Laura always find time to take our pups. They can be difficult at times but Laura treats them like they are her pups. We definitely recommend the place!!!

Don’t like leaving negative reviews, everyone makes mistakes, but this was simply horrific. Brought in our goldendoodle for a slight trim, they shaved him completely for the winter, including his whiskers. Poor dog had huge stress afterwards and we had to take him to the vet, to make sure he was ok. The veterinarian was dumbfounded at why a “pro” groomer would shave off a dog’s whiskers, which dulled the dog’s senses, he didn’t have an appetite and was very stressed. On top of this they still charged $120 for the excuse of a professional cut. Horrible...wasn’t the first time coming here, but never again.

Just got my dog back from them. They did a great job with her and made her look like a new dog! She’s a shepherd/husky mix and has A LOT of hair, and spent a ton of time on her! I’m super impressed with the groomer staff there and will be using them for any grooming needed.

Average service at best. My girlfriend and I picked up her dog and came back to find out that her ears were full of wax. I think they didn't give her a bath but just cut her hair! She was also penalized by giving them business by them charging an extra 5% for using her debit card??? Really? Can they do that? Not a great way to thank people for using them.

Only place I found that wouldn't mind grooming my cat. Good place though.

great place for pet grooming... experience was alright... took over 2 hours to groom my dog... which was over the expectation but it is okay.. took too much hair but hair grows back... a good first time experience but will surely not come back since I was not 100 percent satisfied. Thanks :)

The staff is very caring and good at their jobs. After trying a few other places, we only bring our pets here. They will groom both dogs and cats. You can usually get a weekend appointment the same week and often a week day appointment within 36 hours.
