They’ve been great with my dog since I first brought her in and they were willing to work with me before I even adopted the dog.

Poor care!! I’ve used this vet several times hoping that my experience will be different. They drop the ball everytime! The first time they left an IV port in my dogs arm by mistake. It was covered with a bandage. And they didn’t want to admit they made a Gross medical error. Second time I waited almost a week for lab results that they never even took. They didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t collect enough of a sample in the first place. If you're looking for immediate response and expert care don’t go there. You won’t get it here. Worst vet hospital !!!!

Clinic vets routinely order expensive and unnecessary tests prior to trying more standard low-tech approaches. Unnecessary suffering/discomfort for the animal, no prior quote provided to the owner, no discussion of alternative options. I feel that my unconditional love for the pet was exploited for profit. Very disappointing.

The staff is excellent which is the ONLY reason we continue to support this Vet. Their time management is a 1 at best. Regardless of ones appointment time, first of day or last, they seem to be at least 30 minutes behind. It is incredibly frustrating to sit in a waiting room for 30 to 40 minutes waiting on the Dr. for a 10 minute office call.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Helper. He has been taking care of our pets for many years, and I feel safe with his experience, knowledge and care of our animals.

So rude! I love my vet but they need to address front fesk issues.

Evidently their phone system went down while we were waiting in the parking lot and caused us to wait probably a little longer than we should have. The care was excellent and our pup is doing much better.

My wife and daughter took our daughter's old and sick cat , Sugar , to be euthanized. The person on the phone from the clinic lied about the cost stating 75 dollars where , at the end , we were presented a bill for 199 dollars. When my wife complained about the price the Vet assistant responded with "Do you want us to pull the needle out ? " !...cruel and extremely unprofessional. We've been to the vet many times and never experienced such crass treatment.

Worst place you could ever bring your pets! Staff doesn't care about animals.

We called and were told it would be $75 to euthanize my cat and possible $50 for an office visit if she needed one. When we got there we were informed it would be another $57 for a new patient which we were not told. We paid $107 extra dollars for the vet to come in for a minute and tell us we should put her down. We would have went to another facility that was closer and cheaper had we been informed correctly when calling. Will never go back there.

I always feel like they remember my pets and little details about them, especially the front desk staff. It definitely makes me feel heard and seen. My pets are well cared for and my particular doctor, Dr. Romero gives me and my pet care and compassion. Everyone is genuine.

They have taken great care of our Great Pyrenees for over a year. He had parvovirus when we got him and they got him through that and two other ailments. There cost for treatment is reasonable and allows us to get treatment for our dog. The Vets and people at the front are always welcoming and caring. They were recommended to us and we have been recommending them to others.

The people here were amazing, and the appointment was on time and quick, but thorough. My poor puppy was put at ease and comforted. Best vet experience we've had.

Nice staff, great vets. Very hard to get an appointment now. You have to call at 7:30 in the morning and then you don't know if you're going to get your pet in.

Our two dogs were patients on Northview Animal Hospital for 5 years and we spent 1000s of $. When one of our dogs needed immediate care, the only schedule they could give us was one month ahead. When we tried to explain how serious our dog's situation was, he receptionist provided us with a mobile vet contact who could come over and euthanize our 5 yr-old dog. There is a reason why Dr. Cooper left this establishment. I am sorry for all the innocent animals who have these people as their primary vet. I'm just too busy to sue but have a good case.

I just got back from taking my dog in for her checkup/shots only to have them tell me that they didn't have my appointment. They had no record of me calling. We scheduled another appointment for 8/13, but I'm going to look for someone else in the mean time. This not the first time I have had issues with the office staff not doing I what would expect.

I have been going to this vet for a year now and heard nothing but good about it. My experience has been horrible. The wait is always horrible and every time I call to check in I am put on hold. I don’t recommend bringing your pets here.

I love north view but when I brought my dog for a emergency walk-in appointment they said only people with appointments can come in with their pet which is a very frustrating thing to be told. I really wish they would tell you this ahead of time or just let you come in. They should either let everyone in or no one this is something that exceptions should not be made for.

From the beginning all was great and possibly I'm being unfair but today I had a small emergency, dog blisters on his feet and case of the worms; couldn't get an appointment but I decided to try walk-in. I sat there for an hour and 40 minutes and still nothing, I called and was told they didn't know how long I may have to wait and I could leave or just wait more. So of course I left pretty upset, so now I will look for another Vet that appears to care more.
