I know nothing about the practice as I just recently moved here, so I can't speak to that. But they just quoted me a price of almost $500 for euthanizing a cat. I was hoping to not have to subject her to the twelve hour trip to her regular vet tomorrow, but there it would be only a fourth as much.

The staff was so gentle with my Blue dog. They we professional and caring. They sent me a paw print and a sympathy card that was so sweet. The staff went out of their way to make sure my Blue was comfortable. I have never gad such an awesome experience with a vet or any other business. My husband and I are so thankful for them and highly recommend them.

Oh I love the way they treat my animals and the work is spot on. Now it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. If you love your animal then the price is no issue. One Negative that is a positive: There so popular and booked up months. So want to get in? Book immidiatly and I'd say book 2 appointments then book again every time you pick up your animal so one appointment is never to far off another.

I waited over 30 minutes for an appointment. They never came to my car or anything. There are no instructions on what to do. Then they told me after I figured out what to do that I missed my appointment

Expensive, and I couldn't just drop off a cat without"approval" from my SO (like I needed to call him at work and have him talk to them just to drop off a cat) bc last time she came he was the only one they saw and he's the only name on the account. They also have a call-in appointment thing so when you get there, they dont let you in and you have to call to let them know you're there. Well, I waited in the cold for 15min for them to get the cat. So dont come early to your appointment or you'll just be waiting. My first pet went to PetSmart and I know I should support local, but..... Not if local means jumping they hoops

Do Not take your dog here if they are really sick the staff is incompetent. After a excruciating parvo test that was performed on my lap they sent my 4 month old puppy home to die. Not knowing what's wrong they sent her home anyways and she died 1hr later they refunded the exam but that doesnt come close to my furdaughters life which I would have paid thousands of dollars for beware BEWARE if your dog is bloated and has been for days take her to the hospital never to this clinic. Bloat can be deadly

They took such good care of my Timmy! They were always clear and happy to explain any and everything. After he had his dental work, he's been running around like a puppy again, feeling so good. Thank you Kokopelli !!!! ????????

EXTREMELY CLEAN! They squeezed my dog in for an emergency appointment. My dog does not like people but enjoyed their presence very much! Going to establish all my pets here.

Edit to add...I was not calling looking for medical advice. I was calling to see if I should bring her in to be seen. Apparently, they can't tell you that! That makes zero sense. Just called to see if my pet should be seen in their opinion. They couldn't tell me that because "I'm not a client." Well, if they had thought my pet needed to be seen I could have become a client and would have happily brought her in. Obviously, they're just concerned about money and not the welfare of animals.

Quick appointments available. Affordable, fast, knowledged and everyone is friendly. First time was an emergency and they saw Bolo the next morning, he went into surgery and had him home the following day. This time was for a spay drop off at 9 pick up at 4.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they used to be so good. After the Covid BS, they became a total pain. Last week our puppy, who is an established patient with them was acting like she had a UTI or kidney infection. I called them and they told me they couldn't get her in for over a week. That is absolutely useless. I called another place that saw our pup in an hour. I have paid Kokopelli's high prices because they are convenient. Won't happen again. We have another new puppy that will not be going here. There are plenty of other places to take our animals.

I took Lily in and I never had to wonder what was going on. The Dr called me every time she got a result in. The Dr was absolutely amazing, caring and just wonderful. All the staff were awesome with great customer service. I just can't say enough good things, I'm so glad I found this place. Thank you all !!!

Dr. Stowell saved my dog's life. My Sister had serious kidney issues and Dr. Stowell prescribed meds and a special dog food for her and extended her quality of life. She has been a compassionate and trustworthy doctor for my pets. She's also open on the weekends which is a huge plus as well. I totally recommend her and her knowledgeable staff.

I tried this Vet on a whim because my cat would not stop licking and scratching herself. Dr. Stowell diagnosed her UTI and is helping me figure out the itching problem. She has not ordered unnecessary tests and I believe she truly cares about animals. I am a satisfied customer and I will return in the future with Maxi.
