Great caring staff, office is well organized and Dr. Schoelen is a great doc. He is very kind to my dogs, I trust his clinical decisions and he addresses all our concerns.

Excellent he’s the best out there

We had an appointment for 11AM, but when we saw a literally packed waiting room upon arrival we asked if the Dr was running behind because we had other obligations afterwards, we were told that yes, the Dr was running 1-2 HOURS behind schedule. We weren't seen for well over an hour past our appointment time for a simple wellness checkup. I was surprised at how VERY tiny the exam room was, and how awful it smelled. We chose this vet because of the great reviews on how nice the vet was but she wasn't pleasant at all ( we had Dr Glicker).We'll be going someplace different next time, we and our fur babies deserve better!

I am new to the Raintree Vet family. I have to say my first visit was extremely emotional being that my 150lb "big baby" Rottweiler Caesar was under a lot of distress and in a lot of pain. Even with his calm and friendly demeanor, as his mommy, it broke my heart to learn he had a broken leg. My sons and I had already been to 3 vets in two days and I was recommended from all three to see an orthopedic veterinarian. Luckily my good friend Carly works for Dr. Schoelen at Raintree who happens to be an otrtho Dr. Unfortunately with a dog Caesars size and strength there was only one reason why he would have a broken leg from regular active play, it was BONE CANCER. Dr Schoelen explained in detail with great sympathy what all entailed for any avenue of options we had. We decided the only humane thing to do was put this big beautiful kind loving animal down and out of misery for the worst was only to come. This was truly one of the hardest things i as a mother had to do but I am forever grateful I had the whole Raintree staff there with me and my sons to guide us through and be there with us and for Caesar to put him out of such pain. DR. SCHOELEN, CARLY, ASHLEY and the whole staff were so kind, caring and professional during this whole traumatic event. Since then I have only used Raintree from my other animals and recommend them to everyone and anyone in need of a good vet for their loved furry family members.

The staff was friendly as well as attentive to our pup! They gave us lots of updating with how our pup was doing. They even called after we go her home the day after to check up on her. They answered all our questions! Fabulous animal hospital i would highly recommend to anyone who needs these services for their fur babies!

Dr Schoelen is the best Vet in the area. He goes above and beyond for all his patients. His staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Our family had to unfortunately say goodbye to one of our dogs in January and the staff at Raintree was able to fit us in during lunch. They are compassionate and very understanding. It was a very difficult decision to make but with their support we felt that we were making the right decision for our beloved Sophie. We will continue to take our other dogs and pets here. We wouldn't want to take them anywhere else. Friendly and compassionate staff for all of our visits.

I'm a fairly new to Freehold. Raintree Veterinary Hospital was recommended to me, and I'm glad I followed it! Everyone is great - from the Staff front and back to the doctor. Jess was the first person I met nearly 2 years ago, and I have to say she is my favorite.

I took my Conure bird here to get her wings clipped and for a check up. The Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable. The rates for service were very good too. I recommend this vet to all.

Omg I cannot express enough how great our experience was. My kitty got spayed and ripped her stitches. Dr came out on a sunday night to fix her up and followed up to make sure she was OK. Thank you sooo much!

They were there for chemotherapy for my girl. Good doctor and nice staff.

This is not a Hospital. A hospital, would have some emergency slots available for an emergency even though the day is booked. Called because I have an issue with my pet, who has not eaten or passed a bowl movement since Friday. She is in obvious pain, trying to push out the blockage. But the receptionist said they have nothing until Thursday... No this is not a hospital.

Dr. Schoelen and the staff at Raintree Veterinary Hospital have provided kind and exceptional service to our dog, Gracie, on several occasions. She is not reluctant to visit that office. In addition the staff acted swiftly and professionally to relieve my anxiety when I realized that I had left my wallet on the counter as I was checking out of the office. Even though the office has closed for the weekend, both the staff and the doctor contacted me to reassure me that they had my wallet safely in hand. Thank you!

I love this office!! I had an emergency with my dog and they were able to get me in within 2 hours of me calling(hysterically) and they stayed calm and spoke to me nicely and got us in and out and got our girl taken care of!

Raintree Veterinary Hospital is truly a top class facility. We had brought our dog Cocoa to this office for the past 12+ years. Their compassion and care were outstanding! Unfortunately Cocoa sadly passed away yesterday after a battle with cancer. The staff however from the front desk, Vet techs and Veterinarians were amazing. They were very accommodating and were able to take us same day during several emergencies. In addition they were always available for phone consultations when it became difficult for our dog Cocoa to make trips to and from the vet office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area. They will take excellent care of your pet and will do so with the compassion and care they deserve. Thank you again to the staff at Raintree who provided care to Cocoa for the 12+ years of her life.
