They over charged and hit you with all these hidden fees. Tell you one price and then charge another. Stay away and don’t trust them when their being nice. Their just gonna charge you triple what they should be. Then they want to charge you again for any follow up. They also mis diagnosed my dogs injury. Told me he simply had a scratched cornea and charged me exuberant prices for medications that could have been picked up at my local pharmacy. 3 weeks later after the medication was complete and his condition had only worsened, they tell me I will have to pay again for any follow up. Went to another vet. Turns out he had been developing glaucoma and the eye may have been saved. Now the eye has to be removed. You’ve been warned.

Friendly/ kind hearted staff, and the receptionist ( the cat up front) very professional and will notify the staff if there is an issue

I found them on-line and took a chance to take my cat Zoey here. She needed some teeth out her face was swollen. Dr Patrick was wonderful he handled my cat with love and did surgery on her mouth the next morning. And I could take her home. She is fine now but I will always use Dr Patrick from now on. He is a wonderful veterinarian he cares for the animals.

Hidden charges, A rip off and the worst “vet” I’ve seen and heard. too much to write but if you love your pet and have the money they are willing to charge, go somewhere else ASAP! Also, check your invoice for surprises they won’t discuss with you before hand; or even after since the vet doesn’t even hand you your pet.

Very disappointed with their services!!!!! Second time calling and no help at all always busy . What’s the point to have regular vet clinic if they are not there the time that you in need?! Horrible serves, only wasting money.to go as an emergency you can go any places not when your pet clinic is open !! Very bad serves I would never recommend and al my friends would go to other places ! I’m really sorry that I recommend this place !!!

This is my second emergency visit with Bentley. Dr. Patrick and his staff are beyond wonderful. Dr. Patrick took the time to address my concerns and answered all my questions. Staff are also very accommodating with appointments. I've since switched and have made Eastland Bentley's permanent location for regular wellness and emergency visits.

This is Oreo my puppy he ate something got sick and rush him to near vets they turn us down becouse we didn’t have an apoitment but I call Eastland Veterinary Hospital and the young ladies working behind the desk told me to bring him in I felt like I was in an Emergency room I was soo relived thanks Eastland Veterinary Hospital they were able to save Oreo, this handsome little puppy, thanks Eastland❤️

Visit was more than expected! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Vet is very thorough and makes sure you have all questions answered! Beyond satisfied with their services

Our vet recommended we take our dog to Red Bank for Emergency Vet Procedure because our dog was not going to live past a few hours if she did not receive the surgery. They even said their sorrys to make us feel worse. We decided to go somewhere closer to home and are grateful we met Dr Patrick. I thought we were losing our dog but he was reassuring and left us feeling confident that our dog was going to be ok.

Very conscientious and courteous vet assistant who came to our car to get out doggy. Veterinary doctor was very professional and very explicit about services and treatment rendered to our pet. We would recommend their service to family and friends because it is very affordable especially for senior citizens with pet/s.

Hidden charges. They want to tack on charges and not tell you. Their vaccination days with no office visit isn't really free if you have more than 2 pets. I asked them where is your policy written down & they said they don't have it written down, they just do it like that. They had about 6 chances to tell me and didn't tell me until it was time to pay. And the lady came out with no invoice, just an amount and said oh yeah we added an office visit. I called them multiple times about there being no office visit fees on thursdays for vaccinations & multiple times they told me correct. Won't be going back.

My cat was going to die and they saved her life. I couldn't be more thankful as our pets become a part of the family. I especially appreciate her doctor. He found the root of her problem at her second visit as at first it was hard to determine. They work with you if you get an unexpectedly high bill by placing you on a payment plan. (If they feel they can trust you, no credit check needed because sometimes we just dont expect our pets to need costly care) As long as I own any animlas they will be my veterinary hospital.

Client for three years with our mini bulldog mix. They’ve taken exceptional care of her since day one. Never too busy for an emergency. Staff is reliable, knowledgeable and reassuring; always with a smile. The office is clean, vets are very professional. Emergency surgery went great. Aftercare instructions simplified. Great location and very accommodating when I need a quick script refill or running a bit late. I simply would not take my pet anywhere else.

At Eastland Veterinary Hospital, they treat you like family. They really care about you and your pet. They take the time to explain your options and give you time to decide your next steps. Prices are responsible. They show compassion and are responsive. I would recommend to everyone.

Clean and neat animal hospital! My 15 year old mini pincher had an emergency and was admitted ASAP. Professionalism, dedication and love for what they do is all you gonna find there. I’ll be forever thankful for the way they treated my precious little Cindy.

Each time that I did call into the office Julia was always pleasant and more than accommodating as I had to call afew times to reschedule visits. One of the male staff members made my day by stating there was a cancellation and I was able to be the 1st appointment on a sat. Given the COVID situation Niya was informative approached us with care and made things smooth as we are unable to accompany our pets inside for the visit. When following up to find out about test results once again Julia was just as pleasant as pie ????explained everything to me gladly. Definitely a great vet staff and place to go.

I was misled and basically a bate and switch was perpetrated. I called to find out the cost to euthanize my pet, was quoted a price took my dog and again asked the receptionist the cost and was given the same quote. I was placed in the room to wait, and after waiting about 40 minutes, the veterinarian entered the room and handed me an invoice for almost 3 times the amount. Stating that the additional sum was for cremation.
