I have been taking my "Children" to Bethel Mill for over 25 years. Dr. Love is caring and compassionate. The techs all love my pets like their own. I am blessed to have this practice care for my dogs, who I believe are my children.

Recently and unexpectedly, I had to let my 8 month old kitten, Clementine, go shortly following an emergency visit. Dr. Zappacosta, Technician Lindsay, Assistant Faith, and Receptionist Leah all stayed after hours to allow my boyfriend to drive from work and be with Clem and I in her last moments. All of the staff members were so kind and so patient, and even though it was easily the worst outcome I could have imagined I am so grateful for the staff’s kindness and support, and the chance to hold on to her for just a little bit extra time. If and when I am ready for another kitten, I will absolutely be returning to Bethel Mill, the kindness this staff showed me and my little family in our hardest moment was incredible. As Dr. Zappacosta said during our visit there, they had to do right by her, and they absolutely did. Thank you for showing so much love to my angel, I’ll never forget any of you or your impact.

I wish I could leave zero stars for this place. We've been taking our cats here for 15 years. Today, we took one of our cats in with respiratory concerns. Upon showing the technician videos, they stated "it's a cough." They then informed us that our cat needed a rabies vaccine in order to be treated. She is an indoor cat. At 15 years old, we'd like not to traumatize our cat with needles, especially since our main concern is respiratory related. They took our cat away, back into the exam room. We gave no consent to draw blood or perform any sort of invasive or semi-invasive procedure. The doctor returned with our cat and immediately tried to push the rabies vaccine again. We stood firm by our choice, and told her that we will not be giving it to our 15 year old indoor cat. Immediately the doctor said "Did you want to leave?" Absolutely we do! She also informed us that blood WAS drawn, and hasn't been "sent to the lab yet." We gave NO consent to draw our cats blood. They drew her blood, and wrapped it in a bandage and returned her to us. What happened to being unable to treat our cat without a vaccine? THEY DREW HER BLOOD. Needless to say, we will not be returning here after a loyal 15 years. We're extremely disappointed to know how poorly our cat was treated today.

My dog had an incident and ended up with a laceration the other day. I know that Bethel Mill is not an emergency vet but the accident happened right at their opening time and is very close to my house so I immediately decided to try my luck and flew my dog there as he needed immediate care. One of the front desk ladies angrily told me that a vet wasn’t in the office to which I said sorry and explained that I just wanted to try since I wasn’t even sure that my dog would make it on a 35 minute drive to our closest emergency vet. The woman looked at me and said “Well it doesn’t look like he’s dying” as if she was annoyed or disrupted her morning. She said this to me as I was hysterically crying with my bleeding dog. I left and called another local vet while in the car and they were so caring. I’ve been a client of Bethel Mill for several years, but after this incident I immediately switched my vet. As I said I understand that they aren’t an emergency vet and if they were unable to treat my dog, but the way I was treated and spoken to alone was not okay under any circumstance.

They don’t like German shepherds Try to find every excuse not to do her nails when I needed them to be done because it’s hard for me to get them done at a groomer Also have heard comments about my dog because she is a shepherd

When I called for an appointment they didn’t tell me I would have to wait in the car. Now I’m sitting here in the hot sun with no book. I have no problem with Covid protocols, but at least warn people. To top it off when I called from the parking lot and I wasn’t in a spot the receptionist was no kind. I haven’t been here since before Covid began, you have no right to expect I know how you do it.

Happy with Vets but staff is mostly pleasant but seems to make a lot of mistakes, not acceptable to me in the medical field.

I am a huge fan of the care and prophylaxis my dogs get at Bethel Mill. Usually we see Doctor Fulton, who is very warm and caring and very patient in talking about care options. For the first time in my life, my dogs are not terrified of going to the vet. Before COVID restrictions, our dog would run in and put her big paws up on the front counter to say hello to everyone.

Always perfect. Dr.s Love & Fulton are my "go to" vets and have been for almost 20 yrs. They don't rush me in or out, they respect my extensive knowledge of my chosen breed (Rough Collies) and dogs in general, and have never second guessed my requests or choices for my dogs no matter if they are show dogs, obedience/herding trial dogs or just homebodies. I hope I never have to go anywhere else!

I have been highly satisfied with the care my dogs receive at Bethel Mill Animal Hspt. Everyone from the office staff, the vet techs, and the highly qualified doctors is exceptional! It is well organized and provides appointment and treatment reminders in addition to the caring treatment of our pets. Even though the Covid 19 protocols will not allow us to accompany our pet to the visit, the caring techs do everything to ease the anxiety of the pet parents too! The doctor calls you after the visit and provides an analysis of the examination & treatment and is very willing to answer any questions. The doctors will call you any time you have any questions. I give Bethel Mill an A+++! Being one of the “anxious pet parents” - i couldn’t be more satisfied in all aspects!

Our Labradoodle needed some emergency ear care. They squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon. We were back again a week later for a needed follow up appointment. Our Lab is wagging his tail and back to his old self again. They provide great caring service!

All this veterinarian cares about is the money! They have hidden fees— they don’t tell you about until you are about to pay. You can not walk inside to stay with your pet. FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! Do not go to this vet.

I had a wonderful experience at Bethel Mill Animal Hospital. My puppy Molly was very sick and the practice I usually go to wasn't able to see me. My friend highly recommended Dr. Love so I called for appointment. They took me in within the hour, They were all very nice and caring, especially Dr. Love. They also took me the next day because my still wasn't feeling well and Dr. Love helped Molly get well. So happy they will become my permanent veterinarian!! Now Molly is 2yrs old. Vets at Bethel Mill are great. Molly loves them !! Also Vet Techs are fabulous,!! Especially Becky and Erica have helped me a lot with Molly. Love them all!!!❤????????
