Took my fur baby here a few times and she loves it! They are so nice and take really good care of my dog. Have used they're kennels for an over night stay for a few nights and was very pleased with the care that my dog received.

Best place to have your pet stay while you are out of town or in town. Open areas to run and staff is exceptionally kind.

Super nice the pup is always super happy to go and they're fantastic for boarding. The webcams are an extra little nicety to check in on the dog while away see she's playing around having a blast!

My dog love this place!! We’ve boarded him and loved it so much we drop him off for day care so he can burn energy and play! The staff was very caring and was quick to tell me he had been limping. After a day of rest he was back to normal but really appreciated them bringing it to my attention. Definitely recommend if you’re dog is social and enjoys playing with others.

I took my husky Sakari in on Thursday morning, we just got back from a cabin trip and wasn’t able to get into his usual groomer , so we brought him into this place and we will not return , they did a terrible job ! My dog still had dirt in his nails after taking. look at him , he still had some sap on his fur and he didn’t smell very good , I will be returning him back to groomingdales !

Staff was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, that is really the only good thing I can say about my experience. I left two of my dogs here for a week. I checked the cameras and one of my dogs was isolated by himself so I called to check on them. I was assured that they were doing great. We have now been home for about a week. One of my dogs came home stressed out so much that he was growling at my kids which has never happened before. He also has a scar on his nose that he did not have before. As if that wasn’t enough, my other dog came home with severe pododermatitis, which is an infection in the paws. I really wanted to like this place but after getting my dogs back in the condition they are in I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone I know. It seems that standards of safety and cleanliness are not as good as they may appear.

I would have given 5 stars for our previous positive boarding experiences, but now I'll always be grateful to the workers here. My senior dog had a medical emergency during his last stay, and the work they did to get him to an emergency vet (no easy feat as he weighed 130 lbs and was unable to walk on his own) allowed me to get back to be with him during his final moments. I can't thank them enough.

Best daycare in ABQ! So thankful, my dog loves it there.

Took great care of my dog!

I took two of my dogs for a bath and de-shedding. When I picked them up, they walked out in a cloud of hair, dropped huge chunks on the floor, and as I pet them I pulled out yet more tufts of hair. I asked if they had actually been deshedded, had to wait almost 10 minutes for a response and was then told that they had been but they might seem hairy still because there is so much dog hair everywhere in the facility. Pretty gross. Definitely won't be back. Money down the drain.

Had boarded my dog - came home with kennel cough with wounds after being attacked. I understand you can't always protect dogs, but mine was kept with much older and larger dogs. Also, there were wounds that had not be disclosed. This will be the last time I utilize Beck 'n Call.

The groomers are great, and the prices are WAYYY better than other Big Name Company grooming options. The groomers are very flexible on times, and usually are quite fast. I love that they text me pictures of my pup when they're done or if they have questions on how to groom them.

I take my dog here for grooming and have boarded him as well. They have always done a great job with grooming, so when I needed to board him for the first time, I decided to try at Beck 'n Call. I was really nervous about boarding him for the first time, but after talking to the staff about some of my concerns, I felt very much at ease. It turned out I had nothing to worry about. They took great care of him and I was able to check in through the webcams and saw he was having a blast with the other dogs. My dog tends to be pretty nervous about most things, but at Beck 'n Call they've always done a great job with him. All the staff I've interacted with have been awesome! Highly recommend.

I am a worrier, and it took me a long while to decide which daycare to take my puppy to, and I have to say Beckncall are truly amazing! I call throughout the day to check on my puppy and they are always really happy to keep me updated, as well as having the cameras to see what my little one gets up to. My puppy is very shy and all the staff at Beckncall have been so truly lovely to her. She now LOVES going to Beckncall to play with her mates and has gained a lot of confidence too. So if you want a place that will look after your little love- look no more! Truly recommend it 110%

Admittedly, I was nervous with the location, but I've been bringing my two dogs for grooming for the past several months and couldn't be happier. The staff has always been so nice and responsive, and the facilities are quite nice on the inside. The prices can't be beat. It took me awhile to find a good groomer in ABQ, and I'm so glad I gave these guys a try.

Our dog always appears to be well cared for after staying at beck n call. Our particular dog had difficulties at other kennels. The other kennels never made us aware of the issues but beck n call has work with his different personality. He has been welcomed and well taken care of at beck n call

It is a wonderful place for animals!

My dogs absolutely love this place! They are so happy and clean when I get them home. Both a handful and well over 50 pounds, they are given the best care! I always receive a text promptly that they are done with photos of them looking so happy. Big box store groomers just aren't capable of providing the service that Beck 'n Call can. This is our permanent groomer as long as we live in ABQ!

Beck n Call does a wonderful job with our two border collies. They always come home smelling wonderful and feeling so fluffy. If you have a double coated dog, deshed is a must!
