I just use the spa part and Hanna is absolutely amazing!! We've been going there for a while now and I recommend her highly!!

Hanna, is great with my fur babies.. very nice and clean, the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic little spot! Used it during a trip for our dog to hang out for the day while we went rafting. She was exhausted and happy!

Love this place!!! Erika the Manger has aww way of caring for our fur babies and their parents. Lico has his way with the workers, he gives them his puppy eye look and he gets carried, pampered and spoiled. Hanna the groomer does wonders on him. He is her muse. I mention her name to her the night before he is to go to get groomed and he starts to wiggle. When I see my dog react like that I know Durango Pet Resort is exceptional with class style workers that represent the company spot on. We moved down here 3 years ago from East Coast and say it like it is. Thank you ????

Gunner can't wait to get in the door. Everyone is super kind and willing to listen. This is the only place we feel confident leaving our dog. Having him grooming and in daycare is so very convenient. Both daycare and grooming are nothing but professional.

I was very nervous to leave my dogs at daycare, but the staff took such great care of them! My girls hadn't been in daycare for years and I have very high standards of who I leave them with. Hannah and Erica must've done something right - when I picked up my girls on the second day, they were so happy to see us, but they also took an extra moment to say "thank you" to Erica for taking such good care of them! That was enough for me, seeing my babies be thankful for their care! Thank you Durnago Pet Resort (special shout out to Erica and Hannah!). I I can tell your staff truly cares about what they do!!

I own a doggie daycare and decided to bring my dogs to Durango on vacation with the family. Erica and her team were absolutely wonderful! River and a Kopper went to daycare two days in a row and were very well taken care of! They were so excited when we went back the next day that they could hardly contain themselves. They got a bath the second day and smelled soooo good! This is a top notch facility (doesn’t even smell like a dog place, which means they clean VERY well). If I’m ever in the area again with my pups, I will definitely come back. Thank y’all so much!

Visiting from out of town and left our dog here on 2 separate days. They treated our dog very well. Really liked the convenience of being able to drop off before they opened. They have a secure kennel where the dog stays until staff arrives. This saved us from having to board overnight.

If you are a dog and you need a trim or a place to stay this is the place for you! My dog had a grrreat time! Update they are still great and your dog will love you for letting them stay with the fun loving staff!

Good screening program and a well supervised play area

Awesome young ladies that work there. They were willing to wait for me knowing I was coming from another big city and it took hours to get there to deliver my dog to them for a short stay. Very open arms friendly willing to do whatever you needed and very caring to my dog

II love taking my furry pet to Durango Pet Resort. He has been able to mingle with the other breeds that are there and that was important to me because he's a very high-strung high-stress furry baby... Ericka has been fantastic him and me; and you know what Ericka has been and always will be a very helpful young lady as far as my concerns are with the Resort... I cannot give enough thumbs up to the entire staff there ! Grooming/Nail Trim is always on point and no issues as far as ear infections my other furry babies use to get FROM OTHER GROOMING very well KNOWN Pet Salons .. DURANGO PET RESORT ROCKS IN MY BOOK !

Very nice. Very friendly staff. Forget to make a grooming appointment but they got her done. Extremely good rates for the boarding and grooming. Our baby was treated well. Would recommend to everyone.

Bucky, my 1 year old Golden Retriever, loves the Durango Pet Resort. When we arrive he runs right to the dog kennel entrance to begin playing with all his buddies. The staff is very helpful, as nice as anyone could possibly be. I never worry about Bucky whether it's for a day visit or overnight. Once he stayed 12 nights and everything went really well.

We dropped off our 11 month old English Bulldog for daycare. I few hours later we got a phone call that she had been bitten by another dog "playing too hard" and had a couple of small puncture wounds. When we picked her up that night we found SIX puncture wounds to her face, nose, and mouth, including one completely through her tongue. We were told that the dogs had been playing outside while the attendant was inside. We asked if there was video monitoring that we could look at. We were told initially that only the owner had access to the video records and then told there were no cameras outside. It cost us $130 to get her checked out by a vet.

My Wife took our Husky there for grooming, we were impressed at the quality and cost. Taking the other husky in today.

I took my Small dog here and they did wonderful with shaping! Love it! Totally recommend this place not to mention it's also very cheap.

We had a horrible experience! Our dog almost died. I picked her up after 7 days of boarding her. She started vomiting and had diarrhea all day and night. I just got back from the vet. He said she has a real bad bacterial infection! I am not surprised because she smelled like pre and her bed smelled like per! They had to pump her with fluid, antivomiting medicine and antibiotics. When I told them how sick she is, they didn't care! Don't take your dig there! Every time I call or go in person nobody answers and no one at the desk. There kennels are obviously dirty!

Sometimes they're good, sometimes not so much. We just picked up our dog last night (inconvenient hours on Sunday), and he was extremely agitated (all the dogs were barking like crazy at 5pm). He had diarrhea in the back of the truck coming home, and didn't calm down for hours. It might be the heat, but the facility is supposed to have A/C.

We left our pups in the care of Amanda and Todd. Our pups are not socially adapted yet and were taken care of in an excellent fashion. I would highly recommend anyone going to see Amanda and Todd's facility. It is top notch. It is very clean and sanitary with plenty of room for the dogs to run and play with others of their same size. I cannot say enough good things about Durango Pet Resort. We will definitely go back.

TOP NOTCH! Left our 6 month old puppy for a week. It was definitely harder on us than the pup! The facility is clean, modern, and well maintained. My pup was well taken care of and the staff was very understanding and reassuring whenever we called to check in, which really helped us feel at ease. They were able to accommodate her feeding schedule, special diet, and supplements without question. When it was time to come home, our pup had to make sure to say "bye" to all her new human friends. I'm so glad we found a boarding facility that we can trust. We'll definitely be back!
