They were incredibly helpful and sweet in our time of loss. In addition it was affordable (I paid about 150 for her private cremation). We lost our beloved cat after 11 years and they did a wonderful job in honoring her. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had to take my boy Xander (whom I've had for around 12 yrs) in for a cremation. It was a very hard and emotional day for me and my kids. The employee, Rusty, was so extremely kind and empathetic and it really showed in the way he helped us with everything. I just wanted to say thank you so much for making this a good experience especially with how hard this whole situation was. I definitely recommend this business.

About a year and half ago right before Christmas my mom lost her beloved Yorkie“Baby”. We have had many of our pets cremated however this was our first experience that we are aware of anyway using this business. The veterinarian my mother used had it’s own crematory forever but that was no longer the case. I’m not too sure who recommended her here but I’m glad they did. They were very compassionate towards our loss. I now am about to lose a poodle which I found 19yrs ago which was aprox. 4yrs old at the time, she had been ran over a few times that day when I rescued her and she became my other dogs medical dog she would let me know about 10 min before hand that the other dog was about to have a seizure so we would always be prepared that nothing would be in her way to get injured she suffered with gran mal seizures so knowing in advance made it easier on her as well as myself. 15yrs ago she jumped in front of a car saving my life from been hit and at the time I was going through a separation and diagnosed with an illness it was a bad time. I saw the car run her over with front and back tires and I knew there was no way she would make it all I could do is pick her up off the road and I just cried all signs were there that she was not going to live. I remember telling her thank you for saving me and I’m sorry that she had to die but I can’t lose you now although that was the last thing I wanted with everything I had going on. I cried myself apparently to sleep knowing I’d have to make arrangements for her in the morning. Instead I woke up to her licking my face and still alive but now 15yrs from that incident I’m preparing for her time to depart to RAINBOWS BRIDGE and that is what has brought me to the website today to find the number in preparation for the days to come. I I am relieved that I found it because now I know that my FiFi will be taken care of from what my family considers the best. See you soon.

I have used them more than once as I adopted elderly rescue labradors and the service in a very sad time is excellent.

We lost a dog every year from 2014-2017 and they cremated them all with care we thank you for being so kind in these hard times

Had to put my little boy down of 13 years I didn’t know what I was going to get back because the vet sent him here I was so happy to see the lovely box he was put in and a clay print of his paw I love it a great way to remember my boy

They were very understanding and sympathetic to my loss of my hedgie. She's a small animal so I didn't expect much consoling but, she meant a lot to me and they treated the situation as such. Reasonable pricing for cremation. Beautiful eco-friendly complimentary urn for small animals. Since she's small, they also got all four of her paw prints on the clay print I ordered. That meant a lot to me. They also included a heart compressed flower seed mixture to plant in her memory. Very thoughtful process.

They recently cremated my beloved cat. He was returned it a box that contains seeds so plants can rise from it when buried. I love that lasting part of him.

This was the first time I had to put a pet to sleep and I didn’t know what to expect. Through my vet, Dr. Flowers, she took care of everything and was told they would call me when he would be ready to be picked up. Oh my G@d, Boomer came back in a beautiful box and a cast of his paw print. I was so pleased to have my boy back in a beautiful manner and will cherish what Lasting Paws did for him. Thank you ever so much! It meant a lot to me.

I could not have asked for nice and more caring people than Deirdra and the staff. From the first phone call to when I dropped off my baby they were kind, courteous and emphatic. They did not rush me or try to sell me anything other than what I was asking about.

Considering the circumstances that bring you to this business, they could not be kinder, more professional, or efficient. We've had 4 horse cremated with Lasting Paws (and their previous incarnation) and I cannot say enough good things about them. It's a tough thing to lose a pet, and these folks make it as good as it can be. Highly, highly recommended.

Gale at the front desk was rude and unpleasant to talk to. She had a rude demeanor and attitude. The guys in the back were very nice. She kept on asking where I was from, thought she was asking where I lived. Said Albuquerque, she said no you’re not, no you’re not. I can tell when someone isn’t from here. Where are you from. Where are you from. Where are you from. I was already pretty upset because I was getting my pet cremated that day and shouldn’t have to deal with people like talking to you like that. Didn’t really want my pet any more decomposed than it was so I just got it done while I was there, otherwise from previous experiences talking to her I would’ve just gone somewhere else.

We had a wonderful experience with Albuquerque Pet Memorial! Our precious rat, Georgia, recently passed and they provided first rate services, very affordable pricing and were so kind and considerate thru the whole cremation process. Had a very nice chat with Deidra and Gail when I picked up her remains, they are very compassionate and helpful! Little Charlie, the bulldog, is a great addition to the staff & being greeted by him and playing with him is so comforting! I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future when our beloved cat's cross over the Rainbow Bridge.

I was going to utilize APMS after my little angel passed away, but after reading Stacie’s review with no posted response from APMS, changed my mind. Stacie’s allegations are serious and frightening. Would have been nice to see what APMS had to say, but they seemed to have just ignored the whole situation. Scary red flag! Too bad:(

I have used this company twice now for my beloved horses and they take their time loading such a large animal they are compassionate and helpful and sincere. The price is fair and well worth it. I would recommend this company to anyone who has lost a beloved pet and wants to give them a proper goodbye. I will continue to use this company throughout my life time.
