All my appointments with Dr. Williams have been productive. He never disappoints. He has given my dogs good quality care. He has been very gentle and caring with my dogs. My male dog can be very difficult but not with Dr. Williams,he adores him and dose what ever theDr. asks of him.

We have taken our kitties to Dr Livingston for about 20 years and love him. Recently, we have seen Dr Sehrt. Dr Sehrt was very professional, helpful, and compassionate. Definitely recommend.

I found this veterinary clinic when I moved here about 6 years ago! They are compassionate and competent professionals. Dr. Livingstone has done an amazing job with his practice and also manages to hire equally amazing vets. I have been taking my dog to Dr. Stephanie Kern and she has been truly so patient, kind and professional with my dogs multiple diagnoses. I am so grateful!

The entire staff is very friendly and caring. The vets are the best I have ever had for my pets.

We've taken two of our dogs to Dr. Williams. One needed surgery to remove a growth below his eye. The surgery went well and was less expensive than expected. Our other dog is in kidney failure, possibly due to Cushing's disease. They have worked with us to figure out medications, diet and daily subcutaneous fluids that we administer at home. Our previous veterinarian had declined to administer fluids for the kidney failure and recommended the dog be euthanized immediately. It's been five months and she has been doing better. As long as she continues to be active, happy and comfortable we'll continue with the current regimen and seeing Dr. Williams for follow-ups, as needed. We are very grateful to have found Dr. Williams and Del Norte Animal Clinic.

We have been taking our pets to Del Norte for over 20 years. Dr Livingstone has become more like family to us then just our vet. We have also seen the other vets that are currently working there. Dr Williams is turning out to just as special of a vet as Livingstone. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. You can't go wrong taking your pets here.

Rudest person on the phone I have ever dealt with. I called just to ask a question and the guy that answered just said "we are not taking new clients right now" and that was it Didn't even bother to see what I was calling about in the first place. Wouldn't take my pet to anyone like that, I prefer my pets and myself to be treated with a little more caring.

Doctors were very good with the dog.

Great veterinary clinic with competent and compassionate care. I have been going here for 30 years with three different cats and would not consider going anywhere else. Rates are also reasonable.

Love Dr. Livingstone and so does my dog. This place is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even still offer curbside drop-off and pickup if you prefer.

The best Vet Clinic in ABQ. When I read about all its extra certifications, I thought it was going to be very expensive. Not at all. Not cheap but not at all expensive. I had to put down my cat a few days ago -- Dr. Livingstone and the staff were WONDERFUL to both my baby and to me. Can't say enough good things about them.

The best vets and vet techs in town, no question. I've been taking my cats to Dr Livingstone for years and years and he and the staff are so helpful and informative and handle my sometimes difficult cats so well. We love Del Norte Animal Clinic!!

I have been going to this veterinary clinic since 2016. My last visit was in 2018. My dog is sick today and wanted to make an appointment. They informed me I'm now considered a new client and they don't take new clients. I'm disappointed as apparently this is not about customer service or compassion but more about revenue.

Although I am usually very happy with this veterinary office, I am now starting to wonder what is going on; they are practically impossible to reach! It is time to take my dog in for his yearly checkup, and he also needs his vaccinations. There are no email options on their website, and I have tried to call several times (several times a day on different days) only to receive an automated message saying that the party I am trying to reach is unavailable. It does say on their Google business listing that they are not taking any new customers, but I have been a customer/client for years now. Also, if I am to look for another veterinarian, I would need my dogs’ records, and I am not able to receive those either, and this is upsetting. I believe that it is customary and common business practice to let once customers know that something is going on and therefore, they might be unable to be reached at their office (for whatever reason). They did offer a text option for this veterinarian office that customers used during the worst of Covid restrictions from last year, but when I tried to reach them that way, it says unable to deliver. Using this Google review section for this business is my last attempt to reach them; thank god, this is not an emergency at this time.

Always quick and amazing service. Also, there is no anxiety from my dog when here.

Dr. Williams has taken wonderful care of my dogs. Office staff is friendly and professional. Best Vet experience by far has been with Del Norte.

Many thanks to Dr. Moulton and the young vet tech (I'm sorry -- I can't remember her name) who took care of my cat Ryu this afternoon. So kind and so professional (and I was a mild basket case). I've gone tp other places off and on over the years, but I always come back to Del Notre. (I had to wait a few days for an appointment, but that's ok -- I know they are not an emergency clinic.)

Dr. Sehrt took care of my cat Oliver. She went above and beyond my expectations. I'm glad I switched to Del Norte Animal clinic. She took the time to explain everything happening to him. She answered every question I asked. She would call to check on how he was doing. When my cat went to the ER she made sure to connect with the hospital to get an update on him. I appreciate everything she did for my cat.
