You will NEVER find a more caring and compassionate group of people. I got my first taste of this crew 15 years ago when Dr Weiss stopped everything at his practice and Lacey and Jenn went out of their way come to my house and pick up my dog who injured her back chasing a rabbit (I had just had surgery and wasnt able to move her.) My family and I have laughed with these amazing people and they were by our sides and cried with us when it came time to say good-bye to our fur babies. We all hurt and grieve when we have to say goodbye to our pets. They are family to us. Without the care the care that Dr. Weiss, Dr Robinson-Weiss and the rest of the staff at All Creatures have provided, our dogs would have not made it to 17 yrs, 13 years and 12 years old. They are now trusted with the care of our crazy puppies and a hedgehog. Dr. Robinson-Weiss and her staff will stop at nothing to make sure these animals are treated with the utmost care and compassion. They are part of our family and will always remain so. Thank you Dr. Robinson-Weiss & Dr. Weiss for your professionalism and advice (even in tough times when we didnt want to hear it but knew we had exhausted all options), your caring nature and for going the extra mile when it comes to taking care of our pets. For the two years we had our skinny pig, Pickles, this was the only place we could bring her and her cagemate. In multiple instances, we had frightening health issues like a late-age pregnancy or a sudden ear infection in both of our pigs, but we were encouraged and guided through by the vets and professionals as well as the techs at this practice. In recent days, Pickles became very sick, and despite the care of All Creatures, ended up passing away at home. However, I cannot thank them enough for trying their hardest, entertaining my countless phone calls, and being patient and compassionate with me and my fiancé when we both were falling apart at the thought of losing our pig. I specifically want to name Dr. Robinson-Weiss and Dr. Scopella as well as the many vet techs who saw our pig over the years for giving her the same care they would give a much larger animal and not writing her off because she was just a guinea pig. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another veterinary practice, not for our remaining pig nor for any other pets. If I could rate this establishment higher than five stars, I would, but what I can say is: for small animals, guinea pigs and exotics specifically, you can always trust All Creatures.

I absolutely LOOOOVE this vet for all my animals. I have a few cats and a good amount of exotic pets and the entire facility is so great with them. Everyone i speak to is kind and compassionate. This place really seems to genuinely care about each and every animal. The prices arent bad either! I recently had to make an emergency appointment after one of my cats attacked one of my lizards. The wound was bad and we didnt find our lizard until late at night. So we rushed to an animal hospital who had told us to either A) pay almost 3 grand to house him over night to have the exotic vets look at him or B) euthanize our baby. Luckily, my husband and i know our animals very well and decided to take him home and call our vet. He still had a lot of fight in him and was very alert and aware so we knew that was a good sign. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in at a good time. They took him, cleaned the wound (which the animal ER did not do, only gave him pain meds), put antibacterial ointment on the wound and sutcured it up. We were told he should be okay...Its been 5 days since we took our lizard to the vet and he is doing great! Hes moving around, back to watching me when im cleaning up and watching tv with me before bed (from his tank of course). If it wasnt for this group of wonderful people, my baby could be dead.

They take good care of your pet. Especially exotics, which we have. I would definitely recommend them.

They told me bring her up I did thinking they could help her with the seizure that's going on Is they Tucker in gave her antibiotics in a shot Then told me they're short staff you need to take her to emergency veterinarian hospital Unfortunately she did not make it she died because of them

This vet is AMAZING. They truly care about animals and the owners as well.

My guinea pig needed to be neutered and they got it done within 15 minutes. The experience was very smooth and convenient. Update: That visit was only a evaluation visit to make sure my guinea pig was healthy and able to have the surgery, which he was. Soon after he was scheduled to have surgery days later. 5 days after being neutered our guinea pig died. The Veterinary never gave us any precautions that death was a possibility. I would have not had the surgery if I knew that. But when he passed they gave us every bad case scenario possible.. I'm taking the 5 stars down to one star. I'll never return here again. I really miss that guy and the other guinea pigs don't even behave the same since. A refund was have been sufficed but it seems I just paid them to kill my guinea pig.

