Never answers their phones. Tried multiple times a day for almost a week and still no answer. So we have found another place.

We have taken our sweet Morkie to Arfin Annie’s for his grooming since he was 3 months old . He will be a year old next month. I have always been impressed with how quickly they get him done. On Thursday I went to go pick him up. When he came out he was whimpering and put his head on my shoulder. He whimpered all the way home but thought he was just tired. A couple of days later I noticed he had 4 to 5 nicks near and on his private area. I was so disappointed that no one addressed this with me. It just makes me wonder how they handle him when they groom him. He was obviously distressed.

Super happy with how cute my dog came out. The wonderful woman who groomed my dog, Gabby, used to groom my dog prior to the pandemic. I'm so happy I found her!! She did such an amazing job as always! I live 20 minutes away from this place but I loved the service and Gabby so much, I will make the trip and continue to come here!

Dominic was so rude. Charged $72. For hair cut. Claimed dog bit Lupe, dog had a nick on his paw. Whom ever clipped my dog should of talked to me. Dog is over 10 years old. Can't see, hear very well. After Dominic's comments for sure I will never take my dog to there to be hurt or abused. If someone nicked me, caused any injury then probably I would bite back. Because it probably was painful.....

This was the first place I found that was able to groom my cat without stressing him out or using sedation! (He's 13) Very professional and were done earlier than quoted.

My dogs look and smell great, but one of them somehow ended up with a cotton ball stuck in his ear! I don't even know how that could happen, much less how it could happen without the groomer noticing! He's a touchy rescue dog, so I wouldn't put it past him to be tough to clean, but I would think if something like this happened it would be appropriate to let the owner know at least. I could tell he was uncomfortable after coming home but I didn't notice the cotton ball until over 24 hours later when he was really miserable. With a muzzle, two people, and a lot of discomfort to my poor dog, we were able to get it out and narrowly avoided a trip to the vet.

We’ve recently started taking our golden doodle here and they are amazing! Very fairly priced! My wife was apprehensive about cutting his hair short because we’ve heard so many horror stories, but he came out perfect! We will be forever customers! Thank you Lupe and Arfin Annie’s!

Great place to take your animal however it will take 4 weeks to get an appointment plan ahead

BEWARE OF RUDE STAFF! I have been taking our small dog to this groomer for about a year and a half. The owner was always present and very pleasant. However, our last visit was not good. The haircut was fine but the customer service was abysmal. After already being cancelled once, we were rescheduled for a 1:00 appt. At 4:00 the front desk girl called and said I had to drop what I was doing and pick up my dog immediately because they close at 4:00. I was on my way to taking my son across town for his appt! The girl on the phone told me it was necessary for me to come now or SHE would be inconvenienced and have to wait for me to get there. When I told her I was on my way across town, she stated well when CAN you be here cuz I will have to go and get MY son! So me, the paying customer , will be inconvenienced and cancel my sons appt (get charged for that missed appt!!!) and turn around and drive back to pick up my dog. Heaven forbid SHE, the employee, is inconvenienced!! This made her content apparently. Then she informed me they had just raised their rates. No mention of this earlier when I made the appt. so an expensive dog grooming just became a very expensive dog grooming and now very inconvenient pick up and rude staff. So when I arrived I left a note for the owner , who I haven’t seen or heard of in months, asking him to call me. NEVER GOT A CALL FROM HIM!! Not returning to this groomer.

Arfin Annie’s was a great grooming place for my dog. She was nervous at first but the staff at Arfin Annie’s made her feel safe and loved. As a nervous dog momma front office called me snd updated me with her progress. Needless to say her cut came out wonderful and Zoe was looking amazing! Highly recommend this shop! Wonderful family owned business!!

Ted, the owner is very professional and accommodating. I take my two dogs and my Persian cat there fir grooming. The groomers do a great job on all three! Lupe is the groomer for my cat and she is excellent.

