SKIP IT, unless you're fine with a "professional" injuring your beloved pet and not mentioning it to you ???? Took my curly toy poodle for the first time for a bath and teddy bear cut with images. The cut did not come out the best, but whatever as long as it was far from a standard poodle cut I was ok. However - they groomer failed in attention to detail. My pup still had overgrown hair on the smile line and muzzle looked tinted as if unwashed. Additionally, ears were not in congruence with photo given. Upon complaint, my dog came back with the shortest uneven ears that I had to fix at home. My dog was acting kind of weird, but I thought it was just the stress of beinheft at the groomers. It dawned on me to check his belly for Knicks and I found one. They did not mention this to me, had they I could have already disinfected and protected it. It's near the private region so could easily get infected and cause systemic infection. $55 I did not mind paying; can't say "you get what you pay for." Cause no business should be injuring animals and keeping their family in the dark!

So long story short, I use to take my fur babies here "SINCE THEY OPENED" on viscount and the owners wife Karen did an AWESOME job and I was only being charged $25 for my yorkie cuz they were barely starting out... ok now 3 plus years later she's never there anymore and the "NEW" lady that's there on Saturdays is very rude and unprofessional, so I happened to call last week and the owners husband happened to answer and I let him know how I felt, he did advise me that I can make an appointment with Karen and I was ok with that until he told me that there "BRAND" had changed so I would have to pay $35-45 for my yorkies so I was like no my dog weighs maybe 9lbs... so never again,.

I, like many customers have shared, had been taking my 3 dogs for grooming for years and was always charged a set amount. Yesterday, she spiked the price by $35 dollars. When I questioned her, she very rudely replied that it was “because no one wants to work and that the cost of her products had gone up”. Lady, you will not be seeing us again.

My wife just finished bringing them back from this business and although they did a good job, the overall experience was quite unpleasant. Long story short, they gave a price over the phone then changed it AFTER they had already been cut. We understand the up charge for matted fur, however claiming one price and then changing it $20 is ridiculous. Didn't bother to tell us about the surcharge for card and didn't spray a cologne/perfume.

We had been taking our pup to this groomers for a year or two, out of convenience and because we liked their work. However, their pricing isn’t consistent. We brought it to their attention that the last couple of times we’ve taken our pup they had given us a set price. One of the staff members confidently stated that we hadn’t taken our pup since February 2020. This was clearly a lie and if their paper logs were organized they would have know that our most recent visit was December 2020. I pulled out our bank statement on my phone to show them their charge on my card and the pricing that they had given us. Even with this proof, they still didn’t honor the pricing and basically ignored the fact that they were wrong about the times we took our pup. This situation didn’t sit right with us so we will no longer be coming to this groomers.

As a Business owner I Understand that Hiring the Right People is challenging since they become the face of your Business and must Represent the core values of your organization. For Years we took our dog to their Facility,In one of our previous visit he came back with a Very Red eye and a Cut in one of his legs.We always give second chances specially due to the nature of their Trade,we also understand that since they have all the tools,training and the facility to get the job done properly the smart thing for us to do is to seek a professional Dog Groomer . Today we had the worst experience ,not only the Lady that was there does't have a good customer service attitude,but she also way trying to lie her way out of the situation when confronted about why she didn't call us about the changing of previously agreed price,hair cut type and form of payments accepted at that facility. Happy Pets Dog grooming,This is not about the money,But is definitely about the Core Values of a Business and being able to see what's affecting you .

They always treat my dog with care and do a great job in bathing and cutting his hair.

So I’ve been taking my pet to this groomer for more than a year and these las times I’ve taken it they just don’t do what you ask them to do and they don’t treat the dog’s right. Also, some how they damaged my dog’s paw to the point that he was bleeding and they couldn’t accept that it was their fault.

They are Very Professional & did a Great Job on my Dog SPIKEY. Highly Recommend this Dog Grooming Service & Will definitely keep taking my dog SPIKEY for their Services. ????????????????

Does anybody know where they keep the dogs at this establishment or if they keep them together?

Debated on writing this review, but reading other similar stories made me feel I should. I took my doggy there for about a year, at first I really liked it, prices kept increasing, but I was fine with it because up to a certain point I did like the job they did. Second to last time I took my fur baby he had a cut on his leg. I thought, you know it happens and it wasn't that bad. Last time I took him on December 2019 they gave him back to me with an eye hemorrhage, they told me I had brought him like that and even showed me a video as "proof" I know damn well I didnt take him like that. I know accidents happen, they could've at least owned up to it. I get so mad even writing this, I felt like the worst dog mom ever for leaving him there.

I took my dog, originally estimated $45 over the phone, once there, $65 because my dog was slightly taller than expected even after I clearly expressed his breed. Finally, after being there for 6 hrs and not getting a rough ETC, they called me and rushed me to go get him because they were going to close. They have a fee if you are late to pick up your pet. When I picked him up and loaded him up, he relieved himself in my back seat. He has never done that I. his 10 years being alive. First groomer I've been to that doesn't take pups out to relieve themselves. So disappointed because they did a good job otherwise with his haircut, just bad customer service with caring for one's pet while entrusted to them. What was a $65 haircut turned out to be a $165 haircut and steam-cleaning service.

I gave it one star because otherwise I couldn’t give a review,this people told me they do trimming for kitties claws just so I could put the caps on they said they would be able to do so,there’s two thing I don’t like wasting time or money I they just made me wasted both!! I’m on 2 hours of sleep and we get to the place and they tell me they don’t do cat services and I have proof in text messages that they said they would do it!!! Never again it was a whole waste of my time.

I used to take my Mr. Teddy there when Jasmin worked there, she was so patient and did a great job on his hair. I recently found her working at Barleys Kutz on lomaland.

I have been coming to this groomer for a year. It has gradually gotten worse. Now the one groomer that usually grooms is not at the facility often. The woman that accepted the dogs did not seem to understand what I was saying when I explained the type of cut I wanted. The prices continue to go up. I have two Yorkies that I bring every six weeks. This past grooming was so uneven and choppy. The legs were left so long that they had knots in their leg hair by the next day. This is by far the worst gooming I have ever received on my pets. I was asked to pay before the woman came from in back of the shop with the dogs. She then pushed the dogs in my arms. Since they do not allow collars or harnesses, I did not have their harnesses with me, the dogs were scrambling trying to get away from this person. The price was $80 dollars for the two dogs and I tipped, this was before I examined the job! They have remodeled, put up a wall so that you cannot see your dogs when you come up to the desk. I will never go back to this place.

I called about three times and no one answered when someone finally answered I asked a simple question and was told hours and that was it and all I asked was "do you shave cats"

TOOK LONG FOR GROOMING, 7HRS

Never will go again. Cut my dogs back leg.

Graet service,fast,my fur puppies love it there

Took my Shi Tzu for a hair cut so I know he was knotted and told them to shave him. My dog is depressed come to find out they cut his ear through the inside. I feel like I have betrayed my fur baby. NEVER AGAIN! I will now use a mobile grooming so I can be there watching.
