PetSmart has everything I need for my two dogs and I love the sales. We are regulars at the grooming Salon. I will begin working with the training for my 7 month old puppy and very excited to start.

Nice store. They actually had a set of dog steps for my SUV that I was in search of. Home Depot didn't stock it. Walmart didn't stock it. PetSmart did! They actually had three choices for me to pick from. Prices were good very equivalent to Walmart

ABSULUTLY GREAT!!!!!! Girls are always Amazing!!! They go out of their way always make my girl Reina feel special. I've been taking her to Danielle for grooming and Amber for baths since she was 12 weeks old. Love them!!!!! Reina is a 9 moth old doodle and has never had a knot all credit to our girls at Pet Smart

Danielle bathed and cut our new rescue Sasha and she looks amazing. The few times I went into the grooming area she was very friendly and upbeat. I definitely felt at ease leaving my baby ???? girl there despite her speration anxiety issues. The first time we went I just had her bathed and the young lady who washed her was amazing but she doesn't do the haircut that's why we chose Danielle. Sasha is a 7y.o Maltese Mix. If you need your pet ???? groomed I %100 refer PetSmart. If you want to pick your own person (which is optional on the app) I suggest Danielle!

After using the grooming services in Sicklerville, 1 day later , my dog started to itch. I discovered flees . There is no doubt in my mind that was the source of contact. This happened in July. It is now November, and after several vet appointments , medications , hundreds of dollars spent, constant vacuuming and linen changes, we are still battling this problem.

I recently received a phone call from the Berlin location. An employee left a message regarding my dog’s health status. I returned the call to confirm even though my dog did not have the health concern the employee inquired about. The employee continued to tell me how difficult my dog is to groom. THEN, she ask me if I could bring him earlier despite the fact that I’ve confirmed my appointment for 4pm today. Very, very unprofessional. I am disappointed and sad to say my baby will not return to any Petsmart location.

Great experience at the Gloucester Township PetSmart. We needed a grooming appointment ASAP so we went to them instead of our usual store and received the same great service

Waited 20 mins to get crickets hit the button for service and no one came,tons of dead feeder fish in tanks all meal worms were dead also what is going on

There were a bunch of sick fish in the aquariums they need to handle fish diseases better or figure out how to better quarantine new stock.

Always go to petsmart.i have bunnys chinchillas n dogs so I'm there more than the grocery store
