I'm laughing at these reviews. The fact that this owner uses covid as a crutch to raise prices is a bit perplexing. But then again. The whole world is profiting off a virus. Even the dogs and the customers have to suffer. To publicly use the virus show poor taste even if it's true don't disclose it .

We got our Milo from puppy palace back in February and he is the absolute best dog ever! Kevin was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend! First picture is Milo at 3 months and him now at 1 year!

Got My two Maltese dogs here over 14 years ago and they are still alive and well I’m interested in another one and this is the first place I would go thank you so much

Edit: My Scottish Terrier just passed away. I bought my Scottish terrier April 2018 at 5mo old. He was 3 years old and was diagnosed with high grade lymphoma and survived less then a month. After even with chemo he could not win the battle against cancer. If you want a pure bread dog, know they are prone to health issues. I don't know if this guy gets his dogs from AKC certified breeders. Spare yourselves the hurt and don't get a dog from here. You're better off to go to a breeder directly. If not please sign up for pet insurance. The medical bills from this experience were over 10k. My initial 2018 review: got my scottish terrier here! he is so cute and i love him so much. he has the greatest little personality! He is my best friend! The vet report the store provided said he was checked a few days before but it couldn't have been possible.. we brought him to vet next day and he had a bad ear infection. overall I am thankful i decided to go to here that day and find my dog, he is amazing

I would not recommend buying a pet from a pet store. I go to a shelter And SAVE A LIFE.

A year later and I am so happy that I went to Puppy Palace. Pickles instantly became my best friend and I cherish all of the time we spend together. Thank you!

I will start off this review with saying I would not change a thing about purchasing my puppy from Puppy Palace. He is absolutely wonderful and was fairly priced. Kevin was helpful and very low-pressure throughout the process. The store seems well-maintained and their selection is great. But, as with most pet stores, I would prepare yourself for the very real and very stressful possibility of bring home an ill puppy. Our puppy was set to be checked by the vet one last time the day we were allowed to pick him up. We were playing with him in the cage and heard him cough several times while waiting for the check up. Once the vet arrived, he examined our puppy and immediately after were cleared to take him home. The next day, upon realizing just how lethargic and overall ill he seemed, we took him to our family vet where he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia/kennel cough and later found to have worms as well. Kevin kept his word and reimbursed us for the medical costs, but bottom line is any vet who listened to our puppy’s chest on that last check up would not have cleared him to come home. He didn’t develop such a severe upper respiratory illness overnight. The first week with our new baby was extremely stressful and his treatment plan to get him well was rigorous. Our vet worked closely with us to get him well, and we are extremely thankful that he recovered beautifully. All in all, we could not love our pup more. His disposition is wonderful and we are so lucky he’s ours. But do be aware of the likely possibility of bringing home a sick puppy when you shop at a pet store.

We adopted our dog Rosie from here (half Bichon half shihtzu). She's been a treasure! Absolutely loving and affectionate. We have had her a month and she just had her first vet visit and all was well (no worms or anything like that). We are so happy to have found her here! Also, the owner is a stand up guy. My two youngest son's and I went to just look, and ended up falling in love with Rosie, so I asked the owner if he could hold her for us so that I could go buy a cage and some other dog items (being they were closing in an hour). We went back the next day and despite somebody trying to buy her right before we got there (we actually passed them leaving in the parking lot) he was a man of his word and kept her for us even though we didn't leave a deposit... wonderful experience all around!

Cuties puppies ever and of all varieties. They get new puppies often, they are all so cute!

Way to expensive, but puppies where cute.

Most puppies cost $4000. A few were for $1,000( frankfurter dog ) adorable.

I remember going here back in 2019 after my German Shepherd had died to look for a smaller dog and finding the cutest little baby. Once he saw we were interested he let us play with her and was super nice. We ended up getting the puppy and she is my best friend. Thank you so much

I currently have two pups from here! Tiny who is a two year old Bichon frise toy poodle mix and hazel who is a one year old border collie Australian heeler mix and they are my babies! This place is awesome!

they have a great variety. Very organized. I don't blame them for the high prices Nj is very expensive. I was in the store. it was not within my budget. my choice: search the web and travel to Lancaster. Today we have a cute Australian Shepherd for $ 600. It does not have papers, I do not need them because I do not want it for business.

I think these bad reviews are complete nonsense I just brought home my second puppy from Kevin. Who by the way was kind and didn't rush us and when he knew we where interested let us play with the puppy. So if your nice and you ask he will allow it. He sent us home with stuff for our baby we are so in love and he is healthy so thank you Kevin. Buddy our golden is gonna be very loved just like our first girl princess thank you for getting healthy beautful smart doggies.

Excuse me but you are assuming mistakenly. I had gone there a while back and my rating is due to your attitude which shows clearly in your response to me. Instead of bashing customers for leaving bad reviews may be fix your composure in how you treat your potential customers or place which by the way stunk. Also, this place should definitely be closed down by health inspection as the puppies don't even look fit nor maintained. The dog were overpriced as well which clearly there are better options even online. My wife wanted to touch the pups but you mentioned it wasn't allowed for which is very absurd and odd. Other pet stores would allow customers to touch their pups. Anyways, couldn't leave 0 stars but would if there was an option.

I purchased a mini Goldendoodle from Kevin Smith at puppy palace on Sunday 02/21/21. She is adorable and very smart. She learned to fetch within 5 minutes and learned to go up steps after a couple of times. We named her Daisy Mae. She slept in her crate the first night, never made a sound, and waited patiently for us to let her out in the morning. Daisy has not had an accident in the house. Kevin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Puppy Palace to anyone looking for a puppy. The dog places were clean and all the dogs seemed to be well cared for. Their prices were competitive and within the appropriate range for each specific breed.

The place was clean puppies seemed happy and well cared for. The gentleman working there was attentive and helpful. But sadly nothing was in my price range????.

Although my wife has already reviewed the Puppy Palace, there are some things I would like to mention that she left out. It's clean, the puppies are not caged or crated and they have ample space to move around. There is always a variety of puppies ranging from pure breeds to designer breeds. They are micro chipped before leaving the palace. The owner Kevin is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had about our puppy. My wife and I requested a particular breed. Kevin took our phone number and called us when the puppy we requested was in. Our puppy (Pebbles) first visit to the vet went well, she had some of her immunizations before we brought her home and received a good health report from the vet. Kevin cares about his puppies and treats all of the them as though they are his own. We are truly enjoying her. If you are thinking of getting a puppy, I would highly recommend the Puppy Palace. You will not disappointed.

We brought our little Morkie, Zoe, home yesterday. The process of getting her was made super easy by the owner, Kevin. We waited about a week for her to get an additional vet check. We stopped in multiple times and each time Kevin was pleasant and kind. He made sure we had the proper food and knew how much and how frequently she’s been eating. As for the actual puppy, she has adjusted even better and faster than I expected her to. We had no problems in the car, at home, eating, sleeping, or with our other dogs. She is kind, cuddly, and playful; enough energy for the both of us. She’s the perfect fit. Zoe is the second dog we have gotten from the Puppy Palace, happy and healthy dogs!

Place is not clean. Puppies are kept in some kind of grass type of things. Makes me sneeze every time I go in.
