Outstanding veterinary practice. This is one of the remaining, small, independently owned and run veterinary practices where you receive competent, compassionate care from people who know you, know your pets, and genuinely care. I have a long history here with multiple pets (some with tricky medical issues), and I've recommended this practice to several friends, none who've been disappointed.

The vets are very knowledgeable and competent and willing to do everything possible to give the best treatment to your pet for a good healthy, long life. Everything is clean, the handlers are kind and able to make your pet as comfortable as possible during treatment. Our vet is Dr. Twedt and I feel great confidence in her diagnosis and treatment, actually I find her unusually knowledgeable and very gentle in handling a pet, an excellent combination. Our pets are greatly loved and considered family members so we are quite interested in having only the best for them.

Dr. Twedt and staff are always accommodating and professional. My Bichon receives the highest care.

Dr. Twedt was recommended to me originally by my retiring veterinarian who thought that my cat, who had a rare illness in cats, would benefit by her expertise. He told me that he would use her for his own pets. That was the best advice I ever received. I had only reached out to him after he retired because I could not find another veterinarian that understood my cat's illness and how to help his quality of life. Dr. Twedt was amazing and made it possible for my beloved Wesley to live another 10 years until he finally passed at age 18. Her ability to immediately diagnose every issue and explain it in easy to understand language was unlike any other experience I had with any prior veterinarian. If you want your beloved pet to get the best possible care you should put your trust in Meadow Veterinary Hospital.

You dog checks in to do simple exams and comes out with a orthopedist injury caused by the vet technician!!! I brought my puppy for the first time to run fecal, urine and blood test. Vet took my puppy inside for the vet technician to hold him in order to allow the vet to draw blood. My puppy is a Labrador and weight only 24 pounds. He came back terrified, shaking, and injured!!! He could not place his left back paw on the ground and was crying in pain. I was told vet technician held my puppy so hard at a point he is now injured. Vet gave him 3 shots: anti-inflammatory, homeopathic and B12. According to the vet, I should observe my puppy for the next 24 hours to confirm if the injure is a muscle injury or a tear in his knee's ligaments!!!! All this for a blood sample.... I can only think of how violent and aggressive my puppy was held by a negligent vet technician. Unbelievable! I had dogs my entire life and never saw or heard about something like this. Your dog checks in to do simple exams and comes out with a orthopedist injury. Unprofessional, bizarre, not reliable, and lack of quality are not enough words to describe what happened there today.

I have nothing but wonderful reviews for Meadow Veterinary Hospital. Dr Laura Twedt is definitely an excellent Veterinarian who is very easy to communicate with. The entire staff is always friendly, professional and helpful and I only have praise for each one. I boarded my Yorkie for the first time ever, since she has Diabetes and is blind. They sent me the attached picture which reinforced my confidence in Meadow. I highly recommend Meadow and will continue to utilize their excellent services. After 10 years, was 10 minutes late for a monthly shot that we waited two weeks for and was turned away. Vets were good but reception and appointments were always terrible. Asked to talk to vet to complain and never heard back. Reception never gave the Dr./ Vet the message. GO elsewhere for complete care and good customer service.

Amazing Vet and staff. Went above and beyond with follow up call and explored all avenues with suggestions/ recommendations for my dog moving forward. Made my dog super comfortable as well which is sometimes not easy in those situations. Highly recommend

I've been going to this veterinary practice for over 30 years, back to Dr Meadows himself, and they have never skipped a beat. The staff are friendly, professional, caring, empathetic, flexible, thoughtful, and pet owners themselves. They stay abreast of the latest updates on medical pet care and they are truly wonderful people.

Fast forward to 2021.... rude staff and doctors that do not return phone calls. Very disappointing experience this week.

Brought our new kitten for his first visit. The staff was helpful. The office had clear guidelines in place to minimize COVID19 concerns. The vet was very patient and informative

I brought my fear aggressive rescue dog in for his first REAL exam and evaluation. After being turned away by other veterinary offices because of his behavior, I was amazed at the welcoming attitude we received at Meadow! Dr. Twedt was patient, kind, and thoughtful in her approach, as was her awesome assistant. My dog got a full exam, blood work, and several small procedures completed without a single growl or whimper. Thank you to the entire staff for being so amazing!!

My doggie Rocko has been going to Meadow vet since he was a puppy (he is now 5). I only have good things to say about this place. They are always professional, caring, and responsive. I have been able to get my dog checked out timely whenever I needed. All the vets have been wonderful and treat my Rocko like he was their own. We most recently saw Dr. Larue. I would recommend this vet hospital to anyone.

Been taking my dogs and cats here for years. Dr. Twedt in particular is amazing but the staff from top to bottom is top tier. I wouldn’t take my furry friends anywhere else!

Simply the Best! About a year ago I gave Meadow Vet a 5-Star rating. I only wish I had an option for 10 stars! My sweet 16 year-old furry friend has just recovered from surgery about a week ago. Because of the new distancing precautions, I could not accompany my fluffy luv into the office, but Dr. Twedt and her devoted staff worked with me to find creative solutions to calm her and get her safely home to me with an excellent outcome. Dr. T and her staff have repeatedly demonstrated not only is their medical care truly exceptional, their compassion and understanding rate 10 stars as well !

We have been taking our dog to Meadow for 12 years. The doctors are caring,comforting,compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and practice conservative veterinary medicine. The vet techs and office staff treated our dog like she was their own. We have the same confidence and faith in Meadow Veterinary as we do in our physicians. We highly recommend taking your beloved animal to their office. We would not go anywhere else.

Meadow Veterinary has taken care of 2 dogs for me. My dogs love the people that work there. I love them too. They have always treated my dogs as if they were family and when we have needed their expertise they have always been there for them and for me, being supportive and caring. I have recommended Meadow Vet to many people. I feel my dogs are fortunate to be in their care and will I continue to tell people who are looking for a wonderful Vet, that they are the best there is.

I love Meadow vet! I have two dogs, ages 12 and 2. Whenever we go the staff treats us like family. Everyone is so kind and where I may have my favorite md's (the two I am most familiar with) I know that everyone there is excellent and no matter whose care they are in I won"t have to worry. The desk staff to the assistants are all kind, warm and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Meadow Vet especially if you feel like your pets are really your fur babies.

I've just moved into the area from out-of-state and needing a new vet for my kitties. I lucked out and found Dr. Larue at Meadow. Can't recommend her enough. She's so empathetic, kind and patient. She spends as much time as you need, explains everything clearly and follows up. 5 stars for Dr. Larue.

We have been with Meadows Vet for 13 years. The staff and Dr. Twedt are wonderful, caring people. They helped us through three dogs with cancer and their death along with caring for our dogs we have now. I can truly say they love our dogs as much as we do. You will live them as much as we do.

Meadow was recommended to us after our longtime vet retired. We could not be more pleased. As many dogs are, our Mo is terrified of being at the vet. I was anxious having her go in without me. Imagine my surprise when she followed the tech, tail wagging, into the building. Now, I am certain she was frightened once inside, But going willingly—this was a great sign. Dr. Twedte called me during and after the exam, asking questions and explaining everything. She was kind, patient and thorough. I am so grateful to Meadow and so relieved to have found a great team to care for Mo.
