Waited two months for an appointment because they said they are short on staff and nobody wanted to come back after the pandemic which I can see why. So I finally Get to take my pup get his haircut. As I was checking him in they couldn’t be any less interested that I was even there to patronize their business. It was almost a chore for them to check me in. When the woman asked me how I would like my dog’s haircut she said “oh no why would you do that, Wow” . I couldn’t believe it, I just left immediately. How about you’re the professional and you trim the dog the way he should be trimmed or offer suggestions Instead of being rude and unprofessional. I will make sure to share this review with everyone I know.

In the 3yrs that Becky and Charlee have been groomed at Critter Cuts, Chris have done a great job with their shave/grooming. We know Becky can be a handful. We got her declared, due to Mr. Charlee not having claws( was declawed at a kitten) and they at times have their tiffs. Becky calmed down quite a bit after her declaw and her Gamapantin on board for her grooming was OK. But after awhile Chris the groomer started asking me to give Becky more Gamapantin before she is groomed. Chris wasn't her cheerful self when she said it to me. I was concerned and asked what happed. She said she has to have help when grooming becky and its difficult when they are busy and have to use another groomer to help her with becky. I spoke to our Vet and explained what happens at the groomers and what Chris the groomer has now asked me 4/8/21 now 5 times on me giving Becky more Gamapantin. The Vet said that the medication is based on weight of the animal. Giving more can be fatal to your pet. The Vet asked whats the name of the grooming place. So I gave the Vet the name and number. Not sure if the Vet will be calling or reporting them? But I was told to take my cats to a better groomer. How much of a coma is my Becky suppose to be in, to get groomed??So today will be there last visit. I love my Becky and Mr. Charlee wayyyyyy to much to harm them BC a groomer can't handle a 12lb small female declawed cat.

Called 3 times in 3 days and left messages for no one to call me back.

I have a 15 yr old calico domestic long hair that had never been groomed before today due to severe matting. After my critical illness over the past 3 years with 6 hospitalizations her coat care was unfortunately was affected. I can't thank them enough. They said due to her aggression they weren't able to give her a fancy cut but she looks fantastic. I would give they 5 hearts instea.d of stars????????????????????

It was so difficult finding a grooming business that cut cats. I have a persian cat and he needed some serious grooming! I was extremely nervous as this was my first time taking my cat to a groomer but Critter Cuts made all that fear go away. Victoria, who groomed my persian , did an absolute fabulous job on my baby. Literally perfection . Aside from her work, she is a doll and truly understands how you want your pet cut. I am excited to take my baby back soon! -Tommy

Love, love, love Critter Cuts. This is the only groomer that my dog likes and isn’t terrified when she comes home. They always seem to be able to squeeze me in and always do a great job!

Outstanding people and you can see their love of animals. Our dog steve is tough but they handled him with ease and precious was beautiful. Going back for sure!

This place rocks! Finally a spot in our area I can go to take my fearful, anxiety ridden, 7lb 5yr MORKIE!! Critter Cuts made my little girl feel completely comfortable, happy & at ease before getting started. I struggle grooming her at home, unable to take care of nails & paws so I was impressed they managed to completely groom this fidgety girl. Critter Cuts magically made my silky look so cute and beautiful, I can’t wait to use them again.

I went last minute. As a friend had their dog here. I called and Ashley said she was able to groom my dog. After a brief meeting and discussion Ashley assured me she was able to groom my aggressive female dog. Ashley seemed to be experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. She to said she has an aggressive dog as well as grooms aggressive dogs there on the regular so she understands how to properly navigate my dog, the salon, the other dogs, and ensure the safety of all the animals and everyone there, etc. My dog does not like other animals as of the last year. (I have to find a trainer) In the meantime my dog needed her nails trimmed, ears cleaned and a bath. She has hair not fur. She is a Lab mix. She does not need to ever be cut. They did the basics. They do not give the dogs bandannas or etc. They charged me $47. to groom her. I received a call that my dog was done an hour after dropping her off. When I went to pick her up they had my dog in a white independent closed front facing door aprox. 3' open air pen where they hold the dogs. Ashley was gentle with my dog and my dog responded to her with lots of licking. My dog came out happy when I picked her up. All in all it was a nice visit!

Chris is our cat groomer for our beautiful long hair princess Maya. She is great! We have been using critter cuts for 5 years and are very please. They were recommended by our vet, now St. Francis Vet Center in Turnersville.

I’ve been bringing our PomChi Gatsby here for years, they do a fantastic job with him, they are a very nice group of ladies and they do a great job with his haircuts! And they treat him like the precious pup he is which matters a lot to our family!

I have taken my golden retrievers, Maddy & Brandy, since they were puppies to Critter Cuts. Joan has been extremely helpful as I was a first time pet owner 8 years ago. Her professionalism and caring manner shows in every aspect of her business. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
