I had an appointment today at 4. The receptionist with the short hair and hat was very rude (I had called to get her name for this review and the lady wouldn’t give me her name) She didn’t say one word to us when we got there was was rude …

Very organized. My cat was treated with care and the prices were amazing for everything that was done on him.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appt and drive 30 mins to get to them for some much-needed immediate care for my dog. They ghosted me!!! A young woman came out and told me no one was there and that they had changed my 9 am appt to noon. No one contacted me about that! Don't trust them!

All of the staff is wonderful. They took great care of my dog throughout the neuter process. The vet personally called several times to check on him through the following week. They honestly care about the welfare of the animals they see.

We had another 5 star experience with this clinic. We had to put our 15 year old dog, Mary Jane down. We just received a sympathy card from the staff. Thank you all!!!!

Made an appointment TWICE and both times they couldn’t find my appointment in their “book”. They make you waste you time by showing up and not helping you. Very unprofessional.

My 12lb. Pomeranian has dental work and a mass removed at St Francis several years ago. The doctors and staff were compassionate, caring and very professional. I was called during the the cleaning and told my dog needed several extractions. They were considerate enough to ask permission before going ahead with the procedure. Also, they accepted payments on a $900 bill. My dog had no negative side effects from anesthesia and healed very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend St Francis, as they will work with your budget, schedule and needs while making your pet the ultimate priority. UPDATE: Last July 2019 I was informed that St. Francis no longer accepts payments. I was told too many people simply weren’t paying off their balances in full. It’s a shame that had to happen but they still are accommodating and try to work within your budget.

St. Francis Animal Clinic was there for me when I had to make the difficult decision to let my girl go. They we nothing but kind and professional and explained everything clearly. They are very affordable, compared to every other place I called, and were able to make same day accommodations.

My cat is simply a patient. I don't know any of the staff. Place is clean. Vet is very nice. Prices are very very reasonable. //// I brought my old kitty into be checked (I had just adopted her). they also cut her nails. I had to call them after the visit about a OTC vitamin product -- they were SO NICE. The vet had to be consulted, but I received a prompt return call.

Had two dogs stay with them and they did an amazing job. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond! Not to mention very affordable.

Dr Larsen was great during my dogs euthanasia I could tell Dusty trusted her. The staff made a difficult visit easier by their kindness and care. Thank you all!

I have been taking my dog to St Francis for over 2 years now, and each time I bring him, he gets treated quickly and with much care. The vet technicians and Veterinarians go above and beyond to take care and make sure I and my dog feel safe and taken care of.

Been going to this clinic for years and they have always been great. Very friendly, thorough and fair prices.

I have not yet stepped into the door of St Francis Clinic, but i just had an amazing phone conversation with the fill in vet, Dr. McCartle and also the tech named Joe. I'm having trouble getting info from my regular vet...she won't answer my questions, but Dr. McCartle and Joe were beyond helpful. I can't wait to go over there! I sure do hope that Dr. McCartle gets hired on as a regular.

Seemed to be in a hurry to get home instead of treating my animal.. and sent us to another vet.. she said there was nothing she could do for my cat

I've been going to At Francis Animal Clinic for many years. The vets are very compassionate and caring. They really take the time with you and your kiddos. They are fantastic. There prices are the cheapest I have found in town. I recommend to anyone needing a great clinic.

Everyone at St. Francis is kind and caring. You can tell they really care about animals. It's also very affordable. I've been taking my dogs there since I was little in the 60's & 70's.

We were begining our vacation, with our, 9 year old, great Dane, Bella. She seemed to be limping. Before traveling on, we called St. Francis, to see if they could check her. We were able to see Dr. Larsen, within an hour. She thoroughly examined our 100 lb baby, spending a considerable amount of time, with us. She offered several suggestions and prescribed medication, for her upset stomach also. We left the clinic feeling reassured. Being from California, my husband was amazed, at the low cost, of the visit and medication fees. We wondered why our meds were so expensive at home. While traveling, Dr. Larsen surprised us with daily phone calls afterward, to see how Bella was doing. I was shocked, as it would be a miracle, if my own practitioner had done that. Bella improved and our trip was wonderful. If we lived in Albuquerque, we definitely would have St. Francis, as our primary care office. Service, price, and compassion, was the best ever. Thank you Dr. Larsen. You will always be remembered, as part of our pleasant trip. Bella thanks you.

They are great and treat all the patient's like their own

I got my dog in quickly the staff was very attentive. I really like the vet she was very reassuring.

Lovely doctor Susan Larsen, went over everythingg thoroughly, like a real professional......too bad you cant get human care like this!!!