I was very happy . My finch bird ???? got something wrapped around his foot. Well the veterinarian had to take him cause he's a tiny bird and look under a microscope to find out what was wrong. Here he indeed found the issue and unravelled it off his foot and gave him a bandaid. So he's gonna follow up within the week. But they were very kind and understanding. They also appreciate how much you love your pets. So thankyou to all of them. I really appreciate them helping my little bird whom is oh so important to me. I love all my pets. I pray for them as well.

Love this place SO much! As a reptile owner it’s so nice to have an all creatures vet nearby. We took our recently rescued bearded dragon in and the vet quickly identified what was wrong and helped us develop a plan to treat his metabolic bone disease. The staff were all super friendly to us and to our little guy! They tell you the co pay up front when you schedule so there’s no surprises. Would 100% recommend this place and will come back if my lizard or snake ever have problems again!

The only place I trust my pets to go. Been visiting here for over 10 years and they have never steered me wrong on how to keep my doggone healthy

This is was the closest place to bring my Ed that had experience with chameleons. The drive to them was 100% worth it! The staff was amazing and the vet explained everything so well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care!

Dr. Weiss and some members of his staff are extremely rude, very unprofessional, not helpful, and show little regard for the well being of the animal.

Absolutely the best. I highly recommend All Creatures! Dr . Robinson-Weiss is knowledgeable and thorough in all and her staff do. My African Grey Morgan is sick and unfortunately had to see a specialist(cardiologist)Dr R Weiss , she constantly calls me to check in on Morgan prior to the specialist sending the reports to her. 5 stars across the board

What can I say to a place that cares so much for your fuzzy loving friends.I would not trust any other place with my fuzzy friends but them. The staff is extremely nice. I love this place.My baby boy loves it their too.

Amazing there where very quick and they helped my chameleon see again!! He is eating and doing better! There isn't to many places that can help reptiles but this vet was the best one to go to anyway!

Great place! They were there for us when our hen was injured and sick. Its comforting to know that they will be there when we need them.

I can not begin to express my gratitude towards Dr. Robinson Wiess and Lacey. My Bull Mastiff Nala was diagnosed with Lymes Nephritis. Spent 1 night in the Hosp and told she would not make it by 2 different doctors. We decided to bring her home to our vet. She told us it was a long shot but she would fight if we wanted to. She kept Lacey as Nala tech so every Friday Nala was greeted by a smile of someone she was comfortable with, which was very helpful beings I wasn’t able to join her during her visits due to Covid 19. We went week by week with my 1000 questions and Dr. Robins Wiess was nothing short of amazing every step of the way doing all different research to find different ways to fight this horrible disease. We are now 3 months in to Nala’s road to recovery and shocking everyone. Not many people would give this hard of a fight but they did and I will never be able to express my full gratitude for them.

It is hard to find veterinary care for exotic animals. My turtle of 20 years got sick in his old age, and they were extremely helpful in helping me treat him and make his final days as comfortable as possible (again he was really old and there was not much that could be done, but they helped me do all I could do for him). They have a very skilled staff who can obtain information and conduct testing on many of the hardest of cases. Not to mention they called up a few times to check in and see how things were going. I would highly recommend this business for your exotic animal needs and care.

accidentally booked my appt for the wrong day and they still made sure to squeeze my chinchilla in. not saying to do this lol but it was very helpful and you can tell they really care about the animals and owners. will definitely be coming back

I love this place. They are attentive, kind and professional.

I brought my duck in for an eye infection because they handle Avian care. It was my 1st visit to this office. They got me in the office the next day of calling. The cost of the office visit was very reasonable. My duck needed two antibiotics. It cost me under 130.00. My other vet I've never walked out of thier without spending less than 250.00. I'm going to be switching offices. I'm bringing in my dog that has cancer tommorrow to have a nodule drain before it bursts. They were very responsive to our concerns.
