As always, the Duke City Doggery has delivered to us a great product. Our dogs are well groomed and everything is done with the utmost professionalism. We highly recommend them for your groomng needs.

They never answer their phone to make an appointment... tried to call 8 times in a 2 week period.

Came in with two shedding huskies that needed a bath and did the DIY bath for them. The ladies there were helpful in directing me on what to do and used the dryer to blow their coats out. Will definitely be back!

My doggie Loves the gals and treatment

I have a very stubborn puppy with sharp nails and I took him for his first appointment and he wouldn’t cooperate nicely however the groomer still did an excellent job and was patient with him. Definitely will be back thank you ????

I have taken my dogs here for years. They are super quick and my dogs always look great. I love how my TWO dogs are only there for a couple of hours as opposed to sitting in other groomers all day. Small business and you get great customer service!!

Just what I needed! Traveling and needed to freshen up the biscuit eaters. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes towels and blow-dryer! All there !

My wife and I take our three dogs; two 75 pound pitbulls and a 10 pound chihuahua, there for the self-serv dog bath. Always clean and the staff is very friendly. We tried another place once but it didn't compare to the cleanliness of Duke City Doggery.

Great place to take your furry loved ones for a spa day, whether they feel like it or not.. ????.. the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I took my dog there a couple of days ago and the staff was so friendly and nice. my dog has major anxiety issues and they were incredibly patient with her. when i came to pick her up she smelt wonderful and her coat was so soft. highly recommend them, they are amazing!

We recently adopted a miniature poodle. She was nearly two years old and had never been groomed. She was a real "rag a muffin" if you know what I mean. Maddie at the Duke City Doggery took on the challenge and did an outstanding job on our FiFi La Rue. The pup looked great and almost immediately changed personalities. She had more energy and was so excited to get all the fur and matting off of her. We have been taking our pups to the Duke City Doggery since they opened and have yet to be disappointed. Call them today if need your pup groomed.

Yesterday was my first visit ever to Duke City Doggery and I must say, I was highly impressed. Not just with the business, but with the customer service/staff itself. The business itself was very nice. All of their equipment was new and/or up to date. They provided everything I needed to thoroughly was my dog (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc.). The products they offer, and use , are harmless to the animals and work very well (as far as cleaning my dog and making him smell good goes, but also did not irritate him whatsoever). Their hair dryers were strong and dried my dog in a shirt amount of time (unlike some of thr other dryers I've used at other groomers). The staff at Duke City were not only helpful but were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. They treated my Benny like he was a regular customer and like he was family. They did not approach him too quickly and approached him in a manner where he became comfortable with them first before getting close and touching him. (My dog is NOT aggressive but the fact that they approached my Benny like so proved to me that they are not only cautious, but were caring and attentive to his needs and his comfort levels. I used the self-service yesterday and they held a conversation with me the whole time I washed him, like we were old friends. My Benny has a grooming appointment in 2 weeks where they will bath him, cut his nails, brush his teeth, clean his ears, and de-shed him; and all at a great price. This is one of the things I like the most about the place. I can go in to either self groom my Benny pups, or I can make an appointment to have them groom him. I highly recommend this place ro anyone looking for a grooming facility to be loyal to and where you will be treated like family. I know Benny and I will be loyal customers from.here on out. Couldn't ask for a more professional amd friendly place to go.

Great grooming salon. I have a special pooch who requires extra attention and patience. They were wonderful!

Just moved to the area and I went to Duke City for my dog's first away-from-home wash. It is so hassle free, I love it. Pop in, wash and dry the dog, and pop out. I do feel bad about all the hair my Australian Shepard leaves behind, but not having to clean up afterwards is part of the lure for me. I love the products provided for the wash too. I hope to remember to pick some up to bring home during our next visit.

This was a great place to take my anxious dog. I was very nervous to have my dog groomed after an accident at big name grooming place who sliced her eyelid open, but the workers at Duke City Doggery were patient and gentle with my dog. She looked adorable when they were done. They are also very affordable. Thank you for taking good care of my girl.

Madii always takes amazing care of my two dogs. One of the dogs hates getting her nails done after a negative experience at another groomer, and Madii is incredibly gentle, kind and patient with her. We have had a wonderful experience with Duke City Doggery.
