In My Paws Watchung, New Jersey

The handlers/front desk are absolutely great and always super attentive to me & my fur baby when we come in. Daycare/boarding always goes great as well, but grooming is a huge disappointment! Since the pandemic the prices are inconsistent and they have started adding ridiculous/unnecessary fees for no reason. The “owner” has a disgusting attitude & her grooming sucks. She always has an excuse to add a demat fee or even hair brushing! I have referred a lot of people to you guys, but these extra fees are getting out of hand. If you’re going to add an extra fee it’s at least fair that you as a groomer notify the customer yourself and be reasonable with your pricing. I’d love to continue taking my dog here, but not with ridiculous grooming prices and that “owners” attitude. Besides grooming, I absolutely love bringing my fur baby for daycare/boarding. Great staff, terrible management.

They took very good care of our corgi puppy. Will use them again when we go on vacation.

My dogs are always happy and well cared for when they spend time at In My Paws. The staff are awesome! Convenient to be able to have my dogs groomed at the end of their stay.

Never again . We had to wait for almost 5 hours just to have my dog dirty, his hair still no shape and very nervous. 5 hours waiting and so many phone calls just to have a disrespectful answers. It was the worst experience. My poor dog was in a small cage for 5 hours. I don’t recommend this place for any dog. The personal are very rude. I lost my work day because they are so unprofessional. It is not nice experience and of course they charge me $80.00 dollars.

with the new management this place is no good specially the people they answer the phone they have no respect (Amaya) and put you in hold for more then 15 minutes, and don't fallow the customers Y have 3 dogs and they just loose a customer

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I took my dog here and they left my dog bald. The girl was disrespectful and abusive towards the dogs. The girl yelled at the dogs to shut up and stop barking. It is so unprofessional. They gave me a refund but they only gave me half of what I payed. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Grooming is great with a good price Daycare is the one I'm little skeptical since we are not allowed to even glance

I do appreciate the cut they provide for my pup, however each visit leaves him with a new nic on different parts of his body. He's been to other groomers prior to In My Paws, one of which had to de-mat him, and they did so without there being any nics. The people working there are kind, but I just can't keep putting my little one through that.

Great cuts my golden doodle smells amazing for upwards of 3 weeks after getting cut and bathed.

Very Pleased With My Penelope's 1st Time at In My Paws. They Fit Us In Last Minute and She Was Happy & Clean after Her Bath & Paw Hair Trim. If anyone Knows Corgi's Knows they don't like their Feet touched and they were Patient with My Girl & she was happy & not Stressed afterwards . Will definitely be back!!

My pooch was not clean

I called for an appt on Saturday morning and they squeezed me in. Service was very good. My dog is a senior beagle who has list most of his hearing. He has anxiety over dryers and nail clipping. So the groomer told me she wasn't able to really clip his nails down much. That was a disappointment but i would rather her stop trying vs hurting him. The front office was clean. All of the staff was polite. Steady clientele. All the dogs leaving seemed clean and happy. Glad they squeezed me in. I would go back.

I had an appointment website and store front both said open when I got there with dogs for grooming appointment I was told they're closed I asked why no courtesy call I was told NOT HER PROBLEM. Not NICE Not RELIABLE DON'T WAST Your TIME.

The front desk team needs training Walked in throw up on floor Told them didn't do anything about it Handed me my dog and he started eating vomit Then they didn't put leash on my dog he literally ran off. I do not recommend this place to any dog owner! Just picked my dog up today and was very unpleasant with his hair cut. Previous times I was unpleasant as well so this time I decided to speak with the lady directly and even showed her pictures! Was not what I showed her at all in fact complete opposite. Then when I spoke to her she was very unprofessional and nasty for being the manager. I gave the same back. I will never bring my dog to this place ever again!
