Great staff! Feel comfortable when they are treating my dogs

Excellent care with Dr Sanchez! My dog is always taken care of diagnosed well, and there is the extra touch of a follow up call. Highly recommend her and the Bond animal hospital team! Very much inflated in cost over the last year....

Service at this location is horrible! The front desk ladies are very rude. I don't even want to imagine how they treat the pets while behind doors. DO NOT bring your pet here.

Is it weird to be a fan of a veterinary practice? Because I am a total fan. Dr. Sanchez is the best. She is very patient with both my nervous butterball of a cat and with his nervous butterball of an owner (me), going as far as to call me whenever I have concerns and ensuring that I have all the information I need to take the best care of my boy. I rescued my cat last year in September after his owner passed, and in December he needed to have a thorough dental cleaning and a handful of extractions done; while this was a nervewracking process for an anxious pet parent whose cat is a bit older, I knew I could trust and rely on Bond to take care of him in a safe, sterile, and appropriate matter. I would gladly pay whatever price to make sure he gets the level of care he receives at Bond. I happily come all the way from New Rochelle to take him here.

The vet and assistants here are so amazing. They always help our furry baby when he is sick. They are so knowledgeable and so thorough.

This place was great! Not really sure what I was expecting going here but this wasn’t it. The vet called me regarding my pet and what he needed while I was outside waiting in the lobby (bc of co-vid) and even sent me pictures of them two! I thought it was absolutely adorable and quirky, I loved it.

Expensive, yes. They're all expensive. I feel like they like animals. Everything is explained to you. They are aware that not everyone has unlimited financial resources and will work with you.

Cant seem establish a report with the vets. Not very inviting. Too far. If it wasnt for the history they have w my pet, i would say its worth traveling so far.

I’ve spent many years going to Bond Animal Hospital with my pets and the doctors have always been great and the pricing fair. The reason for my 3 stars rating is due to my experience with their Care Club senior pet Insurance. I had an emergency with my pet and their website gave me no information on my pets coverage information. Their website’s “contact us” section sent me to an error page and ultimately when my pet passed, I called to cancel the insurance and I was charged a 200+ fee for the services used for the year which were originally covered by the insurance but because I was cancelling I now had to pay for. This is unfair when you are told you can “cancel any time” and the pet has passed so it wouldn’t make sense to continue paying $80+ a month for insurance after the animal has passed. While I recommend the doctors, I would discourage anyone to get the insurance.

If you're looking for a vet who is thoughtful and cost-conscious about how to treat a pet, you need to look somewhere.

You want to go to a vet that knows what they're doing this is the spot.

With most vets I've had experience with during Covid, Bond picks up your fur baby from outside to bring them in. They are very quick and efficient.

I had a very bad experience when I had to move back home in Europe. They charge and insane amount of money for the certificate and they didn't even know what they are doing. First they missed to fill in the date of reading of the Chip, …

1st time visiting Bond and I have to say it was a great experience. The staff was wonderful and very caring and took their time to make sure bailey was well taken care of. Thank you to all of the staff for a positive experience and I look forward to seeing everyone again.

Christina the vet assistant she an amazing person always has a smile on her face and she is friendly. When my dog had surgery Mary was so wonderful she answered my question and kept me from getting a panic attack. Most amazing staff ever. Thank you so much for all your kindness. Josephine. And Lola.

Whenever I have an appointment at Bond Animal Hospital my pets always recognize and are happy to see vet tech Eric. My Teacup poodle Apollo recently was in for a teeth cleaning and when he was waiting his turn he saw Eric and was so excited to see him. Whenever I’m in for an appointment he always comes to say hello. Even my 6 lb killer Pomeranian Shitzu mix becomes a mush when she sees him. -Nikki Weiss

Bond Animal Hospital was the only vet who would see us when my 17 year old boy got sick. He didn't make it, but the kindness and patience Dr. Silver and her team showed made the process much more bearable. Thank you Bond Animal Hospital. You are the best!!!

First impressions are everything.I'm saying this because the front reception did not provide a warm welcome during this crucial time when i was dealing with my pets illness. And being that vet bills are outrageous in price, the welcome desk is the most important first impression and will determine whether you revisit and recommend this location to your friends. My expectations in regard top this were not met. However the vet did provide a wonderful service but it most be an overall positive experience.

Dr McKenzie took great care of my dog booboo

I bring my 3 pets here. (2 cats and 1 dog) We love Dr. McKenzie he is very nurturing and compassionate towards my little fur family, which is very important to me because my pets are my kiddos. I just love them all so much and it is very refreshing to be able to trust someone with their care. I was recommended here by a friend, I wish I knew about Bond Animal Hospital sooner as before that I was taking them to Dakota Vet in White Plains and they were awful! I highly recommend Dr. Mckenzie and his team!!