Arfin' Annie’s is a wonderful place to get your pet groomed! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make your pet feel safe makes them exceptional. The woman who manages the front desk, Amanda, is welcoming, organized, and responsive. She makes scheduling appointments easy and always remembers that my dog needs special shampoo and communicates this to his groomer. The groomer, Lupe, is consistent, patient, and efficient. Her work is incredible and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog. Thank you Afrin' Annie’s for genuinely caring about our pets and going above and beyond for your clients.

Did a beautiful job on my cat, and were very helpful as it was our cats first time getting groomed! Totally worth the price... 10/10 would definitely recommend, recommend again and return! She looks fabulous and loves her haircut!! ????

Called a few days prior to my appointment to confirm, the new girl at the fron desk stated she could not find any appointment for the month I told her I had made an appointment last month and spoke to her and that I written the appointment for mid January 16th but wanted make sure on the time.. at that point she began getting agitated and rude...I asked to speak to Ted the owner she said he is not in ...I advised I wanted a call back from him she hung up on me while I was talking...then a few a minutes later she called me back with a cocky attitude to tell me I had an appointment on the 9th and that I missed it which was a lie because I had my appointment written down my daughter had also written it down we just needed to confirm I had never missed an appointment and always call a few days in advance to confirm the only person I ever interacted with was with Ted and he should know..she also went on to say with her cocky attitude that her aunt was there and that is the owner's wife Ted and that I could talk to her if I wanted as if no one will tell me anything because I'm the niece ...finally she stated that I had made the appointment with the auntie and not her which is another lie because I have never interacted with the wife it has always been Ted..at the end of the day they did not want to admt they dropped the ball but were trying to put it on me and argue with me.. something similar happened a year ago with 2 of the employees but had settled that with Ted need less to say they still were not doing all the services that come with amount you pay but left it as is and now with this I will never take my dogs there again..VERY RUDE and UNPROFFESSIONAL Ted you made a mistake by having your niece work in the front..I do not recommend this place for your dog's grooming look at the other reviews in regards to the dogs grooming

Ted the owner is WONDERFUL and his staff of groomers are always friendly, ready and helpful in taking care of and keeping our fur babies well-groomed and happy! I cannot say enough about how great these folks are!

I was a little shocked at the price at 1st because my husband was quoted $40.00 but she was a bloody mess! They de-haired her and trimmed her and she has never looked better! I do not regret the cost at she looks better and she feels better as well! They did an exquisite job on her! Doggy parents in this house are very pleased and we will be back again only we wont-wait so long next time...

I took my dog, Kevin, to get groomed here for the first time and I will definitely be a regular customer. Wonderful service! I called the week before Christmas and they were able to get me in the next morning. I had given my puppy a bath at home after adopting him and it left him with dry, flaky skin. He was so uncomfortable! They used an oatmeal shampoo on him and did a beautiful job! His coat was shiny and fluffy and his skin is 100% better! They did a great job brushing him, too, as he wasn’t shedding anymore when I picked him up. The groomers and staff were extremely friendly and professional! The woman at the front desk was so nice and kept apologizing for the wait, which honestly wasn’t a problem. I didn’t mind waiting in line, as there was only one person in front of me. I will be recommending this place to others!

I absolutely love Arfin’ n Annie’s Pet Salon! Samantha has been grooming Watson for over a year now and her work is always perfect for him! Ted the owner always remembers me whenever I call to make an appointmen. That makes me feel good about leaving the fur child in their care! The Very best thing about this place Watson is so excited to get in the door to see Sam!!! He is so calm (worm out lol) when I pick him up! Highly recommend! I would give way more stars if possible! Love you guys!

Worst experience at a groomers ever! When I got there they were so unorganized and couldn't find my appointment in the computer right away. All they needed to do was trim my malamute's backside so he can go to the bathroom cleanly and they shaved his belly and backside so far down to the skin he was bleeding. You can see the lines on his skin from how they shaved him so aggressively. He now has infected hotspots on his back, rear end, and tail. When he got home he drank so much water it had seemed like they never gave him water all day. It was too warm in the salon especially to not give the poor dog any water. I'll never go back.

I have used Arfin Annies for well over 20 years and have always received exceptional service from them. I have tried other groomers in the area, just to compare, and have always come back to Arfin Annies as they have always provided the most professional and tender care I like for my dogs.
