Great Prices! Vet and Vet assist were amazing and sweet! You can tell they care about all the animals. It it’s a busy clinic so you do have to get there early to beat the line but, it does go by fast.

This company had about 20 to 30 people outside their building ( during a pandemic) with their pets to schedule appointments. People waited at this establishment anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour just for some rude lady to tell all of us that they were no longer scheduling appointments. This place is very unprofessional

We absolutely love Vetco. Joey and all of the other employees always make us feel welcome. Vetco has a great selection of items.

Great place to go for shots for the furry friends! Sometimes there's a line, but even still you're there for less than an hour.

Always kind, easy, and affordable. There is usually a wait, but the line moves fairly efficiently.

Arrived 40 mins before opening just to get a good place in line and there were already a few people waiting but once the line started moving the service was friendly and prompt, will be back and really appreciate the work they do

No one ever answers the phone now, no other services provided now except neutering and spaying pets or shot clinic. Used to love coming here..but now I can't even get in the front door.

Don't waste your time. Drove across town for an appointment only to find out they're closed for quarantine. They didn't bother to call or anything.

The employees here are very compassionate & understanding. I really appreciated their quickness to get my Lucy into the ER. Her vetinairan spoke to us & answered our questions without rushing us out. And the bill was very manageable, overall a pretty good experience, considering. Thank you VCA employees!

They charge extra if you have two pets. They have you wait in the sun when the line should be in the shade. Plenty of people not wearing their masks correctly at the checkout. Vet is quick with shots.

The cost savings are not worth the boiling temperature waiting in line. Someone is going to have heatstroke

Minimal wait time considering it is "First come, first served." Staff & provider kind, helpful & knowledgeable. Great price point for preventative veterinary care.

Vetco was very organized when we got to The Old Mill in Los Chavez. We had 7 dogs. So They came to our truck.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The cost is wonderful and very affordable. The only thing I have to say is if you have a big dog try to keep them in the vehicle until it's your turn. I noticed that some people just didnt care if there little dogs were causing problems.

I went for a shot clinic. I was afraid I would be waiting a long time but they were very efficient and the line moved quickly.

Prices are great but the business should have people wait for phone calls, texts, or shootouts, and not wait in line in the sun where the concrete could burn the patients paws.
