My husband and I love how much everyone cares for your fur baby! Recently we had our Maddie’s teeth cleaned and Lori was just the sweetest. She showed much patience answering all of momma’s worried questions. They took wonderful care of her and they always do! We enjoy each and every staff member.

George on their front desk was very friendly and worked us in without an appointment. The doctor and his staff were professional and very caring with my little dog. I would highly recommend them.

They squeezed our dog in as an emergency case when his paw got infected and Dr Trail was so kind and helpful. And we weren’t even existing patients. The facility is big, beautiful and state of the art. We definitely recommend coming here.

Always treat our critters in a professional and loving manner, and give credence to the fact that the critters are often anxious and not at their best when visiting. We've been with them since the 80s and have no plans of changing.

I have been taking family pets here since the 80's the staff may have changed but never the service.. it was, and is! and will always be above expected!

Having never been to this office we were in need to have our very very sick 5 pound yorkie seen. From the moment we walked in the front desk staff seen how dire our situation was and took us immediately to a room and introduced us to Dr. Jonathan Trail who was amazing. Dr. Trail just confirmed what we knew had to be done and he was so kind and compassionate. Been coming here since I was little with my family's dogs and cats and now travel here with my own...wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Dr. Trail and his staff are all so wonderful and I trust them completely with my furbaby.

Every experience at Gloucester County Animal Hospital (GCAH) has been an overwhelmingly positive one. Dr. Jon and his staff are all obvious animal lovers, and genuinely care for every pet that comes in the door. I also know from friends that are also clients of his, that he is very compassionate when it comes to difficult decisions about their pet's future. I can't express how happy we are to have found GCAH!

Best animal hospital I've ever been to! Dr. Trail and his staff couldn't have been better for our unique situations. No matter what I've always been given the best care for my pets without any waiting. You'll get a straight answer from this business to best direct you on the level of care needed unlike other hospitals the will find any reason to get your money. Dr. Trail and staff seem to value my time as much as their own. Their motivation is the upmost health for their patients and not your checkbook. Possibly the best animal hospital in the world !!!

Dr Trail and Dr Stewart are the best. They are compassionate and reasonable providers that love your pets as you do. The staff is also very nice, helpful and kind.

Just had our first apt. with Dr. Delia with my very nervous Great Dane, he was so relaxed I believe he could have fallen asleep. Spotless waiting room & offices, couldn't have had a nicer experience!

Jon and his staff are truly remarkable. We've used Gloucester County Animal Hospital for years. They've always taken incredible care of us and our pets and have helped us through some difficult times for our little friends. They're trust-worthy, reliable and they understand the client experience. That starts from the top down and Jon sets a great example.

When my elderly male cat exhibited sudden distress, Dr Trail diagnosed untreatable cancer. The sympathy and kindness shown by the staff was amazing. Once the decision to end his pain was made no one rushed us, allowing me plenty of time to say goodbye. Dr Trail and his staff really helped me through a very difficult time.

I'm not sure what has happened in the last few months but the quality of service has changed. I ordered Heartworm medicine on their website and the time it took to approve and receive it was over a month. Last year I ordered it and received it in a week. Also when I picked up Rimadyl, the last 2 times it was the wrong size for my dog. Luckily I was paying attention to what was handed to me. I called multiple times to speak with the manager and was told she wasn't available and a third time she wasn't in that day. I called on 3 different days of the week! Very unhappy and will be looking for another vet.

Super accommodating. They fit in emergency visits easily. My last emergency required going to an animal hospital in philadelphia. The next day Gloucester county Animal hospital called me immediately after receiving the report. All of the staff is friendly and professional and their love for pets is genuine.

We love Dr. Kushner so much we drive here from Philly! He is so good with my pit boxer rescue Rosie. He takes his time and thoroughly explains everything about her health, diet, etc. We’re lucky to have him.

Everything about GCAH is amazing! There are not enough words to express the kindness, the dedication of every staff member, they go above and beyond every time. Our Doberman Niko and Cavachon Milo are treated so well and are never afraid when they are there. Dr. Trail saved our Niko when he was a puppy after he ate a bone, immediate surgery and Niko was back to normal a few days later!! Dr. Trail, Dr. Stewart and Dr. Kushner and their team, are absolutely the best in my opinion when it comes to caring for my fur babies!

The staff was excellent, very friendly, I loved my Doctor he was knowledgeable, friendly and just seemed to love animals in general. Sorry, but I cant remember his name. The only complaint I have is that it was a bit pricey.

Always a pleasant experience considering some of the reasons for going to the vets been a customer for at least 25 years very good staff thru all the changes

Just a bunch of great people with great professionalism. They make you and your pet feel like you're part of their family. I always know but they're going to take good care of my pets

Last experience I had was 3 yrs ago when my dog Neco, was dying. He was treated wonderfully by all the vets everytime I brought him in and on 01/12/18 he was put to sleep and his death was peaceful and not rushed. So next week I will be bringing my new dog, Charcoal, to this practice because they are the best!

My beautiful little puppy had uncontrollably vomiting and Gloucester County Animal Hospital was literally going to close for the night but after my call they kept the lights on and doors open, Ruby is safe and sound. Thank you

Fantastic place to take your pets

I have been taking our dogs and cats to Gloucester County Animal Hospital for over 15 years. They have always been so professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We drive over from Philadelphia because they are just so great. I trust them completely and they are not trying to gouge you with pricing. Through the years, we have had to say goodbye to a few beloved pets and Dr Trail and his staff were so compassionate, comforting and empathetic. I would not trust my pets with any other vet.
