I've taken all my cats to this vet for over 14 years. Staff is kind, doctors caring and knowledgable. I trust them!

I can't think of anything that I would have asked to be done additionally or differently. Dr. Gray clearly had reviewed my dog's file and asked questions to follow up on some of his past and recent health concerns. She was accommodating to his behavioral needs by seeing him in the courtyard and taking the time to interact with him in the way that was comfortable for him. She collaborated with me to plan cooperative care training. The staff members at the desk, and the technician assisting Dr. Gray, were kind and patient with him and have expressed understanding and patience for his need to take things slowly and develop a good relationship with them. Acequia is a bit of a drive for me, but so far I find it to be well worth the trip.

The concern, empathy and personal attention shown by every staff member reinstates my hope in mankind. Our Macaw died suddenly and Dr Feorelli didnt hesitate to perform a necropsy on her to ease our mind as to cause of death. We received multiple phone calls keeping us updated and their concern is genuine. I will always be grateful for the help and personal attention we received from Acequia Animal Hospital.

I have taken my pets to Acequia since 2007. I have seen all of the doctors in the practice without preference - they are all competent, compassionate, professional, and able to think outside the box. I see it as an advantage that I can see different doctors so they may pick up on different things. The doctors collaborate well. I have been to other vets that take a temperature and listen to the heart and consider that to be an annual exam. At Acequia, they always move all of the joints and feel the abdomen and are overall very thorough as appropriate to the age and known conditions of the pet. They have always gotten me in when my pets have had an emergency. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and in this case you pay for quality. I trust them completely.

I am now receiving my dog's medication from here and I have had no issues getting it in a timely manner. They are friendly and professional, and I feel 100% confident taking my Aela here from now on. I'm very happy with how easy it was to switch her to here (no thanks to Petroglyph Animal Hospital) and every experience I have had here so far has been totally satisfactory!

Our family dog was found mauled around 330pm last week. Acequia had us bring him in close to closing time so they could treat him without an appointment. Their level of care has always been top tier!

Bonnie Grey is an expert in her field - compassionate, kind, thorough and wise. She had helped us so much with our dogs and cats.

I love the doctors there and the medical staff. However I have switched veterinarians because of issues with the front office. After waiting weeks to go to an appointment we were turned away stating the dogs did not need to be seen or have vaccinations and this was after I received the email stating that they did. When I called on my way home requesting that all the vaccination records be emailed they never returned my call regarding rescheduling and the reason why this happened especially because one of the dogs needed to have a bordetella because he is going to be boarded this week never got vaccination records emailed. One of my dogs is a therapy dog needs a fecal yearly which is a 10-minute float test. I was told that it would have to be sent out and I would get the results the next day it took me two emails to get the results sent!.Multiple emails sent requesting records over and over with no response. I finally had to go through a lawyer just to get all my records for my dogs!

Doctors and staff are kind, actually do love animals, and are knowledgeable and caring.

Dr Anna Brown is the best vet we’ve ever had for our Doberman, Max! Her bedside manner and patience with our concerns and questions are always tended to with professionalism and a calm demeanor. We would honestly follow her anywhere!

Best experience with these great doctors! Took my sick cat in for treatment of a wound. They got me in the same day I called, which was a holiday for most vets, prices were very reasonable and my cat was better immediately. So pleased with the services and the place had a great vibe!

First time visit for our 9 week old puppy. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Their curbside exam went much smoother than I had anticipated. The technician and doctor were both knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all of my questions. Very happy with the decision to switch to Acequia for all of our fur baby needs.
