Every single staff member there exudes the same care and love that Doc Miller evidences in every interaction.

Our pets have benefited greatly from the care at Ark Animal Hospital. Big shout-out to Wendy, who can calm the nerves of anxious pest-owners, with her great advice ...even over the phone.

I had to have my 20 year old Maltese euthanized. I couldn't have picked a better place. The people were just wonderful, so very kind and understanding of my situation. I know they deal with this every day, but they took the time to see me through this. And I appreciate them very much. Thank you!

Kind pricey but good servis

Excellent service for the price, very meticulous record-keeping by the girls up front also. HOWEVER, Dr Miller listens to the small town gossip, left me a voicemail demanding an online apology for "something" I said about him on Facebook that "someone" told him about, which I don't know what he is talking about, and, upon searching, can only find MULTIPLE posts where I recommend his clinic highly (Maybe I shouldn't have done that?)!! Would have given 5 stars, but subtracted for the loss of trust, honesty, and respect I have experienced due to this doctor's false accusations.

We brought our sick puppy here on a Saturdy but they could not take us and they were not taking any new patients so they gave us phone numbers for 2 other vets.

Wouldnt trust my animals anywhere else

I took my pup here when she was having some health issues. One was inability to have a BM - he did not do x-rays. He just said it was a bacterial infection and gave me antibiotics. He saw her a few weeks later when it wouldn’t get better. Kept the same meds. Another local vet did the same thing. Fast forward to 4 weeks later, she’s inches from death & I took her in a rush to Ruidoso Animal Hospital. They immediately ran an x-ray. She had metastatic cancer throughout her entire body and was hours from death. She passed away. And all because vets are all about money rather than pet care. I’m not sure if doc has lost his passion or is ready for retirement. Wouldn’t recommend.
