Well I showed up at 9am for my appointment.... nobody to be found... me and 2 other customers waited 30 minutes for an employee to arrive. no excuses why they were late and didn't seem too concerned that they were late. 3 hours later and I got her back. Definitely not happy with the cut all.... shorter then I asked for. So $50 + tax and $5 tip they didn't deserve. I will not be going back. And I encourage you to not waste your time here. 8.27.21- Yes I had an awful experience.But with in 1 hour of my review the owner, Jessica, personally called me to help resolve the issue. She is a local businesses and wants happy clients. She refunded my money and offered to to the grooming herself next time. now thats what I call good business and a great owner. Even though I had terrible service What the owner did definitely changed my mind. I will give another try

I took my Husky for a groom and deshading treatment. After keeping my dog for 8 hours when we picked him up my Husky look so bad. Literally i don't understand why they kept him so many hours when they gave it to me exactly the way he looked when I dropped him off. When I called to complain about the pour job they did on my dog, the lady got defensive and tried to argued back.. finally she transfered the phone to the person "who worked on my dog and he did apologize for the misunderstanding and offered discount for the next time but there is no way I would take my dog back to them. My Advice for not take your dogs here.

Pets R Us is great! They take their time to get it done right. We are happy customers.

Upon arriving they were very nice and welcoming my furr baby! They were able to do the cut as I requested and did such an amazing job! Goliath will be back when he needs his spa day..

Took them 6 hours to cut my dogs hair.people are not well trained to cut hair and they are kinda rude

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS!! They abused my dog as i was walking in. They threw him against the cage! This is unacceptable

Please Please do not bring your pets here horrible service and will shave your entire pet without your consent and very expensive for something you did not ask for and will not shower your pet!!!

This morning I woke up and realized my dog, was in need of a groomer. I looked up groomers and starting calling in order that they were listed. The first one was retiring and no longer taking appointments, next one no appointments till next week. Finally I came across Pets R Us ABQ. I was thrilled when they said that they could take me today! Their facilities are very modest, and they were working on a couple of dogs when I arrived. The dogs looked happy. The staff were very professional groomers, my dog was, trimmed, clipped, bathed ,dried and nails trimmed. They cleaned his eyes and ears. They cut his his hair exactly as I requested. The whole process took about 3.hrs When I got back my dog was very happy. He looked great. I was very please with the services that my dog got. Cesar one the groomer did an awesome. He was very professional. Toby left the premises with a nice bandana, he is looking super good. Next time my dog needs a little maintenance this is where I will be bringing him. After calling around for an appointment I did ask about prices and Pets R Us ABQ price was affordable. If you are in need of a groomer, give them an opportunity to provide you with their services. Woof, Woof

Took my long haired dog here. Got her back and she had cuts on the insides of her ear. We had asked for a trim and she is shaven. The shave is patchy and uneven. You can see the shaver marks in her fur. They told us 2 hours and we got her back in 4.

Puppy testes positive for Parvo! They did not have any concerns. Did not have any paperwork to fill out for new pups. Had my puppy there for 4/5 hours for a bath and brush. Called me within the 4 hours telling me to pick up my puppy which was not mine. Very disorganized. Don’t not recommend!

NO!!! never again!!!! bad hair cut, wasn't even finished!!! I have to go and look for someone else to finish the job because it was absolutely horrible. Not professional whats so ever, they are not reliable, and my dog was traumatized. Not sure what they are doing at this establishment. I don't recommend.

First time taking my little one. She came out wonderful..

My dog was so dirty and shedding so much. When I got her back she was really soft and I could pet her with no hair falling out. She was very happy after and she usually has a hard time at the groomers. They also put a bandana on her which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely recommend them!

Always make an opening for Lola even if it’s last minute. And she seems excited when she gets there so that’s a good sign

They fit you in quick and are super nice. My dog hates having his nails trimmed but does great here and they leave my poodle looking beautiful 10/10

if truly care for your pets do dont take them here i took my dog in yesterday and had to take him into the vet today they either cut around his eyes to short or they left the blowdryer on him to long and now he has alcer in both eye his hair cut looked rushed and not good will not be going back stay away fron here

Over charged for unfinished work. These people are not honest professionals take your pet to Cheryl's pet grooming instead she’s amazing.

Had an 11 am appointment got there and they had no clue that we had an appointment and what kind of service we wanted. So l still decided to leave my dog and when they called me he was still wet and he was shedding a lot. It seemed like they only bath him and called it a day. When I went to go get him, they weren’t wearing masks and didn’t have change.
