Warm, compassionate retreat for our baby ????. Winston drags me in to VIPuppy whenever I get to the parking lot. That’s very comforting for us. Overall, very happy and highly recommend.

My yellow lab absolutely loves coming to VIPuppy Spa. He eagerly waits for me at the door every morning wagging his tail waiting to begin our ride there. When I pull into the parking lot, he jumps out of the car and races to the door without me. I can’t say enough about how happy that makes ME!

VIPuppySpa was our last dog’s home away from home for years. He loved it there and the staff loved him. We were never worried about traveling because we always knew our beloved pet would be safe and happy there while we were away. The staff was equally kind and supportive to us when our dog passed away last summer. We now have a new puppy and had no question about where we’d be bringing him for boarding and daycare.

My dog loves it. I feel so happy and relieved he’s being taken care of so well and is so happy.

The first day I left her I stayed in the parking lot and asked people what their experience was and they praised VIP. So here we are months later enjoying the time Nylah spends there. The staff is always pleasant and caring. I feel very confident when I am at work that she is cared for !

This was my first time using VIP Puppy Spa in Summit to groom my dog; Midnight (Cocker Spaniel). My groomer took great care with her and gave great attention to detail with regards to her bathing needs. I will definitely continue utilizing their services. Previously I have also left Midnight there for boarding. They sent me pictures every couple of days to see that she made friends. She had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!

My dog has been going to VIP for over 9 years, since she was just a few months old. Claudia and staff are so kind to the dogs, my girl gets so excited when we pull into the lot. I know my dog is cared for and has a fun time with her friends.

VIPUPPY SPA is our dog Brodie’s favorite place to go he sprints right up to the door. The crew takes care of him so well there. Very convenient!

I cannot even describe the professionalism and compassion the entire team has towards my Picasso. We recently went away for 5 days and boarded him at VIPuppy. It was the July 4th weekend and just the thought of not being around my baby to keep him calmed because of the fireworks was giving me anxiety. I contacted VIPuppy and they assured me he would be taken care of with extra love and reassurance. Picasso spent 5 nights there and the phone calls, videos, pictures and pampering was amazing. The all really took their time to communicate with me on a daily basis, they made me feel at ease, they even went above and beyond to get Picasso to finish his meals, the bought cheese and added it to his food, they hand fed him, played with him and really took care of him. The day we picked him up, he was nicely groomed and we were the happiest parents to see our boy so happy and handsome. Picasso will be 2 years old on 7/17/2021 and he has been attending daycare since he was 16 weeks old. I must admit, I am always skeptical about leaving our boy with anyone, but VIPuppy has exceeded our expectations. If you have not tried them, please do so!...to Claudia and the entire staff at VIPuppy, we want to sincerely say "thank you" and "we love you" (specially Picassso). You deserve a million stars!

My puppy Nairobi just had her first visit here. When I picked her up she was happy with her experience at VIPuppy Spa. She will definitely be returning.

We brought in our mini labradoodle (5mnths)who happened to have very fluffy knotted fur and they were able to make him look brand new! They took great care of him, we will definitely be taking Charlie back.

VIPuppy Spa is the best doggie day care and boarding service I have ever Everyone and I do mean every single person is friendly and caring towards the customer as well as the animals. You can tell they take pride in making you feel comfortable leaving your buddies with them. I have been using VIPuppy for 3 years and never had a bad experience.

Staff is very nice and informative. We will definitely use their services again.

Despite their website saying “all breeds welcome” and them confirming that they had available vacancy for specific dates. When I told them my dog was part pit bull, they denied services without even meeting him.

Great place, my dog Coco stayed for 3 days and they took such good care of her. She was not feeling well previously and they kept me updated throughout the day and paid extra attention to her. Would definitely recommend & will bring my dog back.

My dog will not let me out of his sight. He has never been left alone in the house, ever. When we are driving to VIPuppy, he recognizes where we are going about a mile before we pull into the parking lot. At that point he starts getting so excited, and when we pull into the parking lot and I open his car door, he jumps out, runs to the door, and if he could, he would open the door. When I open the door he flies into the lobby and I can barely keep up. He runs to any employee and off he goes. He never looks back. I never have to worry about him. They are the best!

We’ve had nothing but good experiences with VIP. Staff is super friendly. Always great communication, very quick to respond. They once stayed with our dog while we fought the snowy commute home. We love the Facebook pics and updates throughout the day! ????❤️

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very attentive staff who truly care about our pup. I know whenever I bring my girl to doggy day care she is in good hands. I can tell from the moment we pull up how excited my pup is to be there and when we go inside she never looks back. Thank you all for taking such good care of my girl!!!

My family has been bringing our dogs to VIPuppy Spa for years to be boarded any time we go out of town. They are always well taken care of and have a good time. Highly recommend bringing your pup if you have a trip. They will be happy playing with all of the other dogs.
