Today was our first time there and all the staff was so friendly and helpful.When we picked gemma up they brought her out and she was excited to see us.I will diffinately recommend them to friends.

If you love your pets please DO NOT COME HERE. The front staff are not friendly and it's obvious that they hate their job. If they treat their customers terrible I could just imagine how they must treat your pet in the back. Do not go by the hours on their website, they close at any time they wish without any notification. They force you to make an appointment online and if you try to call them they scold you for not going online. It happened to us and when we showed up for our appointment, which we made online, they told us they were closed for a special occasion. Ok, so we tried making an appointment again when we were there and turned away because of their "special occasion" and they refused to give us an appointment in person because appointments are only done online. So we made an appointment again, online, and when we showed up again a few days later we were turned away again because their computers were down. This place is downright awful and your pets deserve to go to a better place. Beware of the terrible receptionists who will definitely take their bad day out on you!! The woman at the front desk really has issues.

My dog was in the best care and they made it so easy. My.dog is scared of men and they made sure to tell the guts to stay away and cleared the place for me to get her in. I cried the whole hour home with out her but I got a call from Mercedes to let me know shes fine. They went over and beyond and I cant thank them enough. There AMAZING. Again THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I wish I could give it 10 stars ... Ashley and Co workers are absolutely fabulous... very knowledgeable not just pretty faces behind the desks I would recommend this place for sure My girl, (????‍????) was very happy..

HORRIBLE!!! Would give zero stars if I could. We cried when I left and again when we picked our dog up. Never experienced such a rude staff!! Walked in and they took my dog from me right away. I did not even get to say goodbye. The front desk women acted as through I was bothering her. The only reason we went there was because we had a rescue pup and they told us that was where we had to go. I had booked under my name instead of theirs. The front desk women was yelling and screaming at me, as though I committed a mortal sin. I should have trusted my instinct and I should have taken my dog and left. Oh but they had whisked my dog away before I knew it. When I picked my dog up, he was covered in fecal matter! On his paws, his legs, his hind, and even in his incision. He smelled horrible and he can not even have a bath for 10 days. We are very concerned about infection! I will be calling my regular vet to get him checked. It was a cold, dirty, dog factory, conveyor belt of dogs. No caring, concern or love for the animals. So different from getting my other pet spaded. PEASE take warning---cheap prices, terrible service! Guess it is right, you get what you pay for. If you care for your pet, GO ELSEWHERE!!

The prices are decent but that front desk is trash and could use some training in customer service.

I have taken all of my dogs there. The staff is friendly and it's cheaper than taking them to a vet office for their routine shots and spay/neuter

They did an excellent job with my little baby! She’s an 8lbs petite Goldendoodle that I adore incredibly. I was quoted by my regular vet $800 to spay her and i cannot afford that. I did ALL of my research and found People for animals and it was a much more affordable price and everyone was kind and sweet to my girl. She has recovered well.☺️

As always, the staff is friendly and run the facility with great efficiency. ???? ????❤

Great prices for spay and neuter along with vax but you gotta wait for an apt

I am very disappointed with the customer service from this clinic, the receptionist were very rude and impentient. When I asked for information on my dog; they made fun of my worries by stating I was being “sentimental”. I never thought that being sentimental for your pet would be an act of mockery for a seemingly "professional" staff especially the receptionists. My pet is my emotional support pet, and best friend so it obviously affected me to leave her there for surgery. Moreover, equal treatment to all customers should be expected from the staff. I do not think that because of being Hispanic the treatment has to be different, lack of explanation for the procedures, mockery of my speaking skills and emotions. Overall, the reception staff is impatient and despicable.

Unbelievably rude front desk, they literally yell at me for going up the door even after checking in by phone and online with no response from them. The first day I used the online check in, and I waited 40 minutes when I called she screamed at me for dropping off the cats late!, it didn't stop there, every single time I had to go there I left upset with their horrible treatment. They never give clear directions then they get angry at you for asking. They claimed they told me several times which is a complete lie! They left the paperwork and the cats in between the 2 doors while they let others go on. I hope they don't treat the animals as badly as they do the people. I frankly don't trust them if their front desk is like this! I have to deal with them because the organization I work with to fix the cats sends me there, otherwise I would never trust them with my pets.

Great place and experience, i only wish they explained that anesthesia works differently and my kitten was a mean scared kitten for quite awhile after i brought her home. The cone wasn’t on her and she flipped out when i tried to put it on. The staff is great and super nice and friendly just wish they warned me about the changes in my kitten for the night or that she wouldn’t recognize me and hallucinate (which is normal i researched). Overall i would definitely recommend, just research your breed of cat and how they will act after surgery!

This place was really good easy as pie to drop off and pick up my puppy. Very informative when you pick up your pet. And the instruction packet is very complete. Now I get to enjoy my dog with a giant funnel on his head.

PLEASE READ THIS. Don’t threaten to “leave a bad review” because they’ll call the cops on you for making physical threats at them. My fiancé is a firefighter, and I heard the conversation. First, they tried to cancel an emergency surgery for our dog and I didn’t let them. Second, they don’t go over ANY protocols when you call and make an appointment. They never even told us to review the protocols online just to simply bring her at 7:15AM with her shot records, denied our dog after we drove an hour, didn’t even know that we were checked in, because she had one treat in the middle of the night. If that’s your policy I understand, but you need to be transparent and clear with your clients. This experience was ABSURD and them calling the cops when we expressed our frustration really showed who they are. The manager Dawn even got cocky, loud, and sarcastic with my fiancé over the phone. My vet will not be referring them anymore. Thank goodness!

I has my kitten spayed here and from the moment i called to schedule the appointment everyone who worked there couldnt have been more caring or helpful A special thank you to Dawn her kindness and compassion was unbelievable throughout the entire time.

Very professional and well run process for neutering and dealing with COVID. Nice, accommodating staff. Very happy we brought our pup here.

This place did an awesome job. Super friendly and on time and informant with me and even noticed my dogs long nails and cut them which was greatly appreciated! Definitely will recommend to friends!

The procedures are performed by vet students under supervision. if you dont want a student to do it you have to let them know ahead of time (it says that i the fine print when filling the formsaybe thats why people have had bad experiences
