I love the staff and the service at Camp Bow Wow Morristown. Most importantly, Bella is always excited to spend her days playing there. It's the perfect environment to release her puppy energy. See you soon!

Recently, our pup has had parasites and smelled terrible when we return from vacation having left him here. The food we leave for him has such a small amount gone, we suspect they feed whatever is easiest and don't follow dog diets as closely as they should. And the waiting room smells so sticky/strongly of urine, it makes my eyes water. All of that being said, the people who work there do seem to love animals but it's clear that they're short staffed to the point where people are forced to cut corners.

Camp Bow Wow took very good care of our beloved dog Wolfie throughout many years. When he needed a helping hand and care in his old age, they lovingly accommodated.

Our pup loved Camp Bow Wow! We moved away but everytime we would arrive at Camp, our separation anxiety dog wouldn't even say good bye because he was so excited! Ashley and team are amazing and so loving. Well worth it! The best was we would see his dog friends at the dog park on other days and our pup would get so excited.

The team takes good care of my dog. You can tell they really care about the animals. I like being able to check in via web cam throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Great staff that loves dogs. Jake has been going there for a year and a half now with zero issues. Took basic training classes with them and had my dog with their trainers since he was 4 months. He is well socialized and grown into such a good boy. I owe a lot of that to them. He is always happy to come there and leaves tired. The exit bath is great when I don’t want to do it. I pick up a tired and clean pup.

Took my dog for a bath and you can see in the picture how good was his bath. Also, I informed the lady at front desk that once I handed him to her he’d start trying to chew his leash and to her not let him. When I picked him off his leash was destroyed. Takes him time to do that, so they just let him chew on it like was nothing. I had to come back home without a leash thanks to the good service they provide that being the second time it happens with them and it’ll be last. Not coming there ever again. Oh, I only have been there 2 times. Good jobs guys, really. I’ll be spending money on a new leash and still gonna have to take him for a real bath somewhere else. ????????????

Took our dog there for an interview which lasted about a total of 8 minutes and was handed back our dog and was advised she was not a fit. We understand and appreciate you look out for the safety of other dogs and your team, however we watched on the Nanny cam and it appeared she was ok. The explanation from the handler was vague at best. It was a incredibly disappointing experience. It would of been helpful to have more information provided. Not professional at all.

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The cameras online weren't working most of the time my pups stayed there for 5 days and I was using a laptop to view the cameras. I take my dogs here to view them online and make sure they are okay. I also called several times to check on them and the excuses I would get is that they were in a pin without cameras or eating. I literally only saw my dogs one time online and they were separated by themselves. So, I called again to make sure they were okay, but again was told by the employee that they just got in and didn't know what dogs I was talking about. Prior to bringing my dogs to camp bow wow I took my dogs to the vet. When I picked my dogs up. I was told my one dog had an eye infection. Then when I got home my other dog was throwing up all over the place. So basically my two English bulldogs got sick from the camp. I even told an employee the cameras weren't working when I picked my dogs up and I was told I should of called if I was concerned. I spent $533 to pick up sick dogs. Disgusted!!!

Amazing staff (attentive, responsive, and communicative about any issues), very clean facility, and reasonably priced - just an all-around great place. I never worry when my fur baby is in their care.

The staff is professional and personable. I can leave Loki for a full or half day and he can get a bath. Most important, Loki loves his doggie day care!

They provide incredible customer service. We had been sending our dog there for camp several times a week for over a year. Our dog loves it there. We boarded him with Camp Bow Wow when we went on vacation for 11 days and the dog got sick — wasn’t eating, blood in stool. They called us and tried to make an appointment with our vet who was short-staffed and couldn’t see our dog. So they found another vet 15 miles away with the only appointment available at 10:45 pm in the evening. A Camp Bow Wow employee came in late after hours and drove our dog to this vet, all the while texting us about what was going on. The doctor called us with the Camp Bow Wow person standing by. Luckily the dog was on his way to recovery, but Camp Bow Wow also then went to the store to obtain special diet for the dog. Incredible!

I just found out my dog has been kept in a "cabin" with some "one on one interaction with a person" (she always stayed overnight, a week at a time). I had thought she was in a play yard with other dogs all day, which she had done the first few times she was there. No one ever informed me that they decided to keep her in the "cabin" instead of the play yard supposedly because she was "nervous" and "uncomfortable" in the yard. The only reason I found out is I was planning to bring her for the day with our puppy who had an interview (so puppy would be more comfortable) and they informed me they can't have her in the yard. She had been going there for 3 years whenever we went on vacation.

I have had a great experience with Camp Bow Wow so far, my dogs were in the day care and I look forward to boarding them with Camp Bow Wow when we go away. Thank you

Wish I could give zero. I took my dog here ONE time for daycare and she came back bloodied up with a tooth snapped in half which will cost me $800+. I told the management all of this and they did not care, did not even apologize, and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Don’t take your dog here if you want them to come back in one piece.

Get the shower package. Sometimes dogs smell a little when they come home from paying all day. Update: The last two times I was here it was horrible and the customer support that they have given is nothing. My dog Odin was bit twice in the ear allegedly for being an outcast in the pack. It seems a more alpha dog felt the need to get him in line. Chris the trainer was very supportive and tried to help ease him back in with a few more interviews afterwards. I had two vet bills totaling $200 and was tricked into buying another 10-day package in order to do another interview and see if Odin would fit in again. Surprise surprise Odin was bit again and we never came back. The previous owner named Carmine was a complete a-hole. Even Chris the trainer again reached out to try to help figure out what to do. I have literally been calling two to three times every week for the past year and a half to see if I can get a refund and coverage for the vet bills I sustained. Our dear Odin has actually passed away, he escaped our house one day and ran out to route 80 where he was hit and killed. I would like to blame camp bow wow for his death especially since I couldn't resolve anything with them an exert the energy that Odin had. I am now down almost $600 and a beautiful dog that I spent almost a year befriending who was part of the family a year before that. The owners and managers have not called me back after I leave my phone number every time. I have reached out send emails everything and they just seem to ignore me. I am forced to escalate this with credit card companies and with legal civil lawsuits. This place is great if you just want to dump your dog for the day and don't really care about their well-being. Sadly I cannot recommend this place and I advise my friends to stay away.
