took my 3 dogs in and they were not matted like the groomer said. They had some small knots that could have probably been combed out and instead they decided to shave my girls. They take too many dogs on they only think quantity not quality. Will not be taking them there anymore

They got a new line of groomers and all of them are unprofessional and always cut my dog. DONT TRUST YOUR FUR BABIES WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Even though I really like this place. I think there should be a receptionist that is bilingual. My Spanish isn’t very good, so it makes it hard to communicate. Also, the shampoo doesn’t smell very good. Everything else is on point.

Took my Shihi Tzu and they cut the eye lid they tried to seal it with gel (but didn’t tell me) so when I arrived home 2 minute drive to my house my fur baby as always shakes off and all of a sudden blood drops everywhere. I see his eye take him to the emergency clinic and they had to stitch him up. DO NOT TAKE THEM TO FUNNY DOG GROOMING

I have always brought our poodles here for years and they come out looking fabulous. The prices are very reasonable. I reccomend!

Do NOT take your pets to FUNNY DOG GROOMING in El Paso, TX. On 1/16, a German Shepherd being hit because he wouldn’t cooperate with the groomer and was standing frozen in place while other dogs were crying.

Great job on both my English Bulldogs

My dog had been to this groomer several times and he always leaves happy and clean. They finish grooming him fast for such a big boy but they always do a great job. We walk in and drop him off, no appointment needed. My boy loves visiting the groomers!

My fur babies have always come out there happy and healthy. Please keep it up
