I brought my dog Casey in for an ear infection and a paw that she kept licking at. The staff was very welcoming and the vet was beyond informative. She answered all my questions and took care of my little girl as if she was her own. This is my second time coming here as I took her for her shots the first visit. Same courtesy both times. Great staff, clean environment and low prices. I will definitely be returning the next time my girl needs a visit. Thanks PetWellClinic!

I took my puppy Friday because she started to itching really bad and thank God she didn't have a flea problem but the place is very clean the staff is the best and the doctor she is just awesome so this place is my baby Lady new doctor office 10 stars from me and Lady

My go-to vet is well known and located in Plainfield, NJ. I called to let them know that I had an emergency and my Frenchie needed to be seen as soon as possible. The receptionist told me that there was no way she could be seen that day and recommended I take her to Garden State Vet in Iselin which has awful reviews. I did not want to take a chance only to be disappointed. After searching online and in a panic we went to Pet Well Clinic. From the moment we stepped foot in the door we were greeted and handled with outstanding customer and high quality service. The facility is new and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It turns out that there was more than one issue with my Frenchie and she is getting better now thanks to the meds prescribed and attention she received. I needed to update my cat's vaccines and have a slight limp examined. Staff was extremely quick in response time and the price was very reasonable for a full checkup and vaccines!

The vet and the whole staff was so nice they treated my dog with so much care and I was so happy with the progress that I would rather go to them than my old veterinarian any time! Love this place ! 5 stars mine and Wilson book :) !

I am very impressed with this clinic,clean,friendly ,very professional. And guess what no sitting in a cold car in freezing weather,you come in with your fur baby. I also like that its no appointment, not easy wrangling a cat into a carrier.

Have been taking my pup since I got her to Petwell. It was my first dog and they were super nice explaining me how vaccines and appointments works for puppies. It’s been almost 5 months and I keep going back. Prices are affordable, vets super professionals and the attention is the best! Super recommend

Our dog had an emergency on a Saturday after 1 o’clock in the afternoon. We called and they told us their hours of operation. They were able to see us and didn’t rush us at all! It ultimately ended up being sadder news than we expected, but the bedside manner of the staff was amazing. They are kind and were extremely loving to our pooch. I am very thankful that we found them.

I would give this place -1 stars if I could. I bought my new puppy and my 1 year old dog to this clinic. Vet techs were extremely helpful and pleasant. However that’s about all the good I can say. The vet told me my puppy only had one testicule and needed to be fixed asap so the other testicule wouldn’t become cancerous. I took my puppy to another vet that same day for a second opinion and it was completely untrue. My puppy was diagnosed with a fecal worm which is highly contagious to other pets. I suggested we treat my older dog since they’ve been in close contact with each other and the vet declined. Fast forward to the next day my older dog began exhibiting symptoms of the fecal worm. I called them and was told I needed to come in and pay for another exam, and fecal test just to get her the medicine. Keep in mind my dog was just examined the day before and I spent over $200 on that. Why would I need to pay for another exam just so my dog can be treated for what we already know she has when I was there just the day before. I was told I would get a call back, and never did after calling multiple times. Thank god village animal clinic in union prescribed my older dog the medication without requiring an exam since my puppy has it and other pets should be treated as prophylactics anyway. They’re extremely money hungry and i will not be returning

Took my cat here for a second opinion, and overall it was a great experience. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen even though I was there as soon as they opened. Once I was inside I saw why I was recommended to go there. The vet and all the staff were very nice. The vet did a thorough exam of my cat and listened to all of my concerns. Also the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend.

The vet is wonderful, and knowledgeable. The staff is very nice.The only thing I didnt luke was the long wait time.

Amazing place. Every single persona there are truly caring and loving they took care of by 13 yr old fur baby amazing. Definitely Recommend this place and if there is something they don’t do at the office they go about helping you and making sure everything goes well.

Very kind and professional staff. Office was very busy but everyone took their time to explain process and care for their patient. Did not feel rushed and appreciated that I was able to walk right in without an appointment.

Love this place they take there time they ask all questions about your pet they give you all information you need they don’t rush you out the office wish I loved doctor checked my baby Maltese it was his annual check up she checked him explain everything I just loved everything about this place just to have a place just to walk in with no appointment is a plus will come here all the time now I never found a place that I can actually call my baby doctor office lol till now

Came here with my dog for the first time and definitely will be returning! All the employees are wonderful people. Very upfront with everything they do & prices. This is definitely the place to come!

My 1st visit with my "Fûrchild"???? was good. It's a walk-in policy which helps you decide how long to wait based upon how many others are registered before you. They have a convenience number to use that will alert you via text, when you're next to be seen. You can wait in your vehicle & not lose your place in line. The estimated wait time wasn't as long as quoted & based on whatever procedures were necessary for patients prior. The facility was clean, with sufficient room to care for the animals. The staff was attentive to my questions, concerns & saved me time by having the prescriptions needed available on site, skipping the pharmacy yet, able to call in refills at a later time. I recommend this place & plan to visit again should the need arise.

I went last week with my kitten that I had for only two days. The vet and tech were very helpful, answered all questions, and were very upright about all the prices and made sure I was able to afford everything before it was done. Overall, I had a great experience. I was also seen very promptly.

My first time visiting Pet Well Clinic with my puppy Suzy and I was highly impressed. All of the staff and Dr Springstead were very friendly, professional and helpful with questions I had. They all treated my fur baby with the love and care that I hope for when selecting a vets office. Thier rates for the services are reasonable and the fact they are walk in was also a big plus as I have a hectic schedule. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. I had a good experience at this clinic. I decided to bring my dog here after being so frustrated with Banfield. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I did have to wait a bit to be seen but they were super apologetic and took care of my dog. Very affordable which was a huge plus for me.

Prior to going there, I called for specific test--fip, I was told that I would get result in 15 minutes. No such quick test exists. Not enough staff. I had to wait over 3 HRS to see the vet for 2 kittens. Vet and assistant were wonderful.

The staff is sooo sweet and patient! They were so gentle with my shy dog who was just rescued and provided all the care he needed to feel better! You can tell they truly have a passion for what they do, will definitely be coming back!

Very professional and caring. Jackie says thanks for helping her! The doctor went into great detail on all of our options. We left with everything we needed to nurse Jackie back to health. I didnt know about this place until we visited and I went from nervous to informed.
