Nikita did a beautiful job on both my babies. The staff is so kind and professional. Fast and amazing service.

Everyone here is really friendly and my dog’s groomer is patient and gentle with her. I brought my dog here for her first puppy cut and it went really well. She tends to be a little fearful of new things, so I was concerned she would have a bad experience. Not the case. She gets very excited when we pull in and doesn’t really want to leave after her makeover. I couldn’t be happier.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and pleasant. Their prices on Fromm dog food is very good and they have a large selection of it. Also, their grooming services are stellar! Thank you for being so awesome!!

This place is so awesome! Nikki is the groomer for my Paco and she never fails us! She’s super talented and has lots of patience for my dog who never feels comfortable getting groomed! The customer service is also exquisite! They always answer and when they don’t, they call you back right away! I’m hooked! The prices are also very reasonable!

My dogs cut was good. My only complaint is the prices. My dog is 45 pounds. I took him here in june he was about 35 at the time. It was $40 then. I knew it had been a puppy special so I called ahead to get a general idea of how much it would be this time . I made sure to tell them he was about 45 pounds. They told me around $60-80. I have him groomed every 6 weeks(elsewhere) so he wasn’t matted but when I picked him up they said $140. The person at the desk didn’t have much of an explanation as to why it was so much. They mentioned that he was a poodle (he is a mix) but he was shaved all one length so I fail to see the relevance.

Only place in ABQ area with groomers who can do cavalier king charles spaniels properly.

My dog Otto didn't care for going to the groomers. Since he's been going to Bath Brush and Beyond, he actually gets excited when we get there. Thank you all. Oh, and they do a great job grooming! ????

Found my new dog groomer! My dog was so happy when I picked him up. Done quickly and professionally, done the way I like. I really feel like they took amazing care of him. Front staff and groomers are so friendly and nice as well as helpful!! Definitely recommend

They are always so nice and caring. They take really good care of my babies. This is the only place I'll trust to get a Yorkie haircut, they actually know what they are doing. I drive from Rio Rancho past 20 other dog groomers just for them!

My dog used to hate getting groomer, but now he seems to do okay thanks to this place! He's not shaking when he comes in. 9lus he always comes out fresh and fly.

Wonderful staff. I brought Sage, my border collie, here and she loved this place. I appreciate groomers because her fur is 100x better than when I do it myself. Great job! I will be back and highly recommend.

I would never go there again. When I picked up my pup he smelled so bad like dog feces. Had to wash his feet just to put him in the car.

Today was my 3 dogs first appointment. Chiweenie, schnauzer, dutch shepherd. They all looked a bit scraggly from romping in the back yard. I am very pleased with the service, and my dogs appearance , my schnauzer looks wonderful and the others have lut h erous shiny coats. I will definately take them back. Thank you.
