I was very unhappy when I went to long leash yesterday. The customer service was un professional I asked a question and I received a abrupt NO I also waited in lane to check out and they were not at the counter even tho there was a couple of customers. When she checked me out she acted like she was in a hurry. I have been a customer of long leash a long time and never got the treatment I received yesterday very disappointed.

My dad and I had a great experience. We took his dog for a DIY wash, and the employees explained everything. they were super nice and helpful, and helped my dad find what he was looking for. Will be coming by again soon!

I absolutely adore this business and the people who work there. Not only is the staff very knowledgeable but everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. The owners are very attentive and it is obvious they deeply care about animals' well being and advocate for healthy pets living healthy, long lives. If I could give a million srar review, I would!

The staff is always super friendly to my pets and me! Great store with a lot of food, snack and toy options for your dog! Best of all is the bathing area I pay to wash my 75 beast! Love it, can't recommend enough!

They seriously need to diversify their dog food options. We went in and were told they don’t carry food options that aren’t grain free. While that may be fine for some diets, our veterinary doctor told us grain free is linked to heart disease in large dog breeds. Unfortunately we had to go to PetSmart when we would much rather support local business rather than large chains. It’s also note worthy that the last two times I called the man who answered (both times) was very curt when respectfully asking about their food options. For what they charge you’d think think he would behave otherwise.

Save yourself from disappointment. Came in looking for some things for my animals that no one could help me with apparently, while looking I was price checking online come to find out the prices here were outlandishly over priced. Asked the manager (Dennis) what his suggestion were on some treats seemed as if I was bothering him while he was aimlessly walking around anyways having some rude responses and a very immature demeanor. While checking out I got asked to sign up for membership to start saving money with the company which was kind of relief but whilst signing up the cashier (Sierra) was so illiterate with spelling having to repeat 3-4 times I decided to stop the membership and just to check out which then turned into a rude altercation in the end. They say the want to help you give your animals long and happy lives when all they care about is what’s in your wallet. Very misleading, poor staffing, and over priced products. Thank you for nothing Ken and Norman. I’ll be looking forward to your snarky reply.

I really enjoy coming here to get our dog food & poop bags. The prices are great, and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. Plus they're not bias.. they still show me great customer service even when I wear my Trump gear. I highly recommend them!

So I had a bad experience the other day and wrote a review of what happened and what happened next was, well, refreshing! The next day, one of the owners reached out to my wife through her phone number in the system and left a message with her for me to call. Unfortunately I did not get the message till much later, but found that they had followed up with an email to me directly. In today’s world, this tells me that they care about their customer base and genuinely want to provide exceptional service. The problem was rectified and I am happy to continue shopping there with a new attitude and knowledge of how they wish to do business!

Doesn't get any better than Long leash on Life with Norm and Ken. Top notch products not only for your pets but for yourself as well. If you haven't been here I highly recommend you going. If they don't have what you are looking for it doesn't exist.????❤️

Great dog wash and professional employees

Dosen't get any better. They care for my pet as if it were thier own. From food, toys and the doggy bath they are the best! The best customer service in town by far for any pet store. You may pay a few cents more then at the big box stores but so worth it.

Great place very helpful and easy to find

The staff was extremely friendly. The staff didn’t really help find what I want until the Manager came to assist me. Instead of helping me find what I needed, he (Dennis) spoke to me as if I was a kid, with a rude attitude, basically arguing with me instead of helping. I felt his customer service was awful, I left with out getting any puppy food. Sad day, other places to get food for my puppy. How could a person be a manger with such poor hospitality and customer service skills.
