I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy the staff have always been so nice. Dr. Cheryl Wiiams called me back the next day at 8 am when requested a call back. My dog will be having a tooth pulled and I know she is in safe hands... Thank you de Anza!!

Today was our first time at De Anza, and I can't say enough NICE things about the place. They managed to squeeze us in last minute, and everyone was friendly and kind. The prices were REASONABLE, we expected to pay an arm and a leg, but that was not the case at this clinic! Dr. Otero and her team are EXCELLENT! We are coming back to De Anza for any of our pets’ needs.

During the Pandemic it was difficult to find a vet when I rescued a puppy. Thankfully I found De Anza Clinic! Not only are they scheduling sooner than other clinics one of the veteranrians is an acquaintance I knew I could trust. I was considering going out if town! My appointment was prompt and the staff was wonderful and friendly. You typically hear a lot of animal noises behind the scenes while waiting for your pet to come from the back. My favorite experience was hearing the occasional howl, whine, or bark but none of it was prolonged or especially pained sounding. I knew this meant the staff is being gentle and kind to the animals in their care. The environment was both clean, pet friendly, and soothing. Nothing sets off anxiety in people and pers than a sterile white and metal rooms with wide open spaces am I right? The waiting area is spacious but with benches as part of the architecture of the building (traditional NM Adobe building) that are great for COVID distancing as well as giving cozy spaces for a nervous pet. In combination with the earth tones I felt much more at ease in their waiting area than I have in other clinics.

I have nothing bad to say about anyone at this vet. If you’ve had a problem with then, then I hate to break the news but you’re the problem. The staff here are amazing. The veterinarians are the best in New Mexico. I feel so safe leaving Honey in their care. They love her just as much as I do. They are very reasonable on their prices for the exceptional quality of their work.

Love this place they don't drain your bank account so you can still put gas to get to work after taking care of your extended furry family. Like another place here in the Valley.

Bait and Switch: On Saturday August 7th, called to booked a nail trim for my dogs and they quoted $11 per dog — booked appointment for Monday, August 9th. The quality of the nail trim was okay. DeAnza charged me nearly $18 per nail trim. When I placed an inquiry in the price, DeAnza claimed they had to suddenly increase the price of nail trims. Well they NEED to inform their scheduler to quote an accurate price. I was expecting to pay $33 plus tax but paid $57.38. DeAnaza needs to stop with their sneaky snake pricing scam. #Greedy #LazyStaff

I had an issue with the owners staff and she called me to make sure that she not only heard my everything that happened from me but how to make sure that this doesn't happen in the future. Making someone uncomfortable by not explaining something upfront when you were asked numerous times is unacceptable, a simple explanation would have prevent it. I appreciate her fixing this situation in such a quick manner. I have taken other dogs here and always loved the service so was astonished by the mistreatment I was receiving this time. I am happy to get this resolved. Thank you for the resolution and keeping me a happy client.

De Anza has taken care of my fur babies for over 22 years with professionalism and genuine care. Although, there are closer vet facilities, I will continue to request their great service. Thru Covid, De Anza continued w/outstanding service. My oldest diagnosed was heart disease and daily meds has actually improved. My babies taken literally from the streets are in the best of care. One stray actually had 5 babies inside, and De Anza gave unbelievable care, as there were many issues even after the birth. We still have our beloved babies who continue to receive Great care.

Made an appointment few weeks in advance. was NOT told anything about new procedures due to covid. arrived on time. went inside and receptionist was very rude because we did not call to check in. she did check us in but wasn't nice or happy to do it. went back to car to wait. other customers came after as a walk in and got taken care of before us, that persons dog got taken in quickly while we had to wait for almost a whole hour before someone finally called to see why we were there. which did not make any sense because that was discussed when I made appointment. again waited another 15 minutes for them to come out to get our cat. the woman who came out wasn't even sure which pet she was getting and was going to get another persons animal first. only reason why she figured out she was incorrect is because the other people had a dog and not a cat. when she did finally figure it out she was scared to take our cat from us. like she didn't want to touch our cat. she put her hands up like she was having to touch something gross. she sure was happy to be going and getting dogs from the other customers which we saw her do before helping us. when they did finally finish exam and brought our cat to us they had shoved her in a box. I understand reasoning for it but we could tell that they must have done it with force because her fur was all pushed in wrong direction and messy. her fur was ripped out in spots. we left right away to get her home because she was upset. they had discussed medications for her which they did not give us before we left. had to go back for them. also had more questions about how to administer the medications. I have called twice and still have not received a call back. it is very unprofessional to have customers who have an appointment waiting while you help people who just walk in. very unhappy with service. I do understand procedures due to covid but why are other people treated better and differently. the man who was a walk in was treated better and they actually came and talked to him face to face after they saw his dog. we got a phone call. paid over $500 because we are worried about our cat and to be treated like this is unacceptable, considering we are returning customers.

My female special needs senior cat needed to be seen and I didn't want to take her to an ER hospital, much more expensive than an office visit. I was very happy that DeAnza was able to see her within 12 hrs. All the other veterinarians, including her regular vet, didn't have any appointments for weeks. Bcz of Covid, work day and appointments times were limited. I was greeted by a receptionist and asked to fill out paperwork. I was not allowed to go inside the office with Jingles, and required to wait in my car while she was examined. Dr. Williams was kind, gave me her prognosis by phone, throughly explained treatment options. I found the office visit, charges and medicine costs were reasonable. Another plus was that DeAnza was in my same quadrant of town. Dr. Williams also promised to make a follow up phone call a few days later to check in on Jingles. I was impressed she called as promised. DeAnza's staff and veterinarians genuinely care about my special furry companion and helped me to make better choices of care based on sound medical advice and different options of care availability based on my pet's medical needs and health circumstances. Thank you DeAnza!

We have been taking our pup there and yesterday he had a medical emergency and the receptionist Named Jordan just kept laughing at us and hanging up the phone. Seriously our pup was dying. We continuously kept calling back for over an hour and we ended up having to go to another facility. This girl need to be fired or I’m calling the Better business bureau!!!!! We have tried to call today and talk to a supervisor and she still just laughs. Where did you find this nut job?
