Outstanding job!! my cat was suffering from urinary blockage and Dr. Cappiello and Vet techs acted quickly and sufficiently. Although far from my home I have no problem driving to them because the service they provide for the animals we love is exceptional. Thanks again to the team for taking such good care of my cat!!

Dr. Cappiello was wonderful! As a first time puppy owner, I was nervous, but she made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions. Rob was also fantastic. Lastly, great office staff! Friendly and pleasant.

Absolutely amazing first experience here with Dr. Cap. My baby needed a tumor removal which was executed professionally and very well done. Technician Rob was great as well. Amazing customer service from the front to the back!

UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW Go here!!! Look no further!! The facilities are brand new and the attitudes are fresh and inviting. Lucy, our English Mastiff, can be shy but they just brought her right out of her shell! We came in with a severe drooling problem. Dr Cappiello is wonderful and extremely knowledgable. Chatted with us and answered every question and concern. We didn't feel rushed at all and as far as we were concerned Lucy was their only concern. Certainly put my and my husband's minds at ease. We are so happy and feel so lucky to have found them! EDIT - haven’t been back since the last 2 visits. We felt like they were trying to sell us the meds and trying to get the bill higher instead of having our pets best interest at heart. All they did for her was a waste.

The care and comfort you expect for the ones you love. You won't take your fur babies anywhere else once they've experienced Dr Dorie's gentle touch!

Doctor is very rude, heard her yelling in the background while on the phone, technician told me she cleans and reuses syringes has no staff ever and wonders why. Will never bring my pet back here

Everyone here is very friendly and they took great care of my dog. My appointment was true to the time set and the visit was quick, no longer waiting times. The staff especially the doctors are very professional and I knew my dog was in great hands with the best possible care. Highly recommend them.

Very responsive and caring. Not a regular client nor will I be as I live out of town but their entire staff assisted me and my golden on short notice. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Weiner is now back in area and practicing at Prospect Ridge. Dr. Weiner is through and caring. I'm so glad that he has returned.

Ordinarily, I wouldn’t post a review until after I have actually seen the vet. My kitty has not been acting herself lately, I called to ask if they could accommodate me at the earliest. The female staff was uber courteous, and Dr. Weiner came on the phone personally to ask what was going on. He sounded so kind. I have several cats and have been going to vets in the area that are brisk and impersonal. When your pet is sick, the most important thing is how the staff treats you. Please call and trust your instincts.

Dr. Weiner is the best, and nicest/ most empathetic Vet. He took good care of our beloved adopted pup who recently passed away due to cancer. In her final days he let us come in whenever we needed to and did everything he could for her. He even called us later that night on the day we put her down to check on us. It's a hard and difficult time when you lose your best friend, but Dr. Weiner was comforting and helped us know we made the best decision for her. Thank you Dr. Weiner.

My daughter and I brought her dog to have a surgical bandage removed from ACL surgery in another state. Dr Capiello was very gracious and helpful by seeing us without previously being patients. I would bring my dog there as well. We use my son in PA however very satisified

Dr. Cappiello and the Vet Techs are some of the sweetest people I've spoken to. It's so hard during Covid-19 to communicate our pets' needs. Doctor C and the Techs are always compassionate and take their time to talk us through the treatment plan and listen to our concerns. I never feel rushed and I always feel they are really looking out for the patients and customers.

What a great experience I had here. I brought my puppy to be neutered , I was impressed at each stage of the process. Dr. Weiner and assistant Fred took good care of my dog Chase. I was greeted warmly by the front desk. I know that I will be continuing to come to this Veterinary Hospital.

Business very Friendly and Professional

While the doctor was great, the front desk is disorganized. I filled out the needed forms for my first appointment, scanned my cats health history and emailed everything two days before the appointment. I then confirmed over the phone that they received the information. When I arrived for the appointment they requested these documents again from me, and then spend 40 minutes looking for it and setting me up while I sat with my cats in the car in the parking lot. They have also entirely missed a request for a specific vaccine that I asked about and ultimately administered the wrong vaccine. They didn't bother to reply to my email where I indicated the mistake and asked questions about it. They are also pricey for such a quality of care/front desk. It was over $500 for two cats with one vaccine, one microchip and a blood test.

My dog loves this vet! She can't wait to get out of the car and play with the staff!

Dr. Weiner is AMAZING with my dogs. Always listens carefully to my concerns and gives me enough information to make an informed decision.

Today was our first experience with Prospect Ridge. We couldn’t be more happy. Dr Stephen Weiner has a wealth of knowledge and experience and he also was very gentle and kind with our soon to be 14yr old Cockapoo Lolli. The front desk person we met first (Fred) was very friendly and helpful as well. We are very confident and relieved to have found a place that we know is going to give our dog the best care possible.

You can only extrapolate so much from reviews. This will be my first visit to Dr. C, at Prospect Ridge Vet Hosp. I called specifically explaining my dissatisfaction with my current Vet, mainly his price structure. The person answering, Patty was very accommodating. She gave me actual prices, and a reasonable number I should expect on my first visit. I found $85/exam & $54 urinalysis workable and made an appt. I also appreciated the flexible scheduling options she offered. So for telephone customer service and 1st impressions, I give 5*****. Will update.

The staff is very friendly but, like a few commenters said before me, their primary goal is to upsell you. After checking your pet you’re handed a sheet with procedures totaling thousands of dollar and they can be quite intimidating. My wife and I took my dog to have a physical exam done for some bumps we found on her. They ended up doing a small procedure on her but they completely missed some of the bumps and then wanted to charge us again for another surgery and physical exam. We took my cat who was experiencing kidney failure for some tests there. He ended up passing away a week later but they never got back to me with the additional results that we requested. They offered to send a card offering their condolences which they never actually sent. Things like this tell me they really don’t care about the well beings of the pets. Are you really gonna double charge me for a procedure because you didn’t do a thorough physical exam? Find another vet.

A very professional clinic. The staff is very kind and very helpful. The atmosphere is very down to earth. Had no problem scheduling the first appointment. The veterinarian dr was very nice and explained everything step by step. And most important-their prices were quite reasonable!!

Staff is friendly but the overall initiative at this veterinary office seems to be to up-sell you on everything. We've been to several vets in the area and have never been as pressured or "parent shamed" into doing so many treatments per office visit. Every vet promotes vaccines but other vets are much more willing to work with you on what is absolutely necessary and/or best for your specific animal.

Super nice, really is the best vet around. Wonderful staff.
