Horrible grooming salon. Unprofessional, ignorant, inexperienced management. Extremely unsafe practices!

I had an appointment yesterday to have my dog groomed at this location (I was told this location can handle difficult dogs) and I swear I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. First, they waited for me to get there to let me know that they couldn't groom my dog because he was a difficult dog to groom at their Edison location a few months back (that's a whole other story). When I asked the lady why couldn't they call me and tell me this over phone instead of letting me LEAVE WORK EARLY to rush home to get my dog and bring him by 5pm..she said "I wanted to see if he was matted." SOMETHING THEY ALSO COULDVE ASKED ME OVER THE PHONE. My pup is a 15lb shih tzu mix and nobody else has issues grooming him except PETSMART. I don't get it. I tried to this place because they're a little cheaper than the small shops but I'll stick to paying more money. The unprofessionalism is just ridiculous. There's so much more I could say but moral of the story, don't waste your time.

FINALLY!!!???????????????????????????????????????????????? I found a good groomer. ADIZAH???????????????????????????????? It's really hard to get an appointment because of my work schedule. She literally squeezed me in and I WAS NOT disappointed!!! I was asked what I wanted and she delivered. The cut was exactly what I wanted. She will be my forever groomer. Big THANK YOU!!!!????????

Took in our pups for there nail spa day 30 min latter we were done for 30 bucks. Great services and great store

Hello,this place is amazing and it's very cool???? but I went there because my dog had an infection in its ears but my brothers starded to run and this lady called "Jennifer" starded to talk dumb stuff and telling us what to do so if this ever happens to you letting you know this is the worst "manager" ever but the experience is the best

I have two dogs one on a prescription diet and low-fat dog treats and so the other one eats the same and loved it. They usually have everything I need if they don't I'm always able to find a very good substitute

First time service was great but next time very bad and customer service is terrible and unexpected.

This particular petsmart needs more employees I'n my opinion. I often go to pick up feeder fish and I always have to wait at least 15 minutes to get someone to help me. The employees all have attitudes with the exception of two that are very kind and helpful.

They have everything, they're friendly and very courteous!!

Stay away from these awful groomers! Used to be very good.... I don’t know what happened. What looked like the “groomer in charge” told me I had to make an appointment for nail trimming. I had been there not to long ago and had called b/c I was unable to book a nail trim online. (Given the pandemic), I understood things probably changed.I was told to bring my (little) dog in. The nail trim was done, no problem. Today, a very abrupt young lady, dark, very short hair on the sides, told me I had to make an appointment for nails. No manager was available in the store. Well, I guess this is what u get w/ people who take a short coarse in dog grooming, and are now “in charge”. Very sad. Take my advice, use a local groomer who cares about how people get treated. Really deserve no stars.

Normally I love taking my dog to get groomed here. But yesterday when I picked her up she had a pretty bad eye infection that she definitely didn't have when I dropped her off. I know its hard to keep things like that from happening with a lot of dog foot traffic but cleaning helps a lot. Also she was so thirsty when she came in. Do they not give the dogs any water when they're in the cratew because @he was there for 3 hours! Thats ridiculous! I will definitely be finding another place to go from now on.

It's good, but you would think a store specializing in a specific item for pets would be cheaper than Walmart.!!

The staff is super nice and helpful.
