NOT ALLOWING CUSTOMERS INSIDE. Expect to sit in your car for 20-30 minutes, things will not be on time bc phone/email service is a literal crapshoot, including misquoting total cost. Assert yourself bc they won't take care of business.

Appt for my medium size pet, part schnauzer and part poodle. Was quoted 20.00 for nail clipping for my pet. When received invoice was charged 35. and cents for this. Called to ask why charged when quoted 20.00 reason they gave was he was not a good boy????? They charged 15.00 over the quoted price. I have called for Dr. William left a written message for Dr. to no avail, keep getting hung up on and also receptionists/and Vet Assistant, which I will not name, have me on hold for more than 10 minutes and then have ended call????? Have tried different times, no avail. Frustration for price, no response, no professionalism??????. YES!!!! Will not recommend.!!!!!!

They only reason im giving them only 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have yet to go inside and have that experience due to COVID, but what I have experienced in my other visits, was by far the best I've had. They called and followed up on my Max a week after his visit. They send cute little reminder cards with his face on them. lol, and they are by far the cheapest I've found. Great customer service.

Some one found my cat who disappeared about a month ago. I thought she ran away to die. They called me to surrender her, which I did. She was in bad shape. The guy behind the counter had no bedside manner. Other than that, it was good

The vets and workers are pretty nice and patient with my decently difficult dog, but they never have any openings which kinda sucks.

Great information on pets... Reliable for your pet's needs...

No appointments for 30 days, there is only one walk in appointment per day but you have to call at 8am to get it. There is no walk in available, and they close early not open on weekends

Jannel the manager accused me of 'wasting their time' for complaining about her new policy victimizing desperate dog owners, charging more money for 'sick' animal diagnosis. They spring the extra costs on you after waiting a month for an appointment, as you arrive to check in.. It's dispicable and it constitutes changing the contract they made and you already paid for.. Not to mention completely devaluing your time taken off from work. Acting like diagnosing a 'sick' animal justifies additional fees in an animal check up.. It's it's all part of the same service, (you checked the animal and found a problem..) and not like they won't then charge you for any tests necessary to diagnose, so by what justification do they want to add insult to injury forcing you to pay more just to come in? They also are so small minded that they force you to only bring in a single animal (for a block of time lasting up to 45 min, so if the one dog is out in 10 minutes, do they refund the unused portion? We're paying for the vet's time, why are they charging per animal?). I called another vet and have an appointment scheduled for both dogs in two weeks. Steer clear of this abusive, non-customer service oriented rip-off artist, there's just plain better options out there if you look.

Excellent animal clinic! Brought our cat Mariah in for a check up and a spayed: the prices were excellent and the spay was done quickly. I called several vets in the area and this clinic had the most responsible prices. The technicians are incredibly kind and responsive: they called twice the day after Mariah's surgery to check up on her. Really enjoyed my experience with this clinic.

People here are very friendly but prices are not as affordable as advertised. I took my dog for an ear infection and my bill was over $200 ????. My primary vet is in Belen and my bill for a previous ear infection was more than half the amount of the bill here. So crazy expensive! I guess I’ll continue going to Belen.

Had my sher pei puppy's seen thier fast and good customer service treated my puppies good

They called me back the day after i posted on their website when my normal vet couldnt get me in.

Great clinic, got our puppies parvo shots went back to finish them up and they're super nice and welcoming!

Took our 19 year old cat Max in to a same day appointment. We received excellent service. They currently have Covid 19 car service in place. Everything went smoothly and Max was so calm when he was returned. They are booked up but a call in the morning got us into a cancellation the same day.

The South Valley clinic are awesome! They take care of your pet like their own. Very detailed on your pets condition. Ask questions and they will have an answer. I took Ms. Bailey and she wasn't scared at all. Good job south valley clinic I certainly will be back.

The techs seemed to care for my pet which I appreciate. They gave me updates when my dog had his dental work done and saved my sweet boys teeth.

My dog Mari luvs going 2 the vet go figure. The only veterinarian I have ever taken my dogs.

This is where you take your little buddy or baby they are to some like our children, so this is where you want to take them when they are ill or just need shots, they are great with all animal very professional and caring at the same time, hours are good and prices are fair.

Was fast when called me.but I waited for 30 minutes.

Very unprofessional very rude staff. Last time I went in for an exam I waited 2 & 1/2 hours passed my appointment time. This time I waited a whole hour before leaving. Was told they had "new" techs and it was there fault they were behind & didn't know the protocol! All the staff were inside not wearing masks and weren't even six feet away from each other and or customer's! Would 10/10 not recommend anyone to come here!!

Covid makes them have a long wait time but I absolutely love them.

They talk badly about the pets they have to help and the owners. They are very unprofessional because I went in and they said I canceled when I know I didn’t. If you love your animals go to another vet!!!!!!

WAS a very good place to take my dogs. Over the last few years each visit has been worse then the previous. Regardless of having an appointment, you can plan on waiting at least 45 minutes. I really like the vet there but business as a whole is not very good. Sad to say I will be looking for a new place to take my dogs. ....today's visit was 2 and a half hours and 300 dollars for 2 physical exams and an ear cleaning.

Wonderful place, very reasonable prices but they're so busy they're not taking new patients.
