I've been going here for high quality Dog food and supplies for 5.5 yrs I prefer their products and prices over the big shops or Nationwide franchises

Just yes. Selection, cleanliness, helpfulness, no-agenda - it's all there. If you feel immuno-compromised or at-risk, wear a mask or ask for curbside pickup. Otherwise, just enjoy a clean, bright open store. Came here after a lecture from another pet store and I've found my new home.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the nail clipping on one of my Danes and my normal sized dog. The store is fine, just make an appointment so your groomer has the time to clip your dogs nails.

Such a great place for all your pet supplies! There are so many different specialty products and treats for your dog!! My dog loves to go in and pick out his own bones and chew sticks! Lot's of raw diet items too! The staff is so friendly! They always make us feel like family!

I've been buying my dog's food at the Henderson location for a while now and have never had a problem until recently. This business does not follow the mask mandate and therefore doesn't require social distancing or PPE for employees or customers. I no longer feel safe shopping here. I love to support local businesses and even go out of my way to purchase from this store as it isn't close to my home. But I won't be returning as it makes me question if they care about the safety of their customers or doing the right thing for their community. Very disappointed. I recommend taking your business to a more responsible shop.

Didn’t have what I needed.

One of the guys working there was honestly OVERBEARING. Multiple times we told him we were just browsing and what should have been a 10 minute stop turned into 35 because he wouldn't accept that we wanted to look around ourselves. He also started giving my dog commands without asking if it was okay (until after the fact, and even then he really didn't listen). I ended up having to leave the store due to a panic attack from him not leaving us alone and being over bearing.

Love this place! I also use them for grooming my dog. The staff is very friendly, and willing to help you find the right stuff you’re looking for.

All employees are fun, and also knowledgeable, and helpful.

Their grooming department is awesome. The rest of the staff are always so helpful and genuine as well.

This place was amazing! I went in for my clients dog since she just moved from cali and had run out of lotus dog food. They were very friendly and greeted me right away. I started looking around and couldn't find the food. They noticed that I kept walking the same aisle 2-3 times and asked if they could help. I stated that I was looking for lotus brand and they helped me find it (it was in front of my face) afterwards I was waiting to hear from my client about what flavor and they asked if I was still doing ok. After I chose the flavor they helped me carry the 25lb bag to the register and then out to my car. They also shared with me that they will be having pictures with Santa on 12/20/20. I will be taking both my pup and my clients pup to see Santa. Wonderful experience highly recommend!

Funny thing about talking to random strangers at a dog park is that you get the opportunity to share information. I was out with my Old English Sheepdog puppy and was chatting with someone who said they recommended At Your Service for grooming. Turns out, this is the place to go for an Old English Sheepdog in Las Vegas for multiple reasons. For one, the master groomer on site absolutely adores the breed. Second, one of the owners ran a rescue for the breed for a long time. Third, the service is excellent! I have been there a few times now with my puppy and I am very pleased with the results and the care he gets. A strong recommendation! Ask about military veterans program as well.

Great local pet store! They have quality food and advice. Several times they have opened items so that my dog can taste test. Very friendly.

Non-compliance of Governor's mandate to wear face masks. Canton and the manager said " it is not a law"! Hum the henderson police will be giving them a visit and hopefully a citation. Take your money elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable staff and high quality food & supplies for dogs. We also tried them out for grooming and it was the best we have ever had for our dog. Highly recommend!

They have great healthy pet food options, our cats are quite picky and they always love the food we get from here!
