Animal Hospital of Morris Park Bronx, New Jersey

They almost killed my dog, thank God I ended up taking her to the animal hospital in the city in time. I warn anybody who loves their pet to not take them here.

I was able to have my puppy seen the same day as a walk in. They have great hours. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They even called to check in with me and Duke a week later to see how he was doing.

My dog brownie wasn't feeling well. I called the hospital, and they were able to get me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The entire staff was courteous, polite, and respectful. My pup was treated and felt better within the amount of time the doctor said he would start feeling better. There was a lady I believe her name started with an M that called to do a follow up and see how my dog was doing, I really appreciated the fact that they took the time out to check on my dog. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them as a place to take your pet.

Worssstttttttttttt animal vet ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are very rude, give you an attitude when your talk or even ask a simple question. Instead of helping or trying to atleast help, they rather you make an apt and waste your time and money. They are stupid and I don’t recommend coming here for any services. I will make it my goal that nobody ever goes again!!!!!!!!!

I've taken my dogs here a few times. I feel the quality of service at location is great, customer service & pricing is awful. They won't give you a quote over the phone, and for follow ups they charge you a vet visit just to get an injection. They refuse to tell me how much neutering for a puppy would be without setting up a visit first, even though I saw them a month ago. As they are the local vet, unless I have an emergency, I will not be using their services again.

My parents had to take their cat here because she was not doing well, her name was Eboni. I was super pleased with the service and my wife even called back for details and spoke to a nice woman named Lizette. Unfortunately Eboni passed away but it was comforting to know that we tried and had assistance along the way. Eboni is the cat to the left may she S.I.P

Many of the vets are expensive and no help

Got a last minute appointment. Was a bit of a wait, but once inside everyone was kind and professional. Pricing was fair and the staff were really supportive. Will come again.

I brought my dog Poochie to this clinic a few times and I’ve never had an issue I do think that they charge a lot of money so I had to look for an alternative to get my dogs teeth pulled. Lizette the receptionist was very nice and explained everything to me. I will return.

My cat Cappy was there for an examination three weeks ago. The female doctor that was there had stated to us that he had a mass on his left side, and that he had a perforation in his intestines. We made the difficult decision to put him down based on the doctor's examination findings. She told my son Cappy had two months to live. She then calls me 4 days later to let me know, that Cappy had a urinary tract infection. When I explained to her the difficult decision we had to make based on her findings, she claimed she never told me or my son any of this. I will NEVER take an animal here again. Her actions and lies have caused irreparable damage.

Got her ear medicine and her toenails cut , her appointment was at 6pm we was all done by 6:30pm good vets here

I walked in as an emergency for my 13 year old yorkie named Bruno. They were very kind over the phone. They were professional. The office was clean. The Doctors and assistants were kind and professional! Yes you may have to wait a while as a walk in but that’s to be expected In EVERY clinic. Also the prices are reasonable compared to other animal hospitals.

The staff was compassionate and helpful during my cats transition.

I got to the clinic @ 10:13am which is still within the 15min grace period. Was on the phone for 4 mins trying to let them know i was outside. They tried to charge $110 late fee and it would be considered a walk-in fee. I also took a screenshot to prove it. And still they try to say I was late. Horrible experience. And this was my 1st experience and the last.

Horrible paid for things my dog already had make sure you bring plenty of cash

They will kill your pet at this place!!!!! My dog was not sick at all. I took My dog to this clinic because he needed a refill for his seizure medication. They ordered an extra blood work that was not necessary. And instead of writing me a prescription like I always get at his regular vet, he charged me $16.50 for 7 days worth of pills until the blood results come in. My bill was $466.00. And 5 days later my dog died. I think my dog caught something at that place. or the the pills that were given were wrong pills. he never gave me a hard time to take his meds. I got the blood work results the following day august 18. The vet said he wrote me a prescription for pickup but since my dog died, I never picked it up. Its been a month and they have not even called to see why I didn't pick up the prescription!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!!!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff are so disgusting and disrespectful. They have horrible customer service. This place likes to steal your money. They tell you one price and then they raise the price when its time to pay and im not the only one this happened to. I almost called Channel 12 on them because this place is absolutely the worst place you can go to. If you want a way more better place i suggest you go to the Bronx County Animal Hospital at 988 Morris Park Ave. That amazing animal hospital is literally five blocks away from this horrible animal hospital. The staff over there are so nice and the prices are really good and they dont raise the price. AGAINN DONT GO TO THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL OF MORRIS PARK BECAUSE ITS HORRIBLE!!! They deserve zero stars instead of one.

They were detail oriented super professional also very friendly and gentle with my cat. Their prices are very reasonable.they txted and called twice before my cats dental procedure and gave me all the necessary info I needed. They were also very patient with my questions and made me feel welcome since the moment I put my feet in the door.I am so glad I took my chances with this vet. Clinic I will def. be going back for my other cats
