I love Lulu's! I came here out of a recommendation and haven't regretted it. They are very gentle with my dog. I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews but, I really appreciate everything they do. They don't cage the pets, my dog gets to roam freely and meet other dogs, and the staff is very friendly. I am really going to miss this place when I move.

I just moved from Summerlin to Henderson and was looking for a groomer who knew how to scissor cut my Newfoundland/poodle mix. Everyone at Lulu’s was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my requests. They explained in detail what they were going to do (I ended up doing a guard comb I think it’s called and they scissored a bit) and my girl turned out perfect! I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend lulu’s they know what they are doing and they are also very kind people! Trust them with your doodles!!! My bernedoodle will be stopping there next!

I have taken my mid size dog to Lulu’s for nail trim once, (she isn’t huge on being around other dogs. And my daughters little Cairn Terrier there twice for nail trims ( she’s really a nervous nelly, both rescues. I have an appt today 7/22/20 for both of them. No way I can get them both in vehicle today. I’ve tried calling since 9:00 but the phone must be off the hook. Busy signal all morning! I need to cancel!

Took our Lu Lu to Lu Lu's after being quarantined during covid 19. She was way over due for a grooming, matted horribly. Turns out I think this is the perfect hair cut for her. Thank you all very much & glad you're back open!! P.S. I hope you'll be able to duplicate this cut.

I thought I would try this place for our dog . I called to make an appointment for 2pm. The day of the appointment I get a text that says: "Your appointment is today at 9am" I called them , they messed up and are booked the rest of the day. I canceled my appointment.

Trying to make an appointment and it says the number isn’t a working number?!? How can we make appointments with a wrong phone number and no website or anything??

Wonderful customer service, cares about the animals. Very friendly!

Tabby at Lulu's is EXTRAORDINARY! She takes special care grooming my little Schnoodle, Prince. We love Lulu's, and are very grateful for all the amazing TLC we've received over the years ... THANK YOU for being so fabulous!

Update: I appreciate the apology and understand the miscommunication. Thank You! Original Review: I stopped by a few months ago to make inquiry about nail clipping for my new puppy. I was told, "No problem; call ahead." Today, I stopped in at 1:00pm and asked if I could bring my puppy in for a quick nail clip. I was told, " Yes, as long as you can make it back before 4pm. " I told her I would be back shortly and thanked her. I returned at 1:30pm, puppy in tow (109° outside temperature today), and was told they were too busy, I would need an appointment .. possibly tomorrow .. Call ahead. I wil not be returning.

Love that the dogs aren't kept in cages while waiting. My dog is happier and that makes me happier. The staff is always friendly and kind.

Took my cat in for a grooming. I paid. When driving home with my cat i received a call from the owner that his nail may have fallen off and to "watch him". So I let him out of his carrier, as he walks around there is blood everywhere! From there I had to take him to the emergency room. They had it cleaned and stopped the bleeding. Called this morning and asked for a refund and that if he needs surgery from the owner clipping his nail to low, I will let her know. She said she will NOT be giving a refund. She then changed her story that she notified me before I paid. This is definitely scary as a pet owner and for our city of Henderson.

I brought my 100lb Golden for his first cut in a year and first visit to LULU's. Mimi and her staff treated us like regular customers but most of all she did a wonderful job on my pup!! Thank you!

TAWNY has groomed our OLD ENGLISH SHEEPDOG, our BICHON, & OUR LABRADOODLE, who is a DIABETIC ALERT DOG. She is AAAA++++ talented, gentle, kind , and conscientious who treats our dogs with kit gloves. DOODLE people at dog park frequently ask where he is groomed. TAWNEY is so nice, professional, smart & a joy to know. The salon is VERY CLEAN & the staff outstanding.

Since 2017, we take our two fur babies to Lulu's. Tabbie has taken care of us every time, her sweet disposition and care is second to none. They are simply the best

I've been taking my dogs to Lulu's for many years and have always been EXTREMELY satisfied with the service. The original owner sold the business awhile ago, but that has not affected the quality of service at all! Everyone there is genuinely happy to work there and all the dogs are super happy hanging out before and after their "Spaw" treatments. I would highly recommend Lulu's.

We have been taking our three dogs (Lulu, Winston, and Chelsea) to Lulus for a long time. They do fantastic work and are super friendly to us and more importantly to our fur babies. I highly recommend Lulus to take care of the grooming needs for your dogs.

LuLu’s, Has always taken excellent care of our Havanese! They have listened and followed my instructions on how I want his hair cut. They have made him feel safe and make his visit as stress free as possible. He loves his after visit treats and always looks calm and beautifully groomed when I pick him up.

Our pup loves this place but most importantly the staff at Lulu's love our pup so we know he's in good hands.

When I lived in Henderson, I loved taking my fur babies here! They are such an awesome group of people and a very welcoming establishment. My dogs ALWAYS came out looking so cute and fresh. I definitely recommend them!

Been taking Max to this groomer for a while now. They treat him so well. Used to take him to a chain groomer who did an outstanding job, but Max was in a pen and would bark himself hoarse. He hangs in a pen with the other small dogs and is a happy little guy when coming home.

Over price and took 5 hours to get hour puppy back

Took our 6 month old Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier to Lulus. They knew he had broken his hind leg when he was 4 months old. We picked him up & when arriving home he would not stand on his leg. We called & asked what had happened to him. They said nothing but would have the owner call. Two days later we heard from her. That little trip to Lulus cost us $275 in Vet bills. They denied anything happened. He was fine when we took him in there, leg was healed & he was walking fine. He is still after 1 month not putting weight on his leg. Beware that’s all we can say. They appear to be great with dogs but we don’t agree now. They did something to our dog but won’t tell us what happened.

Lulu's is the absolute best groomer in the Vegas area. I have a dog with serious separation anxiety (seriously....he screams). After being banned from his last groomer for his screaming, a friend told me about Lulu's. Their prices are fair, about the same as everyone else. Here's the difference: the employees at Lulu's care about your dog, and will treat them like their own. They don't believe in cages, and all grooming tables are in view of the dogs, so there's no anxiety there. If your dog has a tough time like mine does, you can expect that they will receive extra pets, cuddles, and a lap to sit on when they need it. Otherwise, they'll have a blast playing with the other dogs. Also, the grooming itself is phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about Lulu's, you just have to give them a try. I promise you'll be as thrilled as I am.
