The staff and Dr. Moulton were very nice. It was easy to schedule and they were very efficient. Dr. Moulton was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

They absolutely Are wonderful.When my boxer hayle was sick. She came (dr vigil smith) to my home to check on her several times She absolutely rocks. When my baby "Carmella got sick with first signs parvo they squeezed me in) since dr vigil smith was not there they knew I had been there and saw my baby. They treated me just like she would. No DOUBT in my mind that she chose vets that had the kindness and love for animals as she does Thank you desert hills animal clinic. Rose Serrano and carmella. YOU ROCK

Desert Hills was recommended to us by numerous people when we needed a vet, and rightly so. From the first phone call to our latest appointment we have had nothing but good experiences. The ENTIRE staff is amazing and helpful. They were so patient with our semi feral cats (and us) who were terrified of everything. These are people who care about animals...and people too! Friendly staff wanted to bring my dog in for a check up but they said no new dogs are being accepted because catching up from pandemic an will put me on waiting list but will take like 3 months I thought was kinda extreme for a simple checkup

This is the worst animal clinic in the city. DO NOT go here! They prescribed my dog the wrong medication before even running any tests. When they ran the tests they called me to tell me the medication they gave me would not work but the only way for me to get the correct medication was to go back into the clinic and get him checked out again..which of course would cost another $150. They are only in it for the money. They do not care about your pet at all.

The staff and vet who took care of my pet were great! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was definitely a great experience. They took care of all the first time vaccinations for my puppy and it wasn't too expensive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

Not taking new patients. I just moved here and had an ill 10 month old Yorkie.

Very friendly staff, and attentive to the needs of your new or existing family member. New location is much more spacious and can handle more clients. They ask lots of questions and ensure that you have all of your questions answered about anything that could concern you about your family member. Generally can find close appointments even if it is more last minute. I have taken 4 different family dogs here for various reasons and it has gone well.

I love it there, they treat you and your pet like family.

The veterinarian and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to put both us humans and our two cats at ease. Exam room was clean and the annual visit for both cats took less than an hour. Very satisfied, will continue to bring my cats for the services they need.

I scheduled an appointment to have my cat spayed and was told the 12th was available but they called back days later and said they already booked another animal. Then told me it would be 2 weeks later to get her in. When I called today and told them she was in heat they said it would cost between $368-510. Good luck with this place - I’ll go somewhere else

Fast, reliable and most of all amazing knowledge. This was my first time in and it will certainly not be the last, now I know they do teeth cleaning. Thank you Ernesto, shout out to molly and all the staff I forgot some people ???? but thanks to you Hades is literally back to his old self. Thank you Rachel Moulton you the best!

Our visits to Desert Hills were truly excellent. I appreciated the knowledgeable caring staff and clean facility. Care for our slightly grumpy kitty was awesome. The staff knew what to do and were always pleasant. Dr. Smith and her team of doctors and techs are stellar!

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Very professional and educated/experienced vets as well as techs. Always clean and sanitary. My pet feels comfortable there and they take their time with their patients. SS

My dog had an eye infection, and our regular vet couldn't fit her in. I didn't want to have to take her to an emergency vet, but I couldn't wait. This place was willing to see her that day. They did a great job. It was $109 for everything, including being seen, plus a special eye exam with a florescent light (which apparently took three vet techs to hold her still for), plus antibiotic eye drops, which is a pretty good deal. Vet care is expensive. On top of that, they cleaned her ears and cut her nails for free. Most other vets will nickel and dime you for those services. Another place charged $35 just for an ear cleaning, on top of the cost of being seen. Desert Hills did great. My dog got better fast, and the prices were extremely reasonable.

The best vet clinic I've ever had. They are so caring and thorough. Great facility and affordable.

The level of care and compassion exhibited by this amazing care team is unmatched. They were so wonderful and loving during our trying time. The facility was clean and well cared for. The space was tastefully decorated and reflected class and caring.

Very disappointed with the care and service recently received. I have been taking my dogs there for 3 years, I was always impressed with the professionalism but not recently. I spent over 1,000.00 on my lil guy for labs and tooth extraction, and Dr Moultan was to busy to even talk to me about the procedure/ aftercare. Will not be going back.

We've used Desert Hills for years.

We have been using Desert Hills for about a year now, they always get us in quickly for appointments and the whole staff is incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. Recently our pups had a bit of an emergency and the staff and Dr. Shrewsbury went above and beyond to take care of our dogs, and I know they felt incredibly loved the whole time they were there. I cannot recommended Desert Hills enough!
