Best pet supply shop in town! Been coming here since they opened over 10 years ago!

I went to find a sweater or tee for my large breed dog, but still found some lamb lung that my dogs absolutely love! I will keep checking for the next season of apparel. Thanks! Oh, glad to see you have the West Paw line. My boy loves his Hurley!

I'm a travel nurse, here from Florida. So lucky to have walked into this place! They recommended a great dog food for our Doberman that, amazingly, both of our VERY picky senior chihuahuas love! Always helpful, but stopped by one night after work, not realizing the close at 7pm. However, there was a gentleman coming out of the store, loading his own dog food into his car. I asked if they were closed. He replied yes, but what do you need? I said I buy such and such dog food, and we are out ????. He said " let me finish loading my car and I'll take care of you." And that he did! An hour after closing he turned the register and lights back on and checked me out ???? Not too many people here in Albuquerque would do that! Amazing!

I will not shop here again. Overpriced products, bad ownership morals.

Boofy's is the best place to shop for your pet and get quality advice! I love that they are such an important part of our community - doing great things! I feel like part of the family!

They have a huge selection with a range of prices. The staff is helpful and very reasonable! They were even willing to carry a bag for me that I am unable to carry. Very good store! My dog loves it!

Never been here but 5 stars for the name Boofy's. If anyone knows what boof means, you'll have a good laugh.

Also not shipping here any more. I will vote with my money on mask mandates that made my family sick, also ignoring mask exemptions. no thanks.

Super nice and helpful associates at both locations I've been too! Also offer a wonderful bundle for people who have new adopted kitties from Fat Katz! Unsure if they do it for other adoptions. Definitely will continue to shop here ????

I'm a local business owner and I like to shop local but when you get treated poorly by management it really makes you reconsider where you shop.. I made my 1st and last purchase here today, sadly I cannot support this local business.

First time at this store. Ash was so helpful and took extra time to help me find the food my dog needs. Highly recommend for shopping local and supporting your community.

Oh my goodness! If your family has a cat, you know the struggle of finding a pet store with CAT related items. You may find a few items but they are all generic. This place was amazing, and PRO cat. Many choices for food and toys! The customer service was amazing and very helpful! Highly recommend!!

They have a wide variety of dog food/treats that are reasonably priced. Everything else is pretty limited otherwise. Wish they had a slightly better array of grooming tools, shampoos, and supplements.

Great local shop! My cat required a special raw diet and I could always rely on Boofy's to have his food in stock. My cats now eat Earthborn Holistic food. Boofy's participates in their TerraCycle recycling program so when I need a more food I can return the old plastic bag and know that it will actually get recycled!

Good place for pet supplies

Our dog is allergic to basically everything and we were having a very difficult time finding her a good food. Nichole and Scott spent quite some time helping us making sure we found the perfect food. I don’t think we will be shopping online anymore now that we have this store to help us with everything we need. Wonderful place!

I’ve been coming here since last summer and consistently have a positive experience every time I stop by. They’re one of the only stores they sells the brand of food my dog likes and the staff is always super helpful.

The staff are knowledgeable and resourceful. Instead of selling me expensive items I might not need, they listened, provided suggestions questions to ask the vet, and helped to lead me toward eliminating variables in my dog's condition.

Our first time in was right after we found out our cat had kidney failure. We were a little lost and had no idea where to start. But right after being greeted, we told them about this and the associate printed off a list of approved foods and personally walked us around the store to show us all of them. Our second time, they helped us pick a supplement out and answered any questions we had, even called us after we had messaged them on their website. They made the process so much easier, and only after a month our baby is doing so much better. Really feel like we couldn't have done it without their help. We are so happy with this store and love to tell everyone about our experience. Thank you to everyone here!

I am so glad there is another option for locally owned pet food stores that carry good quality dog foods. I've recently started coming here after switching from another place that was not following the public health orders. I was told that I'm not the first. They have a great knowledge of dog foods, clearly care about their customers, and offer curbside service! We'll be coming back!!
