I cannot say enough amazing things about Ro, the dog trainer. She is the most fantastic trainer I have ever spoke with or seen in action. My dog, and the other dogs in class adore her and cannot wait to see her every week. She cares for each of the dogs as if they were her own. My dog has seriously progressed behaviorally with her expertise in just three short weeks. She gives the parents the tools and information needed to train pups and change their lifestyle in a positive manner. She has reached out to me personally to see how my dog was doing during the week with new commands. She has recommended new foods for my dogs allergies, vets, and doggy accessories etc. She is always upbeat which makes the dogs respond to her energy the same way. She has an amazing curriculum that she is able to tweak for dogs who excel or are falling behind. She is a lifesaver!! If you’re thinking about sending your dog to a trainer consider signing up for Ro’s classes. This post doesn’t even touch upon her talents and success!

Alicia who does pet care was awesome to work with! I don't normally condone buying small pets from big chains but I don't know of any rodent rescues near Me. They had alot of knowledge on how to properly care for our new hamster (more so than what pet stores ever teach their employees) and helped us pick out a hamster that would suit us best. They were super friendly and funny as well! I work at the banfield pet hospital in this location and haven't seen anyone take better care of their small pets than they do! Super pleased

Not only do my mother and I enjoy petsmart so do our dogs! Always have friendly staff who help as much as they can. We love the groomers who take good care of our dogs nails & the vets who are absolutely amazing. They take care of our dogs like they are their own & love our babies just as much as we do.

Staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful!

I have taken my two Pomeranians here for grooming on separate occasions. Alexandria is by far the best groomer I’ve had for them, she cuts their hair perfectly so they look extra cute without damaging their undercoat. Always friendly staff, a bit pricey but highly recommend.

1 out of 5 stars when i went there with my pet fish he was upside down and when i asked a worker what was wrong with mr swimmy, the worker grabbed my fish out of the bowl i put him in and ate the fish. :( don't go here if you want you fish to be eaten...

I like that it had the bigger bag of dog food (not all PetSmarts have the bigger one) but at no point should a PetSmart have this many people waiting in one line ????

Staff is nice and helpful. I take my dog to their Grooming Services every month and they do a good job with his nails. My dog get the pawdicure plus.

Our miniature poodle loves Beatrix! This is the second time we’ve been here. Willow went crazy in the parking lot, and was wiggling like crazy when she say Beatrix, about the same as when she sees our granddaughter. Beatrix does great work too.

Dakota in Grooming is awesome.

My puppy’s first salon bath experience was great. He came out happy and smelling really good. He even got a cute scarf after which of course didn’t last long on him but was great for pictures.

Nice store great discounts for pets, very clean friendly staff and service.

They choked my dog with the leash and his eyes turned red and started tearing up and they were supposed to clean my dogs ears and when I saw his ears it was brown. Completely dirty.

The groomers here at the Rockaway PetSmart are great, my Pitty always leaves with a big smile on his face and his tail going 90mph lol great staff & service

Inexcusable, nearly ALL of the Beta fish are dead and dying. Trying to be pawned off for 15% discount? This makes me so angry. Dont display this, take care of them properly - or in general!!! Slim chance of that many dying at once, too, all at the same time like that???

Large selection. Prices are not great. Fish and other wild species should be eliminated from stores.

Petsmart grooming is great! Dakota is the BEST. She truly cares about her clients and LOVES the animals. Highly recommend.

I used the order online and pick up in store and it couldn't have been any better. I received the email that my order was ready quickly and it took me less than 5 minutes to pick it up in the store. The staff at Rockaway PetSmart are always super friendly and helpful.

Ashley and everyone at Petsmart Rockaway were very friendly. Ashley did exactly what we wanted. Will forsure go back there.
